Claims (10)
- Maschine zum Bearbeiten von Fahrbahnen, besonders zur Stabilisierung wenig tragfähiger Böden,mit einem Fahrerstand (23) für eine Bedienungsperson,mit einem selbstfahrenden Fahrwerk mit mindestens zwei mit Rädern versehenen Fahrwerksachsen (4),mit einer zwischen beiden Fahrwerksachsen (4) angeordneten, von einem Maschinenrahmen (1) getragenen Arbeitseinrichtung (8),mit einer die Arbeitseinrichtung (8) umschließenden Haube (7), die einen als Mischraum dienenden Arbeitsraum der Arbeitseinrichtung (8) begrenzt,mit einem in Arbeitsrichtung (3) vor der Arbeitseinrichtung (8) angeordneten Vorratsbehälter (14), sowie mit einer mit dem Vorratsbehälter (14) verbundenen Dosier-und Austrageinrichtung (10) für pulverförmiges Bindemittel (5),dass ein Antriebsmotor (9) für den Antrieb der Arbeitseinrichtung (8), den Fahrantrieb und die für weitere Funktionen benötigte Antriebsleistung vorgesehen ist,dass die Arbeitseinrichtung aus einer Arbeitswalze (8) zum Abfräsen des Bodens (2) besteht,dass die Haube (7) der Arbeitswalze (8) am Maschinenrahmen (1) ortsfest befestigt ist,dass jedes Rad des Fahrwerks eine Höhenverstelleinrichtung (25) zur Höhen- und Neigungsverstellung des Maschinenrahmens (1) aufweist,dass die Arbeitswalze (8) relativ zu der zu bearbeitenden Bodenoberfläche höhenverstellbar ist, unddass die Dosier- und Austrageinrichtung (10) unmittelbar vor der ortsfest am Maschinenrahmen (1) befestigten Haube (7) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dosier-und Austrageinrichtung für das Bindemittel (5) aus einer Zellradschleuse (10) besteht, deren Drehzahl in Abhängigkeit von der Vortriebsgeschwindigkeit steuerbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Wiegeeinrichtung, insbesondere unterhalb des Vorratsbehälters (14) angeordnete Wägezellen, die ausgetragene Bindemittelmasse mißt und die Drehzahl der Zellradschleuse (10) zusätzlich in Abhängigkeit der tatsächlich ausgetragenen Bindemittelmasse regelt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Getriebe (16), an dessen Eingangswelle ein Hydraulikmotor (12) angeflanscht ist, die Zellradschleuse (10) antreibt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am unteren Ende der Dosier- und Austrageinrichtung (10) eine zur Haube (7) hin offene und zum Boden hin abdichtende flexible Abdichtungswand (18) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Wänden (20) des Vorratsbehälters Vibrationsrüttler (22) angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorratsbehälter (14) mehrere Füllstandssensoren (24) aufweist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vibrationsrüttler (22) in Abhängigkeit der Signale der Füllstandssensoren (24) steuerbar sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorratsbehälter (14) pneumatisch mit Bindemittel (5) nachfüllbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorratsbehälter (14) einen Abluftfilter (26) aufweist.
