Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Zuführen einer von einer Wickelrolle (1) abgezogenen Materialbahn (2) zu einer Verarbeitungsmaschine, bei dem die Materialbahn (2) nach dem Abwickeln zum Ausgleich von Längenschwankungen um eine Umlenkeinrichtung (5, 15) geführt wird, die mit einer Komponente in Richtung der zulaufenden Materialbahn (2) bewegbar gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwankungen im Durchmesser der Wickelrolle (1) kontinuierlich ermittelt werden und die Position der Umlenkeinrichtung (5, 15) in Abhängigkeit von den Schwankungen im Wickelrollendurchmesser von einer Steuereinrichtung über einen angeschlossenen Stellantrieb (7) gesteuert oder geregelt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Zuführen einer von einer Wickelrolle (1) abgezogenen Materialbahn (2) zu einer Verarbeitungsmaschine mit
einer Abwickelvorrichtung für die Wickelrolle (1) und einer nachfolgend angeordneten Umlenkeinrichtung (5, 15) für die Materialbahn (2), die zum Ausgleich von Längenschwankungen in der Materialbahn (2) mit einer Komponente in Zulaufrichtung der Materialbahn (2) bewegbar gelagert ist, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
Die Umlenkeinrichtung (5, 15) ist mittels eines gesteuerten oder geregelten Stellantriebs (7) positionierbar gelagert,
eine Meßeinrichtung zur Messung des Durchmessers der Wickelrolle (1) beim Abwickeln, und
eine Steuereinrichtung, die aus den Durchmesser-Meßwerten die Schwankungen bestimmt und in Abhängigkeit von den Meßwerten den Stellantrieb (7) der Umlenkeinrichtung (5, 15) steuert oder regelt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkeinrichtung eine lagegeregelte Umlenkwalze (5) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkeinrichtung ein die Bahn (2) berührungslos umlenkendes Luftrohr (15) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass hinter der ersten Umlenkeinrichtung (5) eine weitere Umlenkeinrichtung (15) angeordnet ist, von der die Bahn (2) auf einem Luftpolster schwebend berührungslos umgelenkt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druck im Luftpolster (12) gemessen und zur Steuerung der Zugspannung in der Bahn (2) verwendet wird.
