Description

The present channel relates to a drainage channel for surface drainage and / or drainage of bulk material od. Like. With a gutter element of a gutter base and a relative to this movable gutter shell.

In the prior art such drainage channels are known in a variety of forms and designs. They are used in particular for dewatering large water attacks, especially in seepage areas. They also form drains especially in areas where accumulating water must be removed quickly.

Such a drainage channel is, for example, in the not previously published DE 198 51 960 described. The present invention relates to a further development of the drainage channel described therein.

Furthermore, it is known in conventional drainage channels that for connecting individual channel elements in addition lateral plates od. Like. Are provided which connect the individual gutter parts together. The disadvantage of this is that such joints and such a connection is very expensive, since a lot of time must be spent on the assembly and for connecting. In addition, additional components, fasteners or the like. Necessary to connect two channel elements frontally together.

The disadvantage of this is that a readjustment often can not be done without problems in such known in the art drainage channels and only with great effort.

The DE 1 994 398 U discloses a long narrow inlet grate, which is formed from a grating receptacle and a height and tilt adjustable against the grate receiving flow channel. Via a longitudinal slot, the flow channel can be adjusted in height relative to the grate holder.

The US 4,102,135 discloses a conventional drainage channel, wherein in the gutter bottom corresponding drainage slots are provided. In the present case, this is a pure drainage line which does not serve to receive a grate or the like.

The present invention has for its object to simplify the handling and adjustment of drainage channels to a necessary installation height and improve. Also, a drainage and seepage of water in the drainage channel to be improved.

To achieve this object, the trough upper part and the gutter bottom part have seepage openings, in particular seepage slots, which have an identical, possibly overlapping, structure when moving against each other, ie. that they allow dewatering in the displaced area.

In a preferred embodiment, an area below a shoulder of a channel upper part, which is displaceable relative to a channel lower part, formed closed. As a result, in the drainage channel when inserting and especially when readjusting no objects, such as in particular fillings, namely soil, stones, split od. Like. In corresponding openings, slots od. Like. Occur, so that a permanent up and down Move or Adjustment of the upper part of the channel against the lower part of the channel is guaranteed. Below this area are the overlapping seepage openings and slots that allow drainage even in the displaced or extended area. These improve the drainage and seepage of water.

Furthermore, a plurality of anchor plate elements can protrude laterally, preferably at right angles, from the drainage channel. These serve to hold and to set the drainage channel in appropriate soft substrates. These form a so-called Aufschwemmsicherung. Preferably, individual anchor plate elements are connected on both sides and at points to the drainage channel. However, they can be designed as continuous and elongated profiles. These hold in particular the gutter bottom firmly in the ground, so that a continuous adjustment and adjustment or displacement of the gutter upper part is possible in a simple manner to adapt it to a surface exactly or connect.

Furthermore, end plates can be provided on the front side of possibly redetachable end walls in the manner described above, which can be adjusted according to the upper channel part in height continuously.

A preferred embodiment of the present invention is also formed by the formation of a corresponding infinitely height-adjustable floor drain, which corresponds to the structure of the drainage channel. Essentially, it is square, rectangular or even round, with openings being formed on its side walls or side flanges by removing or breaking off closure elements. In these openings drainage channels can then be inserted and connected.

Preferably, the drainage channels are made of metal, in particular stainless steel. However, it is also within the scope of the present invention to use other materials such as plastic, aluminum or composites. The invention is not limited here.

Preferably, end elements project from the side elements and the bottom element of the channel element. These are preferably offset by a shoulder to the outside, wherein the paragraph corresponds approximately to the thickness of the components of the channel element, such as bottom element and side wall.

As a result, can be in the individual receiving profiles from above a front side subsequent groove element Insert and connect directly to the other gutter element almost without play. In this case, the individual floor elements of the adjacent channel elements lie in a common plane, so that no offset is formed in the watercourse area.

At the same time, the connection elements form an exact guide for nesting the channel elements to form an elongate drainage channel. The plugging can always be done from the top, which is a considerable relief during assembly.

Only fasteners must be pushed through the appropriate openings provided to connect two adjacent gutter elements in this way firmly together or releasable.

Preferably, the connection elements are formed from the side walls and the bottom element of the channel element, so that overall the drainage channel can be produced in one piece or in one operation. This saves considerable manufacturing costs during production.

However, it should also be thought to provide the connecting elements, for example. As sheets laterally on the side walls or from below on the bottom element, for example. By spot welding to produce corresponding connection elements for frontally connecting two channel elements. It is also conceivable, for example, to provide the connecting element on the side walls or on the floor element only in some areas. Here is the invention no limit set.

