Claims (23)
- Begehbare Trittfläche, insbesondere Trittfläche eines aus Leichtmetall stranggepressten Profils, mit aus der Oberfläche einer Trittplatte parallel aufragenden, Längsrinnen (28) seitlich begrenzenden und durch Nasenleisten (32, 33) querschnittlich profilierten Formleisten (30), und mit in der Oberfläche der Trittplatte (14) quer zur Längsrichtung (y) der Formleisten (30) verlaufenden, den Längsrinnen (28) entsprechenden Quernuten (36), wobei die Quernuten (36) zwischen zwei Längsrinnen (28) jeweils eine Durchtrittsöffnung (48) aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zwischen diesen Quernuten (36) weitere, parallel zu den Quernuten (36) verlaufende und die Nasenleisten (32, 33) querende Zwischennuten (40, 40z) als Wellentäler oder Zinnentäler vorhanden sind, wobei die Längsrinnen (28) und die Quernuten (36) Gruppen (42) von aufragenden Vorsprüngen (44, 44a, 45; 54, 54a, 55) begrenzen, und diese Vorsprünge die Wellentäler oder Zinnentäler flankieren. - Trittfläche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formleisten (30) mit ihrem gewellten oder zinnenartig ausgebildeten Querschnitt und die Längsrinnen (28) einerseits sowie die Quernuten (36) und die dazu parallelen Zwischennuten (40, 40z) anderseits ein Raster mit/aus Vorsprüngen (44, 44a, 45; 54, 54a, 55) bilden.
- Trittfläche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem von den sich zu ihrem Tiefsten hin verjüngenden Wellentälern bestimmten gewellten Querschnitt der Formleiste/n (30) ein sich zum Nutentiefsten verjüngender Querschnitt der Zwischennuten (40) und in dem diesen entsprechenden Bereich der Quernuten (36) zugeordnet ist.
- Trittfläche nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Querschnitt der Quernut (36) aus einem Fußbereich rechteckigen Querschnitts und einem sich zu diesem hin verjüngenden oberen Bereich zusammensetzt.
- Trittfläche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der von den Zinnentälern etwa rechteckigen Querschnitts bestimmten zinnenförmigen Profilierung der Formleiste/n (30) Zwischennuten (40z) und Quernuten (36) rechteckigen Querschnitts zugeordnet sind.
- Trittfläche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von der Oberfläche (15) der Trittplatte (14) aufragenden Vorsprünge (44, 44a, 45; 54, 54a, 55) von rechteckigem, insbesondere von quadratischem Grundriß sind.
- Trittfläche nach Anspruch 3 oder 6, gekennzeichnet durch pyramidenförmige Vorsprünge (44, 44a, 45).
- Trittfläche nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, gekennzeichnet durch noppenartige Vorsprünge (54, 54a, 55) in Form eines Vierkants.
- Trittfläche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (44,44a,45;54,54a,55) einer Gruppe (42) von einem gemeinsamen plattenartigen Sockel (46) aufragen.
- Trittfläche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gruppe (42) von Vorsprüngen (44, 44a, 45; 54, 54a, 55) sowohl in Richtung der Längsrinnen (28) und Formleisten (30) als auch quer dazu jeweils eine ungerade Anzahl von Vorsprüngen enthält sowie ein zentraler Vorsprung (45; 55) der Gruppe definiert ist.
- Trittfläche nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zentrale Vorsprung (45; 55) die anderen Vorsprünge (44, 44a; 54, 54a) um ein Maß (i) überragt.
- Trittfläche nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (44a, 45; 54a, 55) der zentralen, zu den Formleisten (30) und den Längsrinnen (28) parallelen Reihe von Vorsprüngen die in der Gruppe (42) beidseits angeordneten anderen Vorsprünge (44; 54) überragen.
- Trittfläche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch Gruppen (42) von jeweils neun Vorsprüngen (44,44a,45;54,54a,55) auf dem gemeinsamen plattenartigen Sockel (46).
