Claims (9)
- Verschliessvorrichtung (1) aus Kunststoff, insbesondere für aus laminiertem Papier gefertigte Behältnisse (B), für Flüssigkeiten, wobei die Verschliessvorrichtung auf dem Behältnis über einer im laminierten Papier vorhandenen Sollöffnung angeordnet ist und einen Unterteil (2) mit einer Ausgussöffnung (3) und eine schwenkbar damit verbundene Abdeckung (4) sowie einen im Unterteil (2) vorhandenen, schwenkbaren Drücker (5) zum Aufbrechen der Sollöffnung umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drücker (5) mit dem Unterteil (2) über mindestens ein Schnappscharnier (6) verbunden ist, das den in das Behältnis (2) drückbaren Drücker (5) um einen zusätzlichen Winkel weiterschwenkt und ihn in dieser geschwenkten Lage hält.
- Verschliessvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schnappscharnier (6) aus einem Filmscharnier (10), um das der Drücker (5) schwenkbar ist, und mindestens einem sich über die Schwenkachse des Filmscharniers (6) erstreckenden Biegefederelement (11) besteht.
- Verschliessvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Biegefederelement (11) in der Ausgangslage vor der Betätigung des Drückers (5) über dessen Deckfläche (13) nach oben erstreckt.
- Verschliessvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drücker (5) innerhalb einer die Ausgussöffnung (3) im Unterteil (2) berandende Dichtwandung (7) angeordnet ist, wobei der Drücker (5) durch das Filmscharnier (10) in einen fest an der Dichtwandung angebrachten Befestigungsteil (8) und einen Schwenkteil (9) unterteilt ist.
- Verschliessvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsteil (8) und der Schwenkteil (9) gegenüber dem unteren Rand der Dichtwandung (7) nach oben verschoben angeordnet ist, so dass der Drücker (5) um die Höhe einer an seiner Unterseite angebrachten Schneide (24,25,26) über der Oberfläche des laminierten Papieres des Behältnisses (B) gehalten ist.
- Verschliessvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkteil (9) mit einem vom Filmscharnier (10) distanzierten Bereich über mindestens eine Sollbruchstelle (19) mit der Dichtwandung verbunden ist.
- Verschliessvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Biegefederelement (11) des Schnappscharnieres (6) über ein Filmscharnier an der Dichtwandung direkt oder mittels einer Konsole an der Dichtwandung angebracht ist.
- Verschliessvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (4) eine Dichtringwand (14) ausweist, die innerhalb der Dichtwandung (7) im Unterteil (2) dichtend einzugreifen vermag.
- Verschliessvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (4) eine Dichtringwandung (14) aufweist, welche die Dichtwandung (7) im Unterteil (2) dichtend zu umgreifen vermag.
