Claims (17)

1. Schalter des Typs, der in einem gleichen Gehäuse (10) zwei Phasenkontakte (13A, 13E) aufweist, von denen mindestens einer, der beweglich ist, durch elastische Öffnungsmittel in Richtung einer Lösestellung, in der er von dem anderen getrennt ist, vorgespannt ist, einen Verriegelungs- und Löse-Handgriff (23) der zwischen einer Verriegelungsstellung und einer Lösestellung bewegbar angebracht ist, und der in Richtung seiner Lösestellung durch elastische Rückführmittel vorgespannt ist, einen Steuermechanismus (35) der ausgelegt ist, um einerseits gesteuert durch den Verriegelungsund Löse-Handgriff (23) den Durchgang zur und das Halten in der Verriegelungsstellung des beweglichen Phasenkontaktes (13B) und andererseits gesteuert durch ein thermisches und/oder elektromagnetisches Löseorgan die Freigabe des beweglichen Phasenkontaktes (13B) sicherzustellen, und mit zwei Neutral-Kontakten (40A, 40B) von denen einer, der beweglich ist, durch den Verriegelungs- und Löse-Handgriff (23) zum Öffnen und zum Schließen geführt ist, wobei Nockenmittel zu diesem Zweck zwischen demselben und den anderen vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nockenmittel eine ansteigende Fläche (61) umfassen, die durch die Seitenfläche einer Gleitführung (63) gebildet ist, welche in einem Hohlraum des Verriegelungs- und Löse-Handgriffs (23) vorhanden ist, im Zusammenwirken mit den Rückstellmitteln (40, 70) geeignet zu einer Rückführung der Neutralkontakte (40A, 40B) in die Schließstellung in Abhängigkeit von einer Bewegung des Verriegelungs- und Löse-Handgriffes (23) in seine Schließstellung.
2. Schalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nockenmittel u.a. ein Folgestück (62) aufweisen, das,durch den beweglichen Neutralkontakt, (40B) getragen, in Eingriff mit der Schrägfläche (61) ist, die der Verriegelungs- und Löse-Handgriff (23) aufweist.
3. Schalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückholmittel (64) parallel zu der ersten durch die andere Flanke der Gleitführung (63) gebildet sind.
4. Schalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei schwenkbar angebrachtem bewegbarem Neutralkontakt (40B) die Nockenmittel u.a. mindestens eine Nase (68) umfassen, die seitlich über den beweglichen Neutralkontakt (40B) vorsteht und mit Abstand von dessen Schwenkachse zur Zusammenwirkung mit der Schrägfläche (61), die der Verriegelungs- und Löse-Handgriff (23) aufweist, ausgelegt ist.

Schalter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückführmittel (70) durch eine zweite Nase gebildet sind, welche der bewegliche Neutralkontakt (40B) mit seitlicher vorstehend an der anderen Seite seiner Schwenkachse bezüglich der ersten (68) trägt, und die wie jene zum Zusammenwirken mit der Schrägfläche (61), welche der Verriegelungs- und Löse-Handgriff (23) aufweist, ausgelegt ist.
6. Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Neutralkontakte (40A, 40B) sich in Seitenrichtung zwischen dem Verriegelungs- und Löse-Handgriff (23) und einer Wand (24') des Gehäuses (10) erstrecken.
7. Schalter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Neutralkontakte (40A, 40B) sich in einer Ausnehmung des Verriegelungs- und Löse-Handgriffes (23) befinden.
8. Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Querrichtung die Neutralkontakte (40A, 40B) insgesamt innerhalb des Außenumfangs des Verriegelungs- und Löse-Handgriffes (23) angeordnet sind.
9. Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Neutralkontakt (40B) in zwei parallele Backen (43) aufgeteilt ist, die an einem ihrer Enden schwenkbar an einem Leitorgan befestigt sind und die unter Einwirkung von elastischen Klemmitteln stehen, die sie permanent in Querrichtung aufeinander zu beaufschlagen, zum Einklemmen des zugehörigen festen Neutralkontaktes (40A) mit ihren anderen Enden.
10. Schalter nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Backen (43), die den beweglichen Neutralkontakt (40B) bilden, gemeinsam um das eine selbe Leitorgan (48) schwenkbar angebracht sind.
11. Schalter nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leitorgan (48) einen quergerichteten Durchbruch (49) aufweist, und daß die Backen (43), die jeweils zu beiden Seiten des Leitorganes (48) angebracht sind, jeweils eine Eindrückung (50) aufweisen, die lagerzapfenmäßig in der dem Querdurchbruch (49) desselben entsprechenden Mündung anliegen.

Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den den beweglichen Neutralkontakt (40B) bildenden Backen (43) zugeordneten elastischen Klemmittel sich gegen den einen Backen (43) anlegen und diesen gegen eine Achse (53) abstützen, die die Backen (43) in deren mittlerem Bereich durchquert und diese gegeneinander abstützt.
13. Schalter nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 12 zusammengenommen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Folgestück (62) der Nockenmittel durch eine Verlängerung der Achse (53) gebildet ist.
14. Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den den beweglichen Neutralkontakt (40B) bildenden Backen (43) zugeordneten elastischen Klemmittel durch eine U-förmige Feder (72) gebildet sind, welche die Backen (43) zusammendrückt.
15. Schalter nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die U-förmige Feder (72) an jedem ihrer Schenkel mit einem zu diesem Zweck an dem entsprechenden Backen (43) vorgesehenen Vorsprung (74) in Eingriff ist.
16. Schalter nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die U-förmige Feder (72) aus einem Runddraht besteht und daß das Ende jeder ihrer Schenkel um den Vorsprung (74) des entsprechenden Backens (43) gewickelt ist.
17. Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Schließstellung des beweglichen Neutralkontaktes (40B) die denselben bildenden beiden Backen (43) einen Abstand voneinander an jeder Stelle besitzen, möglicherweise mit Ausnahme des Endes, an dem sie schwenkbar befestigt sind.
