Definitions
- the invention relates to a device in the preamble of claim 1 mentioned type.
- Generic closing devices are used for automatic closing of beverage containers in the cellar industry and need for high performances from e.g. Be designed 20000 bottles per hour.
- the caps are the closing device after sorting and location verification fed on a single-lane cap conveyor.
- a transfer device takes the caps from the cap conveyor and brings them to target position for settling on the containers. Serve with pick-and-place machines to the capping heads themselves.
- the containers run in one lane through the closing device, which is usually designed as a rotary.
- the transfer device supplies all containers one after the other.
- known series filling constructions in which intermittently several bottles in a row filler filled at the same time and then in a Erasmusnversch deviser with several Closing heads are closed at the same time, according to the state of Technique a single-lane bottle transport from the series filler to the series sealer provided, on this single-lane transport route the caps be placed one after the other on the bottles.
- the containers sequentially capped be, the transfer device must work very fast. Also limited the use of the known devices on single-lane container transport.
- each Track assigned to the multi-lane container conveyor own transfer device that is, a series of containers simultaneously supplied with caps, taking this row is thus arranged longitudinally to the transport direction in a track.
- transfer facilities There are several transfer facilities required whose supply from a single-lane Cap conveyor is difficult and unresolved.
- US-A-1,300,754 shows a device for closing on a multi-lane container conveyor standing bottles with flat plates over each container track are kept in a separate stack stock and the removed in each lane from this pile stock below and laterally over the Bottles are moved.
- a single-lane supply of caps with distribution to the individual tracks of the container is not provided here.
- the object of the present invention is the simultaneous placement single lane caps on transverse rows of several lanes parallel containers to facilitate in a simple manner.
- the inventive Device is also particularly suitable in container treatment machines to be used with parallel container transport without this a number of conventional ones corresponding to the number of parallel container transport lanes Transfer facilities would be required.
- the inventive Device can be used for placing caps, such as screw caps, bottle caps or other caps, to bottles of all kinds, e.g. Plastic bottles, but also for putting on lids on the usual beverage cans use.
- the containers may be empty for special applications. Usually but the caps are placed on filled containers to close them.
- the caps brought into the target position by the transfer device can successively or advantageously according to claim 2 simultaneously from the cap carriers be detected and deposited on the container, being characterized by the simultaneous Working results in a constructive simplification.
- the caps can when settling, for example, with running cap carriers be placed on moving containers.
- the container rows are e.g. cyclically transported and supplied at standstill below the target positions.
- the caps can from the cap conveyor in different ways to the Target positions are brought, for example, all the caps required at once on parallel tracks.
- the features of the claim are advantageous 4 provided.
- the transfer device has only a single-lane cap conveyor on, which simplifies the construction.
- a plurality of carriers are provided according to claim 6, which mutually pass the caps and these each from target position to target position pass. This results in a very accurate construction, in the case of forced transport great security in reaching the target positions given is.
- the features of claim 8 are provided.
- the caps will be transported on a floor, after reaching the target positions at least there, under the caps, or removed as a whole.
- the cap carriers can grasp the caps and After removing the soil, place it down on the containers.
- the floor or the bottom pieces can be moved by a drive for removal or, for example, be designed resiliently, so that the cap carrier with the caps on the bottom during the downward movement of the caps Pushing away. Due to this design, it is possible with the cap carriers the Capture caps and in a simple downward movement on the container discontinued. A complicated movement of the cap carrier, for example, with Detecting the caps, side movement and subsequent settling movement, is avoided.
- Suction tappet can Grasp the caps from above, settle and attach to the containers to secure Lightly press.
- the cap carrier may themselves be designed as Verschwekexcellent to the pick-and-place method to detect the caps, to settle on the containers and there immediately close, depending on the cap shape by screwing or in the case, for example of bottle caps or can lids by deformation.
- Fig. 1 shows a plan view of a bottle conveyor 1, the between in the arrow direction moving chains 2 bottle carrier 3 carries, in each of which five bottles 4 with are held by caps 5 to be closed mouths 6.
- a bottle filling device 7 a transfer device 8 and a bottle closure device 9th
- bottles With your bottle conveyor 1, the bottles thus first pass under the bottle filling device 7, in each case a number of in the embodiment five bottles are filled at the same time. These then come under the transfer device 8, are supplied there with caps 5 and then get to Bottle closure 9, where already placed on the bottles Caps 5 are closed with five parallel closing heads, depending on the embodiment the caps by rotating screwing or by deformation (for example, with bottle caps).
- the caps 5 are the transfer device 8 with a cap conveyor 10 single lane fed.
- the transfer device 8 must therefore caps from the cap conveyor 10, in target positions above the bottles of a parallel Row of in the embodiment five bottles bring and there on the Settle bottles.
- Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of a transfer device 28 with a order Endrollen circulating conveyor belt 20, at the distance of the bottles 4 in the bottle carriers 3 cap carrier 21, not shown here are arranged.
- the caps 5 arrive in the cap conveyor 10 of FIG. 1, are at in Arrow direction running conveyor belt 20 successively from the cap carriers 21 detected and brought to the target positions on the bottles 4. There will be at the same time by downward movement of a pusher 22 down on the Bottles 4 deposed.
- the cap carrier 21 may, for example, magnetically hold the caps or with brackets not shown. But you can also in tube version as Suction tappet be formed, which supplies by the conveyor belt 20 with vacuum can be, which in turn in a suitable, not shown way can be connected to vacuum.
- the cap carrier 21 in the conveyor belt 20th be slidably mounted, so that it from the Andschreiber 22 against the Normallynfest permanent conveyor belt 20 can be adjusted down.
- the over the bottles 4 in target position cap carrier 21 can also be successively lowered onto the bottles 4, to which end the presser 22 e.g. can be designed to be movable over the series of bottles 4 to the Cap carrier 21 to press down one after the other.
- FIGS. 3a to 3d 38 A second embodiment of a transfer device is shown in FIGS. 3a to 3d 38, which in turn takes over the caps 5 from the cap conveyor 10.
