For a press, press line or large-part step press are transfer devices for the transport of workpieces in the processing stages provided. Earlier transportation systems saw longitudinal and controlled by cam drive Lifting movements, as well as possible transverse movements of the Transport devices from the main drive of a press were derived and thus synchronized to Ram movement (EP 0 210 745, Fig. 4). With newer ones Systems according to EP 0 672 480 B1 or EP 0 693 334 A1 the transport process takes place between individuals Processing stations individually by individual Transport devices, in particular a universal Movability of the workpiece transport between individual Enable processing stages. By such, from Central drive of the press completely independent drive or Can transport the workpiece with any degree of freedom the transport process of the workpieces, especially in larger ones Press lines can be optimized. For this purpose, the Comments in EP 0 672 480 or EP 0 693 334 referred.
A transport device is known from DE 4 309 661 A1 become, in which in the longitudinal extension over the entire Press length, above the parts transport level, in height-adjustable slide mounted mounting rails are provided. These mounting rails are used for storage and as a carriageway for transport vehicles, each with its own independent drive systems. The respective trolleys can be separated into several Degrees of freedom. Brackets for cross members are integrated in the trolleys. The crossbeams are with holding elements such as suction cups, pliers or magnets Workpiece pick-up and transport provided. Usually the crossbeams are each from two lateral Transport car stopped and moved. So it becomes a Transport system revealed at the horizontal on common arranged carrier rails self-propelled trolleys can be moved independently of one another. The ones to be moved Masses are relatively large because the drives are not stationary are, but ride along.
The unpublished DE 199 11 759 shows a Transfer system for parts transport consisting of a Number of transport systems in a vertical arrangement arranged between the forming stages on the press stands are. Each of these transport systems has its own Drive system.
It is proposed that two drives by speed and To design direction of rotation to each other so that an in Active connection with the swivel or transport arm can execute arbitrary driving curves in one plane. A disadvantage of the proposed system and the Embodiments is limited to one vertical cultivation.
Starting from the prior art, it is the object of the invention a highly flexible low-mass transport system for To propose forming machines which is an optimal one Adjustment of those required by the part geometry Movements enabled and this functionality horizontal mounting guaranteed.
Transportsystems angegeben. This task is based on a transport system
the preamble of
The invention is based on the idea in DE 199 11 769 drive system described so that horizontal mounting is also possible. This horizontal cultivation is e.g. B. required if the Transport step because of the geometry of the workpieces is great that a vertical transport system Requires an increase in the press height. On The fixed attachment of 2 drives ensures substantial reduction in the masses involved in the transport. These drives are independent of each other in speed and Adjustable direction of rotation. In active connection with Movement transmission means overlap the movements and any programmable driving curve in one plane can be carried out.
As movement transmission means can preferably Pinions and racks can be used.
In contrast to vertical mounting, this becomes the workpiece load-bearing cross-beam not on a swivel lever, but on an arm, carriage or linear motion Fixed lifting column. The system consists of transport carts each have their own drive systems and guides. The Number of trolleys depends on the number of Forming stages of the press. The one before the first Forming stage required board insert also with this drive system.
To the independent routes of the individual transport car too implement, the drive systems are perpendicular to Part transport direction arranged offset to each other.
Further possible movements can be made by using Drives to achieve swiveling movements of the Crossbeams and thus for changing the position of the workpieces can be achieved. For sufficient freedom when The transport system as a whole can change tools or individually adjustable in height. With the The same system can also be used for a transfer system optimal height to the respective tool set.
A major advantage of the proposed transport system is the simple adaptation to the required transport or Stride lengths even with the most varied Bulk presses. Only by changing the length of The guide rails and movement transmission means can Adaptation to the required transport step. Consequently is this by reducing the design effort a modular, low-cost system. Each Transport unit can depend on the particular Ram or interfering edge position are optimally operated in terms of time, to achieve high cycle rates with short transport times. Another advantage is that each system has its own Can walk stride lengths and speeds, i.e. the Acceleration values are dependent on the particular Selectable workpiece rigidity.
The stationary mounting of the drive motors is also favorable, this reduction of the moving masses enables a very dynamic transport system with low energy consumption. The fact that the energy supply is stationary also has a favorable effect is arranged, what the absence of moving lines Functional reliability increased.
Further advantages of the drive system are in DE 199 11 796 of the inventor described on the to avoid Repetitions are expressly pointed out.

Table 15 shows an example at the same speed and
same direction of rotation of the drives A1 / A2 a purely vertical

