Claims (6)
- Elektromagnetisches Schaltgerät, umfassend eine mobile Kontaktleiste (2), die mit einer Einheit von Kontaktbrücken (10) versehen ist, die mobile Leistungskontakte (11, 12) tragen, die mit festen Kontakten (13, 14) zusammenwirken, und umfassend einen Elektromagneten (3), der mit einem mobilen Anker (30) versehen ist, der eine mobile Magnetschaltung (33) umfasst, die mit einem Längskern (35) versehen ist, wobei die mobile Kontaktleiste (2) zwei elastische Einraststücke (23) umfasst, die Mittel zur indirekten Montage (4, 40) aufnehmen können,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur indirekten Montage einen Keil (4) umfassen, der mit dem beweglichen Anker (30) durch elastisches Einsetzen in eine Öffnung (34) des Kerns (35) der mobilen Magnetschaltung (33) verbunden ist, wobei der Keil (4) zwei Enden (40), die in die elastischen Stücke (23) der mobilen Kontaktleiste (2) einrasten, und einen zentralen Teil umfasst, der auf einer Innenwand (34b) der Öffnung (34) aufliegt, um drei Abstützungspunkte zu bilden. - Elektromagnetisches Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Keil (4) eine Längskrümmung aufweist, die es ihm ermöglicht, einen elastischen Druck auszuüben, um zum Halten der mobilen Schaltung (33) gegen die mobile Kontaktleiste (2) beizutragen, wobei vermieden wird, dass sich der Keil (4) mit den oberen Kanten (34a) der Öffnung (34) in Kontakt befindet.
- Elektromagnetisches Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mobile Kontaktleiste (2) zentrale Lagerungen (21), die die mobilen Kontaktbrücken (10) aufnehmen, und einen Isolierflansch (27) umfasst, der mit einer Unterseite (27a) versehen ist, wobei sich dieser Isolierflansch (27) zwischen den zentralen Lagerungen (21) und den elastischen Stücken (23) befindet, um einen Schutz des Elektromagneten (3) bei einer Öffnung der Kontakte zu gewährleisten.
- Elektromagnetisches Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Isolierflansch (27) mit Positioniermitteln (50) auf seiner Unterseite (27a) versehen ist, um eine Verkeilung der mobilen Schaltung (33) am Flansch zu gewährleisten.
- Elektromagnetisches Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positioniermittel (50) von mindestens zwei Wülsten (51) auf der Unterseite (27a) des Isolierflansches (27) gebildet sind.
- Elektromagnetisches Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positioniermittel (50) um einen Abstand gleich der Breite des Kerns (35) der mobilen Schaltung (33) entfernt sind.
