Claims (11)
- Backofen mit einer Backofenmuffel und einem deren frontseitige Öffnung umziehenden Muffelflansch mit einer Flanschdichtung, an welcher eine Innenscheibe einer im wesentlichen vertikal angeordneten Backofentür anliegt und die Backofenmuffel verschließt, welche Innenscheibe die gesamte Muffelöffnung bis über die Flanschdichtung hinaus abdeckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenscheibe (13) der Backofentür (7) derart schalenförmig gewölbt ist, daß der Abstand der Innenscheibe (13) von der durch den Muffelflansch (3) aufgespannten Ebene (19) im Zentralbereich der Innenscheibe größer ist als in deren Peripherbereich.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die maximale Wölbung (Wmax) der Innenscheibe (13) in deren Zentralbereich bei Raumtemperatur etwa 5 - 15/10 mm beträgt.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenscheibe (13) als schalenförmig gewölbte Scheibe hergestellt ist.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenscheibe (13) zur Ausbildung der schalenförmigen Wölbung auf ein Trägerelement (9) der Backofentür (7) gespannt ist.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Innenscheibe (13) und einem vorzugsweise rahmenförmigen Trägerelement (9) der Backofentür (7) zu deren Beabstandung Abstandselemente (31) angeordnet sind, daß die Innenscheibe (13) mittels an ihr gehalterter Befestigungselemente (33) an das Trägerelement (9) gespannt ist, und daß die Abstandselemente (31) außerhalb des durch die Befestigungselemente (33) begrenzten Flächenbereichs zwischen der Innenscheibe (13) und dem Rahmen (9) angeordnet sind.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine im wesentlichen rahmenförmige Zwischendichtung (31) der Backofentür (7) als Abstandselement dient.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (33) durch Klebung an der Innenscheibe (13) gehaltert sind.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebeverbindungen ausschließlich im seitlichen und unteren Bereich der Innenscheibe (13) der Backofentür (7) vorgesehen sind.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der der Backofenmuffel (1) zugewandten Seite der Innenscheibe (13) eine Wärmereflexionsbeschichtung (14) vorgesehen ist.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Backofentür (7) frei von die Innenscheibe (13) an derer der Backofenmuffel (1) zugewandten Seite übergreifenden Halterungselementen ist.
- Backofentür für einen Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
