Claims (9)
- Verbindungssystem, insbesondere zur Verbindung von Steckermodulen an Kraftfahrzeugsitzen, mit einem an einem Träger befestigbaren Gehäuse (1), welches eine Mehrzahl von Aufnahmen (2) aufweist, den Aufnahmen (2) zugeordneten Moduleinsätzen (3) zur Aufnehme von Steckerkontakten, Einrastmitteln (7, 9) zur Verrastung der Moduleinsätze (3) in den Aufnahmen (2) mit mindestens einem federnd aufbiegbaren Rasthaken (7) und mindestens einer zugeordneten Einrastfläche (9), und einem Deckel (17) zur Abdeckung der Steckerkontakte,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Deckel (17) mit Anschlagflächen (18) versehen ist, welche die Rasthaken (7) bei eingerasteten Moduleinsätzen (3) hintergreifen und gegen ein Aufbiegen blockieren. - Verbindungssystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufnahmen (2) jeweils auf zwei voneinander abgewandten Seiten von Wänden (4) begrenzt sind, die jeweils eine Ausnehmung (6) aufweisen, in welcher ein federnder Rasthaken (7) angeordnet ist, der in seiner Ruhestellung mit der Außenseite der Wand (4) fluchtet, dessen Rastnase (8) zum Inneren der Aufnahme (2) weist und der beim Einführen eines Moduleinsatzes (3) durch dessen Rastfläche (9) über die Wand (4) nach außen elastisch aufbiegbar ist, und daß die Anschlagflächen (18) des Deckels (17) beim Schließen in geringem Abstand außerhalb der Wände (4) zu liegen kommen. - Verbindungssystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an den Moduleinsätzen (3) Schrägflächen (10) vorhanden sind, durch welche die Rasthaken (7) kurz vor vollständigem Einsetzen eines Moduleinsatzes (3) zum Einrasten mit der Einrastfläche (9) aufgebogen werden. - Verbindungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Deckel (17) an Gehäuse (1), insbesondere an einer Schmalseite, schwenkbar angelenkt ist. - Verbindungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Deckel (17) lösbar am Gehäuse (1) befestigbar, insbesondere einrastbar ist. - Verbindungssystem, insbesondere zur Verbindung von Steckermodulen an Kraftfahrzeugsitzen, mit einem an einem Träger befestigbaren Gehäuse (1), welches eine Mehrzahl von Aufnahmen (2) aufweist, den Aufnahmen (2) zugeordneten Moduleinsätzen (3) zur Aufnahme von Steckerkontakten, Einrastmitteln (7, 9) zur Verrastung der Moduleinsätze (3) in den Aufnahmen (2) mit mindestens einem federnd aufbiegbaren Rasthaken (7) und mindestens einer zugeordneten Einrastfläche (9), und einem Deckel (17) zur Abdeckung der Steckerkontakte, insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in Eckbereichen der Moduleinsätze (3) jeweils Führungsrippen (12) angeordnet sind, denen in den Gehäuseaufnahmen (2) entsprechende Führungen (13) zugeordnet sind. - Verbindungssystem nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufnahmen (2) und die Moduleinsätze (3) im Querschnitt rechteckig ausgebildet sind und daß in jedem der vier Eckbereiche eine Führungsrippe (12) vorgesehen ist. - Verbindungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an den Moduleinsätzen (3) Codierrippen (15) vorgesehen sind, die für unterschiedliche Moduleinsätze (3) verschieden an diesen positioniert sind und denen jeweils an den zugehörigen Gehäuseaufnahmen (2) Codierschienen (16) in entsprechenden Positionen zugeordnet sind. - Verbindungssystem nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Codierrippen (15) an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenflächen der Moduleinsätze (3) angeordnet sind.
