Description
- un boítier extérieur en matière plastique, présentant une configuration en deux demi-coquilles,
- des moyens d'assemblage des demi-coquilles,
- des moyens de fixation sur un support du type rail,
- au moins deux bornes de connexion électrique,
- un organe d'actionnement déplaçable entre deux positions stables,
- un sous-ensemble magnétique comportant un percuteur permettant d'interrompre la liaison électrique,
- et un mécanisme de serrure tel que décrit ci-dessus.
- la figure 1 est un exemple de réalisation, en vue éclatée, d'un mécanisme de serrure conforme à l'invention ;
- les figures 2 et 3 sont vues en coupe du mécanisme de serrure de la figure 1, dans des états de fonctionnement différents ;
- les figures 4 et 5 sont des représentations schématiques et partielles d'un disjoncteur conforme à l'invention, avec respectivement une liaison électrique fermée et ouverte ;

Claims (7)
- Mécanisme de serrure actionnant au moins un contact électrique mobile (1), se déplaçant par rapport à un contact fixe (2) entre deux positions stables correspondant respectivement à une ouverture et à une fermeture d'un circuit électrique, ledit mécanisme comportant un bilame (3) de déclenchement thermique, caractérisé en ce que le bilame (3) de déclenchement thermique est fixé sur une carcasse, sur laquelle est monté le contact électrique mobile (1).
- Mécanisme de serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un déclencheur (7) monté pivotant sur la carcasse et apte à actionner le contact électrique mobile (1), le déclencheur (7) comportant un organe d'entraínement (9) coopérant avec l'extrémité libre du bilame (3) et susceptible de faire pivoter ledit déclencheur sous l'action du bilame (3) de déclenchement thermique.
- Mécanisme de serrure selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le déclencheur (7) et l'organe d'entraínement (9) sont réalisés en une seule pièce en matière plastique.
- Mécanisme de serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la carcasse est métallique ou en plastique.
- Mécanisme de serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de rattrapage de course comportant un montage pivotant du contact mobile (1) sur la carcasse, et ce à l'encontre d'un moyen de rappel élastique générant un déplacement dudit contact mobile (1) sollicité élastiquement par rapport à ladite carcasse lors de l'établissement de la liaison électrique avec le contact fixe (2).
- Appareil électrique de protection de ligne électrique ou de protection de personnes comportant un mécanisme de serrure conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5.
- Disjoncteur électrique comportant :un boítier (12) extérieur en matière plastique, présentant une configuration en deux demi-coquilles,des moyens d'assemblage des deux demi-coquilles,des moyens de fixation (13) sur un support du type rail,au moins deux bornes de connexion électriqueun organe d'actionnement (11) déplaçable entre deux positions stables,un sous-ensemble magnétique (14) comportant un percuteur (15), permettant de séparer le contact mobile (1) du contact fixe (2),et un mécanisme de serrure conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5.
