Claims (5)

  1. Brecher, umfassend wenigstens eine ringförmige Bahn mit horizontaler Achse (14), wenigstens eine Rolle (16), die geeignet ist, auf die besagte Bahn zu rollen, Mittel, um die Rolle auf der Bahn zu pressen, sowie Mittel, um das Material vom dem einen Bahnrand zum anderen derart fortzubewegen, daß es mehrmals unter der Rolle durchfährt, bevor es ausgetragen wird, wobei der Abstand zwischen der Rolle (16) und der Bahn (14) in Richtung auf die Fortbewegung des zu zerquetschenden Materials abnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Abstand zwischen der Rolle (16) und der Bahn (14) ab dem Bahnrand, der sich auf der Seite zur Beschickung mit dem zu zerquetschenden Material befindet, bis zu einer Distanz ab diesem Rand, die wenigstens gleich 80% der Bahnbreite ist, abnimmt, und daß dieser Abstand danach schnell zunimmt, um eine Dekompressionszone (19) auf der Seite der Abfuhr des zerquetschten Materials zu bilden, und daß die Bahn (14) durch einen Ring gebildet ist, der fest mit einer koaxialen Trommel (10) verbundet ist, die eine Abführungskammer (15) auf einer Seite der Bahn bildet, und eine ringförmige Absperrung (17) an dem Ende der Abführungskammer vorgesehen ist, das von der Bahn am weitesten entfernt ist, um in der besagten Kammer eine zerquetschte Materialschicht zurückzuhalten, deren Dicke so ist, daß sie praktisch den Rand der Rolle in der Ebene des angrenzenden Bahnrandes erreicht.
  2. Brecher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Ebene, welche die Achse der Rolle und der Bahn enthält, der Winkel (α), der durch die Bahn und die Rolle in der Dekompressionszone (19) gebildet wird, kleiner als 50° ist.
  3. Brecher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bahn (14) zylindrisch ist und die Rolle wenigstens durch zwei kegelstumpfe Teile gebildet wird, einen ersten Teil (16a, 16b), dessen Durchmesser ab ihrem Ende, das sich auf der Seite der Beschickung befindet, bis zu einer Distanz ab diesem Ende, die wenigstens gleich 80% der axialen Länge der Rolle ist, zunimmt, und einen zweiten Teil (16c) mit abnehmendem Durchmesser, der sich an ihrem anderen Ende befindet.
  4. Brecher nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bahn durch wenigstens zwei kegelstumpfe Flächen gebildet wird, eine erste Fläche (14a, 14b), deren Durchmesser ab ihrem Rand, der sich auf der Seite der Beschickung befindet, bis zu einer Distanz ab diesem Rand, die wenigstens gleich 80% der Bahnbreite ist, abnimmt, und eine zweite Fläche (14c) mit zunehmendem Durchmesser, die an ihrem anderen Bord angrenzend ist.
  5. Brecher nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse der Rolle hinsichtlich der Achse der Bahn unter einem Winkel (β) geneigt ist, der kleiner als 5° ist.
