Claims (5)

  1. Agrafe à emmanchement pour la fixation en aveugle d'un boítier de serrure de portière dans le trou de montage ménagé à cet effet dans la tôle de la portière, le boítier de serrure de portière (2) se présentant en l'occurrence sous la forme d'un barillet cylindrique et étant muni d'une bride d'assise (5) sur son côté d'introduction, ainsi que d'un évasement de forme annulaire (7) à l'extrémité opposée de la paroi extérieure (6) et comportant en outre des ressauts (11) diamétralement opposés, faisant saillie dans le plan radial vers l'extérieur qui, pour immobiliser en rotation le boítier dans l'orifice (3) de la tôle de la carrosserie (4) s'engagent en prise dans des évidements (16) prévus en correspondance dans l'orifice de montage (3), caractérisée en ce que l'agrafe à emmanchement (1) comporte une bague d'appui (17) présentant une solution de continuité sous la forme d'une fente transversale (18) qui vient s'appliquer, avec la possibilité de s'écarter par cédage élastique, contre la paroi extérieure (6) et cramponner par derrière l'évasement de forme annulaire (7), qui comporte plusieurs pattes d'appui (21), réalisées solidaires par formage de son bord (20) orienté en direction de la bride d'assise (5), en contact d'appui le long de la paroi extérieure (6) du boítier de la serrure de portière (2), les pattes d'appui (21) comportant en l'occurrence, au niveau de leurs extrémités libres, respectivement deux doigts d'appui (22) faisant obliquement saillie vers l'extérieur, qui sont destinés à venir s'engager en prise d'encastrement sur la partie arrière du bord (24) de l'orifice, ainsi que des languettes de centrage (23) disposées entre les doigts d'appui (22) selon une orientation sensiblement parallèle à l'axe, qui sont destinées à venir en contact d'appui contre le bord (24) de l'orifice de montage (3).
  2. Agrafe à emmanchement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les doigts d'appui (22) après la venue en prise d'engagement de l'agrafe à emmanchement (1) derrière l'évasement de forme annulaire (7), présentent un intervalle d'écartement (a) par rapport à la face d'appui (25), faisant office d'assise, de la bride (5), qui est au moins égal à l'épaisseur (d) de la tôle (4) constituant la carrosserie.
  3. Agrafe à emmanchement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les pattes d'appui (21) sont, à une distance (A) de l'extrémité des languettes de centrage (23), légèrement repliées selon une disposition angulaire vers l'intérieur et sont, en position de montage, au niveau de leur arête de pliage (26), en contact d'appui , avec la possibilité de réagir élastiquement, contre la paroi extérieure (6) du boítier de serrure de portière (2).
  4. Agrafe à emmanchement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que dans le prolongement des ressauts (11), des ergots d'encastrement (12) sont réalisés solidaires par formage de la paroi extérieure (6), à une courte distance de l'évasement de forme annulaire (7) qui, lors de la mise en place de l'agrafe à emmanchement (1) viennent s'insérer en prise d'encastrement dans des évidements (27) m »nagés en correspondance dans la bague d'appui (17).
  5. Agrafe à emmanchement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que des languettes de démontage (28), repliées selon une disposition angulaire vers l'extérieur, sont réalisées solidaires par formage de la bague d'appui (17), de part et d'autre de la fente transversale (18).
