Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif pour couper une bande de matériau, avec un premier composant à rotation sans fin (20) et un deuxième composant à rotation sans fin (27, 8) dans lequel un couteau (29) est intégré, les composants en rotation (20, 27, 8) formant entre eux une zone de coupe (3) dans laquelle la bande de matériau (1) est guidée à travers les composants (20, 27, 8), un premier corps d'appui (23) destiné à soutenir le premier composant à rotation sans fin (20) étant disposé dans la zone de coupe (3),
       caractérisé en ce que
       le premier composant à rotation sans fin (20) est réalisé en forme de courroie, ce composant présentant une structure en plusieurs parties et des évidements dans lesquels des pièces en caoutchouc sont intégrées étant prévus, ou en ce que le premier composant à rotation sans fin (20) a une structure multicouches, une couche de caoutchouc continue servant de barre à rainure.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
       caractérisé en ce que
       le deuxième composant à rotation sans fin (27) est une construction à courroie qui tourne dans une boucle sans fin et en ce qu'un deuxième corps d'appui (26) qui soutient le deuxième composant à rotation sans fin (27) est prévu.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
       caractérisé en ce que le deuxième composant à rotation sans fin (27) possède une structure multicouches dans laquelle le couteau (29) est intégré.
  4. Dispositif selon une des revendications 2 ou 3,
       caractérisé en ce que
       le premier corps d'appui (23) est disposé à l'intérieur du premier composant à rotation sans fin (20).
  5. Dispositif selon une des revendications 2 à 4,
       caractérisé en ce que
       le deuxième composant à rotation sans fin (27) comporte une couche de support (27.4).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5,
       caractérisé en ce que
       la couche de support (27.4) comporte une surface pour l'essentiel plane qui est en contact avec une surface (26.1) du deuxième corps d'appui (26).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6,
       caractérisé en ce que
       la couche de support (27.4) comporte une surface en forme de dents (27.1) tournée vers la surface (26.1) du deuxième corps d'appui (26).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6,
       caractérisé en ce que
       la couche de support (27.4) comporte un élément de renforcement (27.2) qui s'étend en particulier pour l'essentiel dans le sens longitudinal de la couche de support (27.4).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8,
       caractérisé en ce que
       l'élément de renforcement (27.2) est composé de fibres, en particulier de fibres de Kevlar, en contient ou est une ficelle.
  10. Dispositif selon une des revendications 5 à 9,
       caractérisé en ce que
       la couche de support (27.4) comporte une rainure de fixation pour le couteau (29), qui est en particulier réalisée comme fente en forme de T qui entoure un socle de couteau (30) du couteau (29).
  11. Dispositif selon une des revendications 8 ou 9,
       caractérisé en ce que le couteau (29) est fixé à la couche de support (27.4) par l'élément de renforcement (27.2).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11,
       caractérisé en ce que
       l'élément de renforcement (27.2) s'étend à travers une entaille du couteau (29) logé dans la couche de support (27.4).
  13. Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes,
       caractérisé en ce que
       le couteau (29) comporte un socle de couteau (30) élastique monté sur ressorts.
  14. Procédé de coupe d'une bande de matériau (1),
       un premier composant (20) étant déplacé dans une boucle sans fin et un deuxième composant (27, 8) dans lequel un couteau (29) est intégré étant déplacé dans une boucle sans fin et une bande de matériau (1) étant guidée entre le premier et le deuxième composant,
       caractérisé en ce que
       le premier composant à rotation sans fin (20) est réalisé sous forme de courroie et en plusieurs parties, celui-ci comportant une structure en plusieurs parties et des évidements dans lesquels des pièces en caoutchouc sont intégrées étant prévus, ou le premier composant à rotation sans fin (20) ayant une structure multicouches, une couche de caoutchouc continue servant de barre à rainure et en ce que, lors du passage près d'un corps de soutien (23) le couteau (29) coupe un cran (15) de la bande de matériau, le premier composant à rotation sans fin remplissant la fonction d'une barre à rainure.