According to FIG. 1 has a drainage channel R a channel element 1, which consists essentially of a U-shaped profile gutter base A and a relative to the gutter base A slidably mounted channel top A 1 . The gutter base A is preferably formed U-profile-like and consists of a bottom flange 2, project from the side of each side flanges 3 upwards.

The channel top A1 is preferably formed as an elongated profile and has in an upper region an outwardly projecting shoulder 4 with subsequent thereto preferably folded or umbörtelten flange 5, which increases the stability of the channel top.

In the gutter bottom part A and in the gutter upper part A 1 , a plurality of vertically upwardly arranged seepage openings 6, in particular seepage slits are provided, wherein the individual seepage openings 6 of the gutter lower part A or gutter upper part A1 are arranged overlapping one another. Furthermore, elongated holes 7 are provided in the gutter lower part A and the gutter upper part A1, through which at least one fastening element 8 engages in order to fix these two against each other. Within the slots 8, the channel upper part A 1 is arranged continuously displaceable relative to the channel base A and can be set in any position.

As in particular in the embodiment of the present invention according to FIG. 2 shows, the individual gutter shells A 1 via at least one web element 13 are firmly connected. The respective shoulders 4 form a support for a drain grate not shown here, which is inserted above.

Important in the present invention, however, is that below the peripheral edge 14 of the upper channel part A 1 and below the shoulder 4 in a region of the upper channel part A 1, a closed region 17 is formed. This area 17 causes a closed area 17 to be permanently created in every position of use when the upper door part A 1 is extended or pushed out relative to the lower door part A. This rules out that a bed can not enter through openings, slots or the like in the gutter element 1 from the outside. Due to the entry of objects, for example through slits, openings or the like, the extended gutter upper part A 1 would no longer be able to be moved downwards into its original position against the gutter lower part A. In this way it is ensured that even in the installed or assembled state an adjustment and balancing, in particular displacement of the upper channel part A 1 with respect to channel bottom part A remains guaranteed.

A corresponding tool 9, as in particular in FIG. 6 is shown, can be used to move against each other. It is screwed through a threaded hole, not shown here, of the web element 13 until it rests against the bottom flange 2 of the channel lower part A. By further rotation, the two side flanges of the channel upper part A 1 are moved upward. Alignment or adjustment can be done in this way very accurately and accurately. Subsequently, in this aligned or adjusted position by tightening the fastening elements 8, the channel upper part A 1 is clamped relative to the round channel bottom part A and fixed in this way releasable.

Furthermore, in FIG. 2 shown that a preferably angled anchor plate 10, as also closer in FIG. 3 is shown, abragend outwardly adjacent to the gutter element 1, in particular to the side flange 3 of the gutter lower part A. Preferably protrudes from the anchor plate member 10 from a flange 18 at right angles from above, which is also provided with at least one elongated hole 11. Through this slot 11 engages, as in FIG. 2 indicated, the fastener 8. The anchor plate member 10 is arranged relative to the channel element 1 slidably. Preferably, however, the anchor plate member 10 and the bottom flange 2 lie in a plane. The anchor plate member 10 is used to set and at the same time as Aufschwemmsicherung the drainage channel R. As a result, the resting on the anchor plate member 10 and side adjacent to the drainage channel R, not shown here bed, an additional support guaranteed. The fill can be soil, splits but also concrete. A firm anchorage is possible here. It can be provided at any point of the channel element 1, a corresponding anchor plate member 10, but should also be within the scope of the present invention, the anchor plate member 10 elongated according to the channel element 1 form and over the entire length to equip the corresponding channel element 1, it should to be required.

In the embodiment of the present invention according to FIG. 4 a floor drain A 2 is shown, which, as described above, consists of a gutter lower part A and a gutter upper part A 1 . Preferably, the floor drain A 2 is formed rectangular and provided at its unspecified here numbered flanges with slots 7. It is also important that in these end faces or end flanges closure elements 12 are punched out that can be cut or broken out in a very simple manner. At this resulting, not numbered here openings, corresponding channel elements 1 can then be connected. The present floor drain A 2 corresponds to the structure and function in about the gutter element R according to the Figures 1 and 2 ,

Ein Festlegen erfolgt in oben beschriebener Weise über Befestigungselemente 8.In a further embodiment of the present invention according to FIG. 5 a drainage channel R 1 is shown, in which the end face an end wall 15 is provided, which is fixed or detachable with the channel bottom part A connectable. In the end wall 15, two elongated holes 7 are preferably provided. Preferably within the end wall 15, a closure plate 16 is provided with correspondingly identical slots 7, which allows a displacement relative to the end wall 15 in the slot. The end plate element 16 can be moved upwards in accordance with the channel upper part 1, in order to produce a frontal closure over the entire drainage channel. A fixing takes place in the manner described above via fastening elements 8.

