- la figure 3 est un schéma du circuit hydraulique de la machine particulière considérée ;
- la figure 4 est un ordinogramme illustrant différentes séquences du procédé selon l'invention dans les étapes opératoires successives qu'elles impliquent ;
- et la figure 5 est un schéma synoptique des principaux circuits électriques de commande des organes de la machine intervenant dans la mise en oeuvre du procédé de l'invention.
Claims (11)
- Procédé pour le compactage de déchets, dans une machine comportant une cuve cylindrique (2-4) ouverte vers le haut et une tête de compactage (15, 16) dont un rouleau denté horizontal (16) est disposé dans ladite cuve (2-4) en appui sur lesdits déchets par son propre poids, ledit rouleau (16) pouvant être soumis à un mouvement de rotation autour de l'axe vertical central de ladite cuve, sous l'action d'un organe d'entraínement (15), caractérisé en ce que l'on surveille une grandeur significative de la force ou du couple exercé par l'organe d'entraínement (15) et en ce que, lorsque ladite grandeur dépasse un seuil prédéterminé, en vue de réaliser une opération de débourrage, ledit rouleau (16) est relevé d'une hauteur prédéterminée et relâché ensuite, le rouleau (16) redescendant sur les déchets et étant entraíné en rotation en sens inverse.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas d'une machine où le rouleau (16) est soumis simultanément à un mouvement de rotation sur lui-même, après le relevage du rouleau, le sens de cette rotation est également inversé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux mouvements de rotation sont commandés par un organe d'entraínement unique (15) et en ce que, en marche normale, le sens de rotation de l'organe d'entraínement (15) est inversé périodiquement, la période de temps séparant deux inversions normales successives étant plus grande que la durée de l'opération de débourrage.
- Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, ladite machine comportant des moyens de détection (24-25) de la hauteur de la tête de compactage (15-16) qui fournissent un signal de cuve pleine lorsque ladite hauteur dépasse un seuil déterminé (B), caractérisé en ce que ledit signal de cuve pleine déclenche une temporisation dont la durée est plus grande que la durée de l'opération de débourrage et en ce que, si pendant la durée de ladite temporisation, la hauteur de la tête de compactage (15-16) reste supérieure audit seuil de cuve pleine (B), la machine est arrêtée complètement.
- Machine pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des moyens (37) de détection de l'effort exercé par l'organe d'entraínement (15), des moyens (34) de commande de l'arrêt de l'organe d'entraínement (15), de son fonctionnement dans un sens de rotation ou de son fonctionnement dans l'autre sens de rotation, des moyens (22, 36) de relevage de la tête de compactage (15, 16) et en ce que les moyens de détection (37) agissent de manière automatique sur les moyens de commande (34) et sur les moyens de relevage (22, 36).
- Machine selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de relevage (22, 36) comportent un vérin hydraulique (22) et en ce que la hauteur de levage est déterminée par la durée d'actionnement du vérin (22).
- Machine selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'organe d'entraínement comporte un moteur hydraulique (15) et en ce que le moteur (15) et le vérin (22) sont alimentés par un même circuit à partir d'une motopompe (32) reliée à un réservoir (31) de fluide hydraulique.
- Machine selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de détection de l'effort comportent un détecteur de pression à seuil (37) mesurant la pression d'alimentation à l'entrée du moteur (15).
- Machine selon la revendication 6, 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que le vérin (22) est disposé dans un logement vertical (14) disposé au voisinage de la cuve (2-4) et en ce que la tête de compactage (15, 16) porte une tôle de protection (18) se déplaçant devant le logement (14) pour empêcher les déchets de pénétrer dans le logement (14).
- Machine suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce qu'une jupe de protection (17) est fixée sous la tête de compactage (15, 16) de manière à se déplacer tangentiellement aux parois du réceptacle, ladite jupe (17) étant totalement dégagée de la cuve (2-4) quand la tête de compactage (15, 16) est dans sa position supérieure maximale.
- Machine suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des moyens de détection de la hauteur de la tête de compactage (24, 25), constitués par une came (24) solidaire de la tête de compactage et coopérant avec un détecteur (25).
