Definitions
- the invention relates to an espagnolette fitting for windows, doors od. Like., With a faceplate and with one behind this by means of it attached guide pieces longitudinally slidable drive rod.
- Such a drive rod fitting is from DE-GM 83 23 365 already known.
- the espagnolette fitting points to the Back of a faceplate at predetermined locations Guide piece that, for example, under a rivet pin with a Face plate is firmly connected.
- the guide pieces known here are made from a molded part, in this case from die-cast zinc, and have a T-shaped cross section, the web against each other supports the back of the faceplate and the two flanges together form a foot part, which is against the bottom of the groove support.
- the guide pieces serve the purpose of longitudinally movable bracket of the connecting rod, in which it with its web pass through a longitudinal slot of the same and the flanges Support support rod.
- the flanges form also an additional support of the whole Espagnolette fitting, in which the flanges are on the groove base support.
- two are at a distance Opposed troughs formed limited passages that lead to Guide the fastening screws for the connecting rod fitting serve.
- the fitting is characterized by a basic position to keep until the end of the stop work on the hardware components.
- a safety link made of shearable Material for example plastic or die-cast zinc provided, which after a functional test of the existing Fitting component in the recess provided in the guide piece for example automatically with the help of a mounting device is pushed in.
- the diametrically away from each other Longitudinal ribs of the securing member penetrate above the Foot part of the guide piece in the notches Drive rod and hold it against longitudinal displacement in one predetermined basic position.
- the known solution proves to be disadvantageous in that the Guide piece manufacturing technically very complex and therefore a higher cost is associated.
- the guide piece which in the Face plate is riveted due to, for example, transportation to the various assembly facilities through the game which is located between the drive rod and the guide piece, insofar twist that it is not, or only very badly in the Hardware fitting groove of the window profile can be installed.
- That Guide piece described here as a holding element has a Base body, the two outer surfaces of which each have projections stick outwards. These projections are resilient, with their free ends at different distances from the Bottom of the base body are prepared.
- Reason of this Case different projections is that the holding element in two different fitting grooves can be used. To the one has a fold profile a fold groove, which by a The groove projection is narrowed.
- the holding element lies with its underside at the bottom of the groove and is in this system by the two resilient Protrusions held behind the groove projection.
- the holding element in a rebate groove of a second rebate profile used in which the groove walls have no protrusion, but are smooth.
- Push rod enables the push rod to be moved opposite the holding element. In the final assembly position, this will be
- the faceplate is fixed to the profile with the help of a screw an opening in the faceplate and the mounting hole round picks.
- a centering pin engages in one appropriate recess in the push rod and holds this initially immovable to the holding element.
- This holding element or guide piece is a Plastic injection molded part, which is very complex to manufacture, because it has a resilient effect and a dimensionally stable effect got to. If you assume that the hardware is installed normally, a functional test of the same is not possible because the Centering pins which are intended for the basic position, ahead of time would break off the predetermined breaking point.
- Such a fitting is also known from EP 0 056 484 A2 become.
- the fitting has one with a faceplate covered receiving groove for a locking bar on in Longitudinal axis slidable between the faceplate and several U-shaped Holders made of a high-strength material is stored.
- the Side legs of the holder are provided with tongues that the webs of Reach behind the groove.
- the in the longitudinal direction of the receiving groove slidably mounted locking bar has an elongated hole in the a spacer is provided through the bore of which Fastening screw is guided. Through the spacer the for the mobility of the locking bar required distance between the faceplate and holders. That means that the Forend rail fitting via the fastening screws on the holders and not directly attached to the casement as usual.
- CH 460 575 is an espagnolette lock for Windows, doors or the like have become known, which is a fitting has, on which the drive rod is guided and held.
- the fitting itself consists of an essentially U-shaped, through Repeated bending material strip produced.
- the bottom of the The fitting is perforated for a fastening screw.
- Tongues To the respective free ends of the U-shaped piece are resiliently expandable Tongues provided in corresponding, at the bottom of the Engage the faceplate provided grooves and the faceplate secures against falling out.
- the disadvantage here is the very complex cuff rail, whose Making the grooves must be very precise in order to connect the To obtain shaped part.
- a shock load on the Espagnolette fitting can be the faceplate due to releasable snap connection between faceplate and fitting very solve easily, which affects the functioning of the worst case, injury to the user may result.
- the present invention is based on the object to create an espagnolette fitting of the type mentioned, the is technically simpler and cheaper and still has a high functionality.
- the Guide piece is S-shaped along the fitting receiving groove is.
- This fitting according to the invention thus has the essential Advantage that it is easier to manufacture and represents more cost-effective and all conditions that arise from the stand the technology result fully fulfilled in terms of functionality or achieved an improvement in certain areas.
- S-shaped Design of the guide piece made of sheet metal is high Strength and rigidity achieved with little material.
- you save a lot of material compared to Solid construction, for example in cast and forged constructions, what leads to small weights without a loss of strength and Stiffness is noted.
- Mainly sheet metal constructions carried out in mass production. The usable Manufacturing processes are simple, productive and can be done in high Automate dimensions.
- the faceplate receives a large part of the Cross-section across a large contact area, on the other the drive rod is spaced apart in the longitudinal direction Leadership, without the material another step, for example, to undergo a chamfer.
- the guide piece is in formed its longitudinal axis with a uniform wall thickness.
- the guide piece thus preferably offers in its longitudinal axis as little friction surface as possible of the longitudinally held Driving rod.
- This Training has the main advantage that the Fixing screw a dimensionally stable guide and the drive rod receives a wide range of contact surfaces.
- the Screw guide of the guide piece against the connecting rod Bottom of the groove bottom This will ensure a secure recording and almost smooth vertical support Fitting receiving groove guaranteed.
- a middle section of the guide piece at the height of the drive rod, from the left edge of the longitudinal slot of the drive rod to the right Edge running diagonally, is provided as a guide for the drive rod.
- a particularly simple production method is discussed Section that is located in the middle area of the guide piece stamped out far that he a in the longitudinal slot of the drive rod preferably in the horizontal direction through the diagonal Shaping is provided as a guide for the drive rod.
- the scope of the spring-elastic screw guide at least partially flat at least as a clamp, on the side walls of the Fitting groove.
- the diameter of the screw guide is larger than that Distance between the boundary walls of the fitting groove.
- a chamfer on the side in the direction of the fitting groove is provided, the diameter of the bevel end being different located above the bottom of the groove is smaller than the width of the lateral boundary walls of the receiving groove. The chamfer relieved thus inserting the drive rod fitting into the Fitting location.
- Another feature of the invention is that approximately across the central region a recess for receiving the longitudinal axis of the guide piece a securing member is provided.
- the securing member preferably consists of a molded plastic part.
- the securing member is two diametrically breakable ribs directed away from each other for a Guide piece has displaceable drive rod.
- the breakable Ribs penetrate notches in the drive rod and keep them against longitudinal displacement in a predetermined Basic position, the breakable ribs at the first Actuation of the drive rod fitting are sheared off.
- the Guide piece a resilient retaining web which preferably consists of There is plastic and at the end a breakable position fixing edge for has a drive rod displaceable to the guide piece.
- the effect of the elastic Holding bridge by transferring the spring-elastic screw guide he follows.
- a final inspection or Functional test of the hardware component after complete assembly of the fitting component possible without breaking off the position fixing edge.
- the resilient retaining web is in the relaxed state. That means that the position fixing edges only after Insert the fitting component in the fitting receiving groove in the notches of the drive rod are pressed in and keep this against longitudinal displacement in a predetermined Basic position.
- the resilient retaining web is located in the tense state.
