- the latching means and the retaining means present on the slide 20 have the following important characteristic: they are arranged so that, independently of the action of the spring 15, the movable bridge 30 can have a play between the external pins 34 and the retaining face 26. This play is made substantially along the longitudinal axis X of the slide 20. It allows, in the working position, that the spring 15 can exert sufficient pressure on the movable bridge 30 in order to press simultaneously and homogeneously the two movable contacts 41 of the movable bridge 30 on the two fixed contacts 42 corresponding. Indeed, if the alignment or if the thickness of the fixed contacts 42 or of the movable contacts 41 was not perfectly identical, a rigid assembly of the movable bridge 30 with the slide 20 would cause the two pairs of contacts to open or close.
