Claims (16)

  1. Wärmebehandeltes Gewebe, das für die Verwendung als Armierungsmaterial von Bauwerken geeignet ist, bei welchem die Kette aus Fäden (11) aus hochmodulen Fasern mit einem Elastizitätsmodul unter Zugbeanspruchung größer als 10 GPa (Gigapascal) und mit einer Zugfestigkeit größer als 600 MPa (Megapascal) besteht und welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Schuss aus Glasfäden (12) besteht, die mit einem thermoadhäsiven polymeren Material (22) überzogen sind, welches eine Schmelztemperatur von 40 bis 250 °C aufweist, wobei die Menge des genannten thermoadhäsiven polymeren Materials in einem Bereich von 10 bis 300 des Gewichts des Glases liegt.
  2. Gewebe gemäß Anspruch 1, welches dadurch verstärkt wird, dass auf einer seiner Seiten Verstärkungsfäden (31) aus hochmodulen Fasern mittels Heißfixierung aufgebracht werden, welche einen Elastizitätsmodul unter Zugbeanspruchung größer als 10 GPa und eine Zugfestigkeit größer als 600 MPa aufweisen, wobei die genannten Verstärkungsfäden parallel zur Kette angeordnet sind.
  3. Gewebe gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Kette aus einer längenbezogenen Anzahl von Fäden besteht, welche von 1 Faden/cm bis 12 Fäden/cm reicht.
  4. Gewebe gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Kette aus einer längenbezogenen Anzahl von Fäden besteht, welche von 2 Fäden/cm bis 8 Fäden/cm reicht.
  5. Gewebe gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Kettfäden eine in Tex (Gewicht in g per 1.000 m Fadenlänge) ausgedrückte Kennzeichnung aufweisen, welche von 20 Tex bis 10.000 Tex reicht.
  6. Gewebe gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Kettfäden eine in Tex ausgedrückte Kennzeichnung aufweisen, welche von 40 Tex bis 1.000 Tex reicht.
  7. Gewebe gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, bei welchem die Kettfäden aus unterschiedlichem Material bestehen können.
  8. Gewebe gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Schussfäden aus Glasfäden bestehen, die eine Kennzeichnung haben, welche von 20 bis 100 Tex reicht.
  9. Gewebe gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schussfäden in unterschiedlichen Anordnungen mit den Kettfäden kombiniert sein können.
  10. Gewebe gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hochmodulen Fasern aus der Gruppe ausgewählt werden, welche aus Kunstseidefasern, hochzähen Polyesterfasern, Polyvinylalkoholfasern, Polyethylenfasern, Aramidfasern, Kohlenstofffasern, Glasfasern und Fasern aus Flüssigkristallpolymeren besteht.
  11. Gewebe gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte thermoadhäsive Polymer aus der Gruppe ausgewählt wird, welche aus Polyolefin-, Polyamid-, Polyester- und Polyurethan-Polymeren und -Kopolymeren besteht.
  12. Verfahren zum Aufbringen des Gewebes gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 11 auf die Oberfläche von Bauwerkstrukturen (41) durch Imprägnierharze, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die genannte Oberfläche nacheinander eine Schicht Imprägnierharz (42), das gemäß Anspruch 2 verstärkte Gewebe (45), eine zweite Schicht Imprägnierharz (47), Gewebe (46) gemäß irgend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 und eine dritte Schicht Imprägnierharz (48) aufgebracht werden.
  13. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass derartiges Gewebe eine beliebige Anordnung des Schusses in Bezug auf die Kette aufweisen kann.
  14. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die genannte Oberfläche nacheinander eine Schicht Imprägnierharz, eine Gewebeschicht und eine zweite Kunstharzschicht aufgebracht werden.
  15. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte verstärkte Gewebe in der Weise aufgebracht wird, dass diejenige Seite, welche die Verstärkungsfasern enthält, zur Oberfläche der Bauwerksstruktur gerichtet ist.
  16. Verwendung des Gewebes gemäß den Ansprüchen von 1 bis 11 bei der Herstellung von Verbundwerkstoffen.
