Abstract

Bei einer luftgekühlten Turbinenschaufel (10), welche an der Schaufelspitze ein sich quer zur Schaufellängsachse erstreckendes Deckbandelement (11) aufweist, wobei das Deckbandelement (11) zur Kühlung von einer Mehrzahl von Kühlbohrungen (17) durchzogen ist, welche eingangsseitig mit wenigstens einem durch die Turbinenschaufel (10) zur Schaufelspitze verlaufenden Kühlluftkanal (18) in Verbindung stehen, und ausgangsseitig in den die Turbinenschaufel (10) umgebenden Aussenraum münden, wird eine verbesserte und gesicherte Kühlung dadurch erreicht, dass die Kühlbohrungen (17) in dem Deckbandelement (11) zumindest annähernd parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung der Schaufelspitze von innen nach aussen verlaufen und jeweils vor dem äusseren Rand (25) des Deckbandelements (11) in eine zum Aussenraum hin offene Oberflächenvertiefung münden. Vorzugsweise ist die Deckbandoberseite (22) mit mindestens zwei parallel verlaufenden Rippen (12) und (13) ausgerüstet, die im Zusammenwirken mit der gegenüberliegenden Gehäusewand eine Kavität (21) bilden, in die die aus den Kühlbohrungen (17) austretende Kühlluft einströmt.