Als Bewegungsübertragungsmittel sind in Figur 2 beispielhaft Zahnräder und Zahnstangen dargestellt, jedoch erfüllen auch andere Antriebskomponenten, wie getrennt angetriebene Zahnriemen mit Zahnriemenscheiben, die Aufgabe.2 are examples of movement transmission means Gears and racks are shown, but also meet other drive components, such as separately driven Toothed belt with toothed belt pulleys, the task.
Einzelheiten des Transfersystems sind in Figur 3 dargestellt.
Die ortsfesten Antriebe 16, 17 erzeugen die Bewegung von
Transfersystem 2.1. Antrieb 16 ist mit Zahnrad 18 verbunden,
welches auf die horizontal bewegliche Zahnstange 19 einwirkt.
Antrieb 17 bewirkt über Zahnrad 20 die horizontale Bewegung
der Zahnstange 21. Die Zahnstangen 19, 21 stehen in
Wirkverbindung mit Zahnrad 22, 23 welches die Zahnstange 24
antreibt. Aufbau und Funktion der Zahnstange 24 ist
vergleichbar mit einer Hubsäule. Das Transfersystem ist in
der Bewegungsebene vergleichbar wie ein Kreuzschlitten
aufgebaut, d.h. in 2 Ebenen beweglich gelagert. Durch diesen
Aufbau sind die in Figur 2 näher beschriebenen
Bewegungsabläufe realisierbar. Zur Aufnahme der Werkstücke
dient die quer zur Transporteinrichtung angebrachte, mit
Teilehaltemittel versehene, Traverse 25.
Details of the transfer system are shown in Figure 3.
The stationary drives 16, 17 generate the movement of
Transfer system 2.1.
Ist zur Werkstückentnahme oder Werkstückablage eine
Lageveränderung erforderlich, so kann Querbalken oder
Traverse 25 schwenkbar ausgeführt werden. Mittels eines
Antriebes 26 kann Traverse 25 um die Schwenkachse 27 im
Winkel 28 geschwenkt werden. Ohne das eine Zwischenablage
oder Orientierstation erforderlich ist, fährt das
vorgeschlagene Transfersystem den Gesamtweg von z.B.
Umformstufe 6.1 nach Umformstufe 6.2 und das Werkstück ist
dabei lagegerecht positionierbar. Is a for workpiece removal or workpiece storage

Das im Bewegungsablauf von Transfersystem 2.1 völlig
unabhängige Transfersystem 2.2 verfügt über den gleichen
konstruktiven Aufbau. Die gleichen Antriebsteile sind mit
Index 1 bezeichnet. Zur besseren Übersichtlichkeit wurde auf
die Werkzeug- und Werkstückdarstellung verzichtet. Ebenfalls
nicht dargestellt ist die zentrale Verstell- und

Eine Draufsicht von Figur 3 zeigt Figur 4, in der Zahnstange
19 nicht dargestellt ist. Als wesentliches konstruktives
Merkmal ist der räumliche Versatz der jeweiligen
Antriebselemente der Transfersysteme 2.1 und 2.2 erkennbar.
Diese Anordnung gewährleistet einen kollisionsfreien
Bewegungsablauf.
A top view of Figure 3 shows Figure 4, in the
2 verwiesen. Weiterhin ist in Figur 4 die vertikale
Linearführung 29 und das Kupplungssystem 30 für die
Quertraverse 25 dargestellt. To understand the sequence of movements, turn to figure

oder nur für einzelne Transportsysteme 2.1 - 2.n.Figure 5 shows the adjustment and lifting device 4 and one

Einzelverstellung gezeigt.
A version with the possibility of a is an example
Individual adjustment shown.
Von dem Transportsystem 2.2 sind dargestellt:
Antrieb 16.1, mit Zahnrad 18.1 welches Zahnstange 19.1
antreibt, die in horizontalen Linearführungen 35 geführt ist.
Die Bewegung der Zahnstange 19.1 treibt Zahnrad 22.1 an,
welches durch eine gemeinsame Welle 38 mit Zahnrad 23.1
verbunden ist. Die durch das Zahnrad 23.1 angetriebene
Zahnstange ist mit 24.1 gekennzeichnet. Der die Bewegungen
ausführende Schlitten 36 ist in den horizontalen
Linearführungen 37 und den vertikalen Linearführungen 29
beweglich gelagert. Am unteren Ende von Schlitten 36 ist
Antrieb 26 befestigt, der um Schwenkachse 27 Quertraverse 25
verschwenken kann, wie in Figur 3 beschrieben. The following are shown from the transport system 2.2:
Drive 16.1, with gear 18.1 which drives rack 19.1, which is guided in horizontal linear guides 35. The movement of the rack 19.1 drives gear 22.1, which is connected to gear 23.1 by a
In particular, it can be seen in FIG. 5, despite the large number the degrees of freedom a very good constructive solution for that Embodiment was found. What is special is that to emphasize compact and rigid construction that was additionally achieved with small masses of movement, which also reduces the energy consumption of the drives.
In a further representation, according to FIG. 6, is a
alternative embodiment of the
Die ortsfesten Antriebe 39, 40 sind am Pressenständer 3
angeordnet. Über Zahnrad 41 treibt Antrieb 39 Zahnstange 42
und Antrieb 40 über Zahnrad 43 Zahnstange 44 an. Zahnstangen
42, 44 stehen in Wirkverbindung mit Zahnrad 45, welches mit
Zahnrad 46 durch eine gemeinsame Welle 47 verbunden ist.
Zahnrad 46 treibt Zahnstange 48 an, wodurch in bereits
ausführlich beschriebener Form das Transportsystem 2
angetrieben wird. Neu ist als weiteres Antriebsmittel ein
Zahnriemen 49 mit Umlenkrollen 50. Dieser Zahnriemen 49 ist
einerseits mit Vertikalschlitten 51 im Befestigungspunkt 52
fest verbunden und andererseits mit dem Horizontalschlitten
53 in Befestigungspunkt 54.
The stationary drives 39, 40 are on the

Vertical slide 51 is in the same way