According to FIG. 7 For example, a preferred drainage channel R 10 has a channel element 21, which is preferably formed from a bottom element 22 and side walls 23, 24 adjoining it. An approximately U-shaped profile as a channel element 21 is formed.

In the side walls 23, 24 are preferably provided by the bottom element 22 vertical drainage slots 25 through which liquid can flow. An area above it is closed.

Entsprechende Langlöcher 28 ermöglichen ein vertikales Verschieben des Aufnahmeprofiles 26, 27 entlang der Seitenwand 23, 24.In the present embodiment, receiving profiles 26, 27 are arranged adjustable in height relative to the bottom element 22 within the side walls 23, 24. Corresponding elongated holes 28 allow a vertical displacement of the receiving profile 26, 27 along the side wall 23, 24th

A traverse 29 connects the two receiving profiles 26, 27 with each other, so that a common up and down movement is possible. The receiving profiles 26, 27 form at the top a shoulder 30, which is for receiving a in FIG. 9 shown grate element 31 is used. As grate elements 31 a wide variety of profiles with different openings, perforations and the like. Be provided.

To further clarify the operation of this drainage channel R 10 , in the above-described Embodiment is expressly to the DE 198 51 960.5 directed. Therefore, a more detailed description can be omitted here.

In the present invention, it is important that at least one connecting element 32.1 to 32.3 adjoins the gutter element 21 at the front side. This connection element 32.1 to 32.3 is made in the preferred embodiment of the channel element 21 itself. In this case, each connection element 32.1 to 32.3 is offset parallel to the outside via a shoulder 33, wherein the shoulder 33 corresponds approximately to a thickness D corresponding to a thickness of the channel element 21.

Die Anschlusselemente 32.2, 32.3 schliessen in etwa parallel nach aussen um den Absatz 33 versetzt an die Seitenwände 23, 24 an.The connecting elements 32.2, 32.3 close approximately parallel to the outside about the shoulder 33 offset to the side walls 23, 24 at.

To the bottom element 22 preferably closes down around the shoulder 33, the connecting element 32.1. The connecting element 32.1 runs approximately parallel to the bottom element 22. Preferably, it is of equal width B corresponding to the bottom element 22. The connecting elements 32.2, 32.3 are also preferably of the same height corresponding to the side walls 23, 24.

The connecting elements 32.2, 32.3 are each provided with openings 34 which serve for the frontal connection of an adjacent channel element 21. Preferably, the openings 34 are formed rectangular in order to use a preferably profiled trained corresponding fastener rotatably.

In the context of the present invention, however, it should also be understood that, for example, the connecting elements 32.2, 32.3 are offset inwards relative to the side walls 23, 24. The same would also be conceivable for the connection element 32.1.

It should also be within the scope of the present invention that the connection elements 32.1 to 32.3 only partially connect to partial areas of the side elements 23, 24 or of the bottom element 22 at the end. These can be designed, for example, narrower. Also, it should be thought of, for example, the connection element 32.1 much wider than the bottom element 22 form to simultaneously form a Aufschwemmsicherung. In this way, the channel element 21 can be firmly anchored even in very soft grounds.

In the Ausführungsbeipiel of the present invention according to FIG. 8 a drainage channel R 20 is shown, in which the side walls 23, 24 are folded over to a receiving profile 26, 27 inwardly and a receptacle for the grate element 31, as it is also in FIG. 9 is shown form. Substantially close the connection elements 32.1 to 32.3, as in FIG. 7 are described in detail at.

Die Funktionsweise der vorliegenden Erfindung ist folgende:The operation of the present invention is as follows:

For frontally connecting two channel elements 21 of a front side is applied to a second and pushed from top to bottom in the connecting elements 32.1 to 32.3. In this way, a gutter element 21 can be connected from the top to another on the front side. Due to the offset 23, in particular of the connecting element 32.1 from the bottom element 22, an end-side connection of two adjacent channel elements 21 arises approximately without gaps and offsets.

Through the opening 34 then engages a fastener not shown here in detail and druchgreift a correspondingly shaped opening 34 of the subsequent channel element 21. In this way, a firm connection can be established. It is also contemplated that one or the other opening 34 either of the connecting element 32.2, 32.3 or the opening 34 of the side walls 23, 24 form correspondingly as a slot to allow, for example, a slightly inclined connecting two adjacent gutter elements 21. This is, for example, advantageous if corresponding gutter elements 21 are inserted in depressions, depressions or domes.
