Claims (10)

  1. Anordnung zum Entwässern und Verdichten von zerkleinerten Speiseresten, gegebenenfalls unter Zugabe von Wasser, mit einer in einem Sieb im Inneren eines Gehäuses drehbar angebrachten Spindel, die in im Wesentlichen vertikaler Arbeitsstellung um ihre Achse drehangetrieben wird, um die Reste im unteren Teil aufzunehmen, sie von unten nach oben zu befördern und sie dabei zu entwässern und im oberen Teil im entwässerten Zustand auszutreiben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spindel (5), das Gehäuse (6) und das Sieb (7) in einem Spindel/Gehäuse/Sieb-Modul (4) vereinigt sind, das zwischen der im Wesentlichen vertikalen Arbeitsstellung und einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Reinigungsstellung verschiebbar angebracht ist, und dass das Gehäuse (6) geöffnet werden kann, um den Zugang zur Spindel (5) in Reinigungsstellung zu gestatten.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das System (8) zum Drehantrieb der Spindel am unteren Ende der sich in Arbeitsstellung befindenden Spindel befindet.
  3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System (8) zum Antrieb der Spindel (5) in stationärer Stellung montiert ist und dass die Spindel (5) und ihr Antriebssystem (8) Verbindungs-/Trennmittel (23, 24) aufweisen.
  4. Anordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (11) zum Montieren und Verschieben des Moduls (4) so konzipiert sind, dass sie beim Passieren von der Arbeitsstellung in die Reinigungsstellung eine axiale Translationsbewegung nach oben, gefolgt von einer Schwenkbewegung und beim Passieren von der Reinigungsstellung in die Arbeitsstellung eine Schwenkbewegung, gefolgt von einer axialen Translationsbewegung nach unten erfordern.
  5. Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Verbindungs-/Trennmittel so konzipiert sind, dass sie ein automatisches Verbinden und Trennen unter der Wirkung der axialen Translationsbewegung der Spindel gewährleisten.
  6. Anordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse einen stationären unteren Abschnitt (9) und einen beweglichen oberen Abschnitt (6) mit dem Modul umfasst.
  7. Anordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Abschnitt (6) des Gehäuses mit dem Modul (4) einen einen Kübel bildenden Bodenteil (25) und einen einen Deckel bildenden oberen Teil (26) umfasst.
  8. Anordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (26) an einem seiner Längsränder am Kübel (25) angelenkt ist und an seinem anderen Rand durch Schnellverschlussmittel (28, 29) am Kübel verriegelt werden kann.
  9. Anordnung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sieb (7) parallel zur Achse der Spindel in zwei Teile (33, 34) unterteilt ist, von denen einer (34) schwenkbar bezüglich des anderen angebracht ist, so dass er geöffnet werden kann, wenn der Deckel (26) geöffnet ist, und Zugang zur Spindel gewährt.
  10. Anordnung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Teile des Siebs (33, 34) für ihre Reinigung demontierbar sind.
