durch Aktivierung der Verstellspindel 18 eine Verstellung
der Relativposition zwischen dem Greifer 14 in seiner
Übernahmeposition und der unteren Faltschachtel des im
Magazinschachtes 31 befindlichen Stapels verändert werden.
Desweiteren wird der Abstand der Seitenwände 22 und
23 des Magazinschachtes 31 auf das neue Faltschachtelformat
eingestellt. Infolge der Verstellungen der Verstellspindeln
15 und 18 erfährt das erste Lager 21 des Zuführbandes
26 eine Verlagerung, die zu einer Verlagerung des
hinteren zweiten Lagers 28 entlang der von der Pendelstütze
29 vorgegebenen Kreisbahn führt. Die sich dabei
einstellende Position des Zuführbandes 26 ist in Figur 2
dargestellt. Aufgrund der vorderen, am Tragteil 20 ausgebildeten
Schwenklagerung des Zuführbandes 26 und seiner
hinteren pendelnden Lagerung ist es möglich, daß das
Zuführband 26 den durch die Verstellspindeln 15 und 18
vorgegebenen Verstellbewegungen selbstätig folgt, ohne

Claims (7)
- Folded box hopper in a packaging machine having a hopper shaft (31) accepting a stack of flattened folded boxes, a transfer device (13) having a gripper (14) by means of which the lowermost folded box of the stack can be removed from the hopper shaft (31), and an input belt (26) for introducing the folded boxes into the hopper shaft (31), wherein a first adjustment device (15, 16, 17) is provided for height adjustment of the gripper and of the hopper shaft (31) relative to a downstream transport belt (32) and with a second adjustment device (18, 19) for alignment of the hopper shaft (31) relative to the gripper (14), wherein the height and/or tilt of the input belt (26) can be changed, characterized in that an end of the input belt facing the hopper shaft (31) is hinged to the hopper shaft (31) via a first bearing (21) and can be displaced and adjusted together with the hopper shaft (31) through adjustment of the hopper shaft (31) via the first and/or a second adjustment device, wherein an end of the input belt (26) facing away from the hopper shaft (31) is borne by a second bearing (28) to travel, together therewith, along a control path when the first bearing (21) is displaced, as a result of which, the input belt (26) is directed horizontally or travels in the transport direction in a downwardly slanted manner.
- Folded box hopper according to claim 1, characterized in that the input belt (26) is hinged at its second bearing (28) and can be displaced in a horizontal and vertical direction along the control path.
- Folded box hopper according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the second bearing (28) is a pivot bearing constituting an end bearing of a pendulous support (29) which, in turn, is borne in a hinged and non-displaceable fashion at its other end (30).
- Folded box hopper according to claim 3, characterized in that the two bearings (28, 30) of the pendulous support (29) are displaced relative to each other towards the hopper shaft (31).
- Folded box hopper according to any one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that a support member (20), holding the hopper shaft (31), is borne in a displaceable fashion on a base member (11, 11a, 11b) bearing the transfer device (13) via a second adjustment device (18, 19), wherein the first bearing (21) for the input belt (26) is disposed on the support member (20).
- Folded box hopper according to claim 5, characterized in that a vertical linear adjustment motion can be imposed on the base member (11, 11a, 11b) via the first adjustment device (15, 16, 17).
- Folded box hopper according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that a linear adjustment motion can be imposed on the support member (20) using the second adjustment device (18, 19) in a direction which is parallel to the plane of the lowermost folded box of the stack located in the hopper shaft (31).
