- Dosiervorrichtung mit mindestens einem ersten Kanal (1) für eine erste Komponente und mindestens einem zweiten Kanal (2) für eine zweite Komponente, wobei der erste Kanal (1) und der zweite Kanal (2) in einem Eingangsbereich kommunizieren und wobei entweder der erste Kanal (1) oder der zweite Kanal (2) im Eingangsbereich mit einem Kolbenmittel (3) verschlossen ist und wobei der erste Kanal (1) und der zweite Kanal (2) in einem Ausgangsbereich kommunizieren, derart, dass ein Druck im Eingangsbereich ein Zusammenführen der ersten Komponente mit der zweiten Komponente im Ausgangsbereich bewirkt.
- Dosiervorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Kanal (1) und der zweite Kanal (2) durch mindestens zwei Teile (4, 5) gebildet werden, wobei mindestens ein erstes Teil (4) mit mindestens einem zweiten Teil (5) den ersten Kanal (1) bildet und das mindestens eine zweite Teil (5) mindestens den zweiten Kanal (2) bildet und dass das zweite Teil (5) als Einsatz in das erste Teil (4) ausgestaltet ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Kanal (2) im Zentrum des ersten Kanals (1) liegt.
- Dosiervorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der erste Kanal (1) und/oder der zweite Kanal (2) im Ausgangsbereich verjüngt.
- Dosiervorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der erste Kanal und der zweite Kanal im Ausgangsbereich verjüngen.
- Dosiervorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgangsbereich des zweiten Kanals (2) vollständig innerhalb des Ausgangsbereichs des ersten Kanals (1) liegt.
- Dosiervorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanäle zylindrisch ausgebildet sind, dass der zweite Kanal innerhalb des ersten Kanals angeordnet ist und dass der zweite Kanal durch Positioniermittel innerhalb des ersten Kanals gehalten wird, wobei diese Positioniermittel den ersten Kanal nicht verschliessen.
- Dosiervorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der Kanäle (1, 2) im Ausgangsbereich mehr als einen Ausgang (6) aufweist.
- Dosiervorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Kanal (1, 2) ausgangsseitig in mehrere zu den Ausgängen (6) führende Teilkanäle teilt.
- Dosiervorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (13, 17) für die Befestigung an einem Reservoir (10) für eine erste Komponente und an einem Statikmischer (8) aufweist.
- Dosiervorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus Kunststoff ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit dem Kolbenmittel (3) verschlossene Kanal der zweite Kanal (2) ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit dem Kolbenmittel verschlossene Kanal der erste Kanal (1) ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit dem Kolbenmittel (3) verschlossene Kanal mit einer der Komponenten gefüllt ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponente eine Beimischkomponente ist, die einen Bestandteil, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend Härter, Stabilisator, Verzögerer, Pigment, Katalysator oder Mischungen derselben enthält.
- Applikationsvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Dosiervorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15 und eine Ausdruckpresse umfasst.
- Applikationsvorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zusätzlich einen Statikmischer (8) und eine Applikationsdüse (9) umfasst.
- Verwendung einer Dosiervorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 in Kombination mit Kleingebinden, insbesondere mit Schlauchbeuteln, die mit marktgängigen Applikationsgeräten verarbeitbar sind.
- Verfahren zum dosierten Zusammengeben zweier Komponenten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Dosiervorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15 mit einem Behälter (10, 15) für die erste Komponente derart verbunden wird, dass die erste Komponente in direktem Kontakt mit der Dosiervorrichtung steht und unter Druckanwendung auf die erste Komponente durch den einen Kanal der Dosiervorrichtung strömt, der nicht mit einem Kolbenmittel (3) verschlossen ist, wobei diese erste Komponente gleichzeitig Druck auf das Kolbenmittel (3) ausübt, das den anderen Kanal verschliesst, derart, dass das Kolbenmittel in Richtung des Ausgangsbereichs verschoben wird, wobei Beimischkomponente durch den Ausgang ausgepresst und mit der ersten Komponente zugeführt wird.
- Einsatz (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zusammen mit einem Aussenteil (4) und einem Kolbenmittel (3) eine Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 ergibt.
- Einsatz (5)gemäss Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kanal (2) mit einer Beimischkomponente gefüllt ist und dass dieser Kanal einseitig mit einem Kolbenmittel (3) verschlossen ist.
