  • the packages (42-b) which are sealed (bottom, top and back) at the first station of the packing machine, are automatically attached to the strips (21) at the second station by armed clasps (33), and after being cut at certain lengths, they are poured upon the conveyor belt beneath the packing machine, and with the help of the conveyor (40) the attached packages are taken out to be put into cases. Packages in cases are sent for shipping to be supplied to the market.

Claims (1)

  1. Vorrichtung, umfassend:
    - eine erste Station, die angepasst ist, um durch Füll- und Siegel-Verpacken vom vertikalen oder horizontalen Typ Verpackungen (42) zu erzeugen;
    - eine zweite Station, die angepasst ist, um die Verpackungen (42) mittels Siegelbacken (27) an einem Trägeranzeigestreifen (21) anzubringen;
    - zwei Druckluftgreifer (33), die mit einer Gruppe von zu Armen gebildeten Stäben (32) verbunden sind, die durch Druckluftkolben (31) auf und ab bewegt werden, die an einem vertikalen Teil (30) befestigt sind, wobei die Greifer die Verpackungen (42) halten und von der ersten Station zur zweiten Station tragen; und
    - einen Sensor (34), der eine Wahrnehmplatte (35) wahrnimmt, die mit der Gruppe von zu Armen gebildeten Stäben (32) verbunden ist, um ein Signal zu erzeugen, das zu Ventilen gesandt wird, die das Signal des Sensors (34) empfangen und Kolben (25, 26) betätigen, um die Siegelbacken (27) zu bewegen, wenn eine Verpackung (42) kommt, um die Verpackung (42) am Trägeranzeigestreifen (21) anzubringen;
    - wobei die Greifer (33) geöffnet werden, wenn die Siegelbacken (27) die Verpackung (42) am Trägeranzeigestreifen (21) angebracht haben, und schnell zur ersten Station hochfahren;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - ein Zwischenraumkolben (23) mit einer der Siegelbacken (27) verbunden ist; und
    - ein Bremskolben (22) in der zweiten Station vorgesehen ist, wobei der Bremskolben (22) offen ist und ermöglicht, dass der Trägeranzeigestreifen (21) darunter hindurchläuft, und der Zwischenraumkolben (23) geschlossen ist, während die Siegelbacken (27) vortreten, so dass eine Länge des Trägeranzeigestreifens (21), der gleich dem Abstand (p) von zwei benachbarten Verpackungen (42) ist, vorwärtsgezogen wird, wobei der Bremskolben (22) geschlossen ist und der Zwischenraumkolben (23) offen ist, wenn sich die Siegelbacken (27) nach einem Siegeln rückwärts bewegen.
