Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- Kochmulde mit einer Abdeckplatte, insbesondere Glaskeramikplatte, einem mit dieser verbundenen Muldenboden und mehreren Kochstellen, deren jeder wenigstens ein Strahlungsheizelement zugeordnet ist, wobei jedes Strahlungsheizelement von einem Umgrenzungskörper aus Wärmedämmaterial umgeben ist und zwischen dem Strahlungsheizelement und dem Muldenboden eine oder je eine auf dem Muldenboden aufliegende Isolierlage aus Wärmedämmaterial angeordnet ist und Ausgleichselemente die Umgrenzungskörper gegen die Abdeckplatte drücken,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die elastischen und/oder plastischen Ausgleichselemente(10) zwischen der Isolierlage(9) und den Umgrenzungskörpern(7,8) angeordnet sind, wobei sie sich an der Isolierlage(9) abstützen und die Umgrenzungskörper(7,8) gegen die Abdeckplatte(2) drücken. - Kochmulde nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Muldenboden(3) einzelne Aufnahmezonen(23,24) für die Isolierlage(9) der jeweiligen Kochstelle ausgebildet sind und daß die Ausgleichselemente(10) durch Formgebungen(25) des Muldenbodens(3) in der Umgebung der jeweiligen Aufnahmezone(23,24) gebildet sind, wodurch die Aufnahmezone(23,24) jeweils gegenüber dem Muldenboden(3) im übrigen derart federelastisch ist, daß sie die jeweils zugeordnete Isolierlage(9) in Richtung der Abdeckplatte(2) drückt und damit den auf der Isolierlage (9) aufsitzenden Umgrenzungskörper(7,8) an die Abdeckplatte(2) andrückt. - Kochmulde nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an den Aufnahmezonen(23,24) Krallen(28) ausgebildet sind, die den jeweiligen Umgrenzungskörper(7,8) an der Isolierlage(9) halten. - Kochmulde nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Strahlungsheizelemente(5,6) Heizleiter aus Metallfolie sind und an ihrem Umfang an dem Umgrenzungskörper(7,8) und/oder der Isolierlage(9) gehalten sind. - Kochmulde nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die Isolierlage(9) am Muldenboden(3) über alle Kochstellen durchgehend erstreckt. - Kochmulde nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Umgrenzungskörper(7,8) ein abgewinkeltes Querschnittsprofil aufweist. - Kochmulde nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Umgrenzungskörper(7,8) eine horizontale Randfläche(12) aufweist, an dem das Strahlungsheizelement (5,6) mittels Haltelaschen(13) von unten gehalten ist. - Kochmulde nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Ausgleichselement(10) ein Formkörper aus Wärmedämmaterial mit elastischen Eigenschaften ist, der die jeweilige Kochstelle wenigstens weitgehend umschließt. - Kochmulde nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der Isolierlage(9) umlaufende Nuten(11) vorgesehen sind und daß in die Nuten(11) das jeweilige Ausgleichselement(10) eingesetzt ist. - Kochmulde nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Umgrenzungskörper(7,8) in die ihm zugeordnete Nut (11) ragt. - Kochmulde nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der Isolierlage(9) bei der Kochstelle ein Steg(15) ausgebildet ist, über den der Umgrenzungskörper(7,8) greift. - Kochmulde nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das jeweilige Ausgleichselement(10) zwischen dem jeweiligen Steg(15) und dem Umgrenzungskörper(7,8) liegt. - Kochmulde nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Ausgleichselement(10) von wenigstens einer Anformung(18) der Isolierlage(9) gebildet ist. - Kochmulde nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Umgrenzungskörper(7,8) wenigstens eine oben oder unten offene Tasche(20,21) aufweist, in die ein Anschlußsockel(19) und/ oder ein Bimetall-Temperaturbegrenzer(22) eingesetzt ist. - Kochmulde nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Umgrenzungskörper(7,8) wenigstens eine elektrische Anschlußfahne(33) fixiert ist, die mit einer Anschlußlasche(34) des Strahlungsheizkörpers(5,6) elektrisch leitend verbunden ist. - Kochmulde nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Muldenboden(3) wenigstens ein, wenigstens eine elektrische Anschlußfahne(31) oder Kontaktfahne(40) tragender Anschlußsockel(19) oder Anschlußleiste(38) angeordnet ist, wobei die Anschlußfahne(31) oder Kontaktfahne(40) oberhalb des Muldenbodens(3) mit dem Strahlungsheizkörper(5,6) kontaktiert ist und unterhalb des Muldenbodens(3) an sie eine Anschlußleitung ansetzbar ist. - Kochmulde nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Anschlußsockel(19) oder die Anschlußleiste(38) Klemmverbindungen für den Strahlungsheizkörper und/oder Anschlußleitungen aufweist. - Kochmulde nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 16 und 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anschlußfahnen(31) oder Kontaktfahnen(40) mit Anschlußlaschen(34) des Heizleiters kontaktiert sind. - Kochmulde nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Muldenboden(3) Laschen(57) für einen Formschluß zwischen dem Muldenboden(3) und der Isolierlage(9) ausgebildet sind.