- Trittfläche nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die plattenartigen Sockel (46) einer Reihe von Gruppen (42) eine in die Unterseite der Trittplatte (14) eingeformte Formrinne (47) überspannen, deren Tiefstes von der Unterfläche (31) der Formleiste (30) gebildet ist.
- Trittfläche nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterfläche (31) der Formleiste (30) von Durchtrittsöffnungen (48) unterbrochen ist.
- Trittfläche nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine von den Unterflächen (31) der Formleisten (30) bestimmte Ebene (Q) im Abstand (c) zu einer die Böden (27) der Längsrinnen (28) enthaltenden zweiten Ebene (E) verläuft.
- Trittfläche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nuttiefsten (38) der Quernuten (36) in der von den Böden (27) der Längsrinnen (28) bzw. der Rinnenräume (29) bestimmten Ebene (E) liegen.
- Trittfläche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Abstand (c1) von der die Böden (27) der Längsrinnen (28) enthaltenden Ebene (E) eine Ebene (F) als geometrischer Ort für die Tiefsten der Längsnuten (34) und der Zwischennuten (40) verläuft.
- Trittfläche mit an die Trittplatte unterseitig angeformten Randschenkeln und einem Mittelsteg, der endwärtig eine hinterschnittene Nut aufweist, nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Mittelsteg (20) und dem Randschenkel (16) zumindest ein Zwischensteg (18) aus der Trittplatte (14) herausgeformt ist.
- Trittfläche nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mittelsteg (20) und/oder der Zwischensteg (18) an die Unterseite von Längsrinnen (28) angeformt sind/ist.
- Trittfläche nach Anspruch 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß endwärtige Stegfüße (24) des Mittelstegs (20) mit zu diesem weisenden Endrippen (17) der Randschenkel (16) und Fußplatten (19) der Zwischenstege (18) etwa fluchten.
- Trittfläche nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß parallel zur Endrippe (17) des Randschenkels (16) in diesen eine hinterschnittene Nut (21a) eingeformt ist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Trittfläche aus einem Leichtmetallwerkstoff, insbesondere aus einer Aluminiumlegierung, mit aus der Oberfläche einer Trittplatte parallel aufragenden, Längsrinnen (28) seitlich begrenzenden und querschnittlich profilierten Formleisten (30), und mit in der Oberfläche der Trittplatte (14) quer zur Längsrichtung (y) der Formleisten (30) verlaufenden, den Längsrinnen (28) entsprechenden Quernuten (36), wobei die Quernuten (36) zwischen zwei Längsrinnen (28) jeweils eine Durchtrittsöffnung (48) aufweisen, durch Strangpressen eines Strangpressprofils (12) mit parallelen, Längsrinnen (28) seitlich begrenzenden Formleisten (30) mit auf diesen in Pressrichtung(y)verlaufenden Nasenleisten (32, 33), sowie dem nachfolgenden Einfräsen von quer zur Pressrichtung(y)verlaufenden und die Nasenleisten (32, 33) und Längsrinnen (28) querenden Quernuten (36) in die Formleisten (30), wobei durch das Fräsen der Quernuten (36) die Durchtrittsöffnungen (48) aufgeschlossen werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine mittlere Nasenleiste (33) von den an der Oberfläche der Formleisten (30) aufragenden, ihre Querschnittsform bestimmenden Nasenleisten (32, 33) des Strangpressprofils (12) höher ist als die sie beidseits flankierenden Nasenleisten (32) und zwischen den eingefrästen Quernuten (36) quer zur Pressrichtung(y)und quer zu den Nasenleisten (32, 33) Zwischennuten (40, 40z) eingefräst werden, so dass die Längsrinnen (28) und die Quernuten (36) Gruppen (42) von pyramidenförmigen oder noppenartigen Vorsprüngen (44, 44a, 45; 54, 54a, 55) begrenzen, wobei aus der zentralen Nasenleiste (33) mehrere höhere Vorsprünge entstehen.
