Claims (15)
- Einrichtung zur Notbremsung von Transportmitteln (1), insbesondere von Seilbahnen, mittels Reibrädern (2), die an zumindest einem mit dem Transportmittel (1) verbundenen Reibblech (6) angreifen, wobei mindestens ein Reibrad (2, 13) von einer Ruhestellung, bei der das Reibrad (2, 13) einen Normalabstand (b) vom Reibblech (6) aufweist, in eine Bremsstellung verbringbar ist, indem das Reibrad an zumindest einem beweglichen Träger (3) angebracht ist, welcher durch zumindest eine Hubeinrichtung (4) in Richtung zu bzw. von einem Reibblech (6) beweglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das antriebslose Reibrad (2, 13) am Träger (3) drehbar befestigt und zwischen Reibrad (2, 13) und Träger (3) eine Vorrichtung (9, 10, 14) zur Übertragung eines einstellbaren Drehmoments angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung zur Notbremsung von Transportmitteln (1), insbesondere von Seilbahnen, mittels Reibrädern (2), die an zumindest einem mit dem Transportmittel (1) verbundenen Reibblech (6) angreifen, wobei mindestens ein Reibrad (2, 13) von einer Ruhestellung, bei der das Reibrad (2, 13) einen Normalabstand (b) vom Reibblech (6) aufweist, in eine Bremsstellung verbringbar ist, indem das Reibrad an zumindest einem beweglichen Träger (3) angebracht ist, welcher durch zumindest eine Hubeinrichtung (4) in Richtung zu bzw. von einem Reibblech (6) beweglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reibrad (2, 13) starr mit dem Träger (3) verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (3) durch zumindest eine Hubeinrichtung (4) in Ruhestellung feststellbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (3) zusätzlich mit zumindest einem weiteren kraftbeaufschlagenden mechanischen Element, wie beispielsweise mit Federn (8), in Eingriff ist, wobei das Element (8) in Richtung der Bremsstellung wirkt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Träger (3) durch als hydraulische Hubzylinder ausgebildete Hubeinrichtungen (4) beweglich ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 3, 4, oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Reibrad (2, 13) starr mit einer Welle (11) verbunden ist, wobei zwischen Träger (3) und Welle (11) eine Vorrichtung (9, 10, 14) zur Übertragung eines einstellbaren Drehmoments angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (11) sich in achsialer Richtung über zumindest eine einstellbare vorgespannte Feder (10) und zumindest eine Andrückscheibe (14) an zumindest einem Reibbelag (9), der fest am Träger (3) angebracht ist, abstützt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (11) in achsialer Richtung mittels einer Kupplung, wie einer Rutschkupplung oder einer viskosen Kupplung, mit dem Träger (3) in Verbindung steht.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehmoment abhängig von der Position der Reibräder (2, 13) vorgebbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 9 in Verbindung mit Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federn (10) für verschiedene Reibräder (2, 13) unterschiedliche Vorspannungen besitzen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorspannungen gemäß der Anordnung der Reibräder (2, 13) ansteigen oder abfallen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position der Achse von zumindest einem Reibrad (13) bezüglich des Trägers (3) verstellbar ist, vorzugsweise in Richtung zum Reibblech (6) hin bzw. vom Reibblech (6) weg.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reibräder (2, 13) als Luftdruckgummireifen ausgebildet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (3) mit zumindest einem Ballastgewicht (7) versehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung mit einer Prüfeinrichtung, die das Vorliegen eines Notfalls anzeigt, verbunden ist.
