Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- Verschleißhemmende, farbabweisende Beschichtung, insbesondere von Druckmaschinenkomponenten, die ein verschleißfestes Material in Form von Metalloxiden oder verschleißarmen Hartmetallen beinhaltet und mit einem Siegelstoff behandelt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Siegelstoff ein Siegler aus der Gruppe der Polyorganosiloxane ist, der bei 100° C bis 170° C aushärtet.
- Verschleißhemmende, farbabweisende Beschichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Siegler Polyhydrogenmethylsiloxan verwendet ist.
- Verschleißhemmende, farbabweisende Beschichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vor Verschleiß schützende Oxidkeramikschicht aus den Stoffen AL2O3, TiO2, Cr2O3, ZrO2, SiO2, Y2O3, CeO, CaO und MgO oder aus Mischungen der Oxidkeramiken besteht.
- Verschleißhemmende, farbabweisende Beschichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vor Verschleiß schützende Hartmetallschicht aus WC/Co, WC/Ni, TiC/Ni, Cr3C2/Ni, NICrBSi oder Molybdän oder aus Mischungen dieser Hartmetalle besteht.
- Verschleißhemmende, farbabweisende Beschichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vor Verschleiß schützende Beschichtung eine Dicke von 0,03 bis 1,5 mm, vorzugsweise 0,1 mm aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Beschichtung, insbesondere von Druckmaschinenkomponenten dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem ersten Schritt eine vor Verschleiß schützende Schicht aus Oxidkeramik oder Hartmetall aufgebracht wird und in einem zweiten Schrift eine Versiegelung samt thermischer Aushärtung mit stark farbabweisenden Eigenschaften erfolgt unter Verwendung eines Sieglers vom Typ Polyorganosiloxan, insbesondere Polyhydrogenmethylsiloxan.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Beschichten der Druckmaschinenkomponenten erst ein Schleif- und/oder Poliervorgang der Schichtoberfläche erfolgt und erst anschließend die Versiegelung mit einem Siegler vom Typ Polyorganosiloxan samt Aushärtung erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aushärtung der Versiegelung nur bei Temperaturen von 100°C bis 170° C erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Versiegelung ohne Ausbau der Komponente in der Druckmaschine erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung, Versiegelung und Aushärtung auf einer Druckmaschinenkomponente erfolgt, die nicht aus Stahl, sondern aus Leichtbauwerkstoffen wie Aluminium, Magnesium, Titan oder faserverstärktem Kunststoff besteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vor Verschleiß schützende Oxidkeramik oder Hartmetallschicht durch thermisches Spritzen wie atmosphärisches Plasmaspritzen oder Halogenflammspritzen aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vor Verschleiß schützende Oxidkeramik oder Hartmetallschicht durch Beschichtungsprozesse wie PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition), CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition), Sintern, Heißisostatpressen, Galvanik, Sprengplattieren, Auftragsschweißen, Auflöten, Klebetechniken oder Reaktivverfahren aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Oberflächenrauhigkeit der vor Verschleiß schützenden Schicht funktionsgerecht eingestellt wird, die zwischen 1,0 µm <Rz <90 µm, vorzugsweise bei Rz = 15 bis 20 µm liegt.
