Description
Claims (8)
- Druckbehälter mit mindestens zwei gegeneinander abgedichteten Kammern (1, 10) zur Aufnahme von verschiedenen, flüssigen oder halbflüssigen Komponenten (K1, K2) sowie mit einer Abgabeeinrichtung (11), welche eine für die Kammern (1, 10) gemeinsame, an einem Einsatz (2, 2a) abgestützte Ventilplatte (3, 3a) umfasst, wobei in die Ventilplatte (3, 3a) für jede Kammer (1, 10) je ein mit ihrem Innern in Verbindung stehendes Abgabeventil (8, 9) eingesetzt ist, und wobei der Einsatz (2, 2a) auf seiner Unterseite einen im Querschnitt gesehen im wesentlichen U-förmig ausgebildeten Rand (20) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilplatte (3, 3a) aus einem nicht adhäsiven Kunststoff, insbesondere aus einem Polyolefin, einem halogenierten Polyolefin oder einem Teflonderivat besteht, und dass der innere freie Schenkel (21, 21a) des Rands (20) derart in die Ventilplatte (3) eingebettet ist, dass entweder ein Hohlraum (22) zwischen der Ventilplatte (3) und dem Einsatz (2) gebildet ist und zur Abdichtung zwischen der Ventilplatte (3) und dem Einsatz (2) ein in diesen Hohlraum (22) eingesetzter, mittels eines Spannrings (5) belasteter O-Ring (4) vorgesehen ist, oder dass der Einsatz (2a) zur Verbesserung der Abdichtung zwischen der Ventilplatte (3a) und dem Einsatz (2a) zumindest im endseitig eingebetteten Bereich mit einem Haftvermittler (13) beschichtet ist.
- Druckbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (2a) mit einem Haftvermittler auf Polyurethanbasis beschichtet ist.
- Druckbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (2) aus einem plastisch verformbaren Material, insbesondere aus Metall, besteht und dass der Spannring (5) zusammen mit dem O-Ring (4) durch eine plastische Materialverformung (24) des Einsatzes (2) in der belasteten Position gehalten ist.
- Druckbehälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite des Hohlraums (22) zumindest dem Durchmesser des O-Rings (4) im unbelasteten Zustand entspricht.
- Druckbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtflächen (26, 27) der Abgabeventile (8, 9) mit einem elastischen Material beschichtet sind.
- Druckbehälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtflächen (26, 27) der Abgabeventile (8, 9) mit Silikon beschichtet sind.
- Druckbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabeventile (8, 9) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
- Druckbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilplatte (3) auf ihrer Unterseite einen im wesentlichen hohlzylindrisch ausgebildeten Fortsatz (17) aufweist, an dem ein die innere Kammer bildender, einen hohlzylindrischen Halsabschnitt aufweisender Behälter (10) befestigt ist, wobei der Fortsatz (17) auf der Aussenseite mit einem erhöhten, zylindrisch verlaufenden Abschnitt (29) versehen ist, der eine ringförmig verlaufende Nut (30) aufweist, in der ein weiterer O-Ring (31) aufgenommen ist, der den inneren Behälter (10) am Halsabschnitt abdichtet.
