  • This effect is obtained thanks to the fact the two gears have helical threads 122, 123, with different pitches between each other.
  • the pair of helical gears according to the invention have furthermore different diameters and is made according to a perfecting of the above mentioned principle that improves the features of transmission and of automatic locking or irreversibility.
  • each helical gear is formed by two axial segments each of which has a helical thread 122, 123, 122', 123'.
  • the two helical threads 122, 122', and 123, 123' of the two helical gears 22, 223 are made symmetrically identical to each other relative to a median plane transversal to the axis and are interspaced by an intermediate section 222, 223 without thread.
  • the segment of the protection screen 5 is therefore always firmly locked in position against an accidental return into the position of closure, in any intermediate position of lift and in the completely raised position without requiring automatic installations of control and actuation of devices locking the segment of screen 5 in position or still worse locking means in removable positions and of the manually driven type.

Claims (11)

  1. Sicherheits-Antriebseinheit in Kombination mit einem beweglichen Schutzschirm (5, 205), insbesondere für Herstellungsmaschinen, mit wenigstens einem durch ein mechanisches Getriebe mit dem Schutzschirm (5, 205) verbundenen Antriebsmotor (25, 26),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet:
    a) das Getriebe besteht aus einem Doppelschneckengetriebe, das durch zwei parallele Schrägräder (22, 23) gebildet ist, wobei das eine als Antriebsrad (23) bezeichnete Schrägrad dynamisch mit dem Antriebsmotor (25, 26) verbunden ist, während das andere als Abtriebsrad (22) bezeichnete Schrägrad dynamisch mit dem Schutzschirm verbunden ist, und die vorgenannten Schrägräder (22, 23) greifen durch ihre mit unterschiedlichen Schrägungsrichtungen versehenen Schrägverzahnungen (122, 122'; 123, 123') derart ineinander, daß die Rotation des Antriebsrades (23) in beide Richtungen eine Rotation des Abtriebsrades (22) in beide Richtungen verursacht, während eine Rotation des Abtriebsrades (22) in eine der zwei Richtungen zu einer Blockierung des Abtriebsrades (22) in bzw. mit dem Antriebsrad (23) führt, so daß die Rotation unterbunden wird,
    b) jedes Schrägrad (22, 23) ist durch zwei axiale Hälften gebildet, wobei jede Hälfte über ihre eigene Schrägverzahnung (122, 122'; 123, 123') verfügt, die vorgenannten Schrägverzahnungen (122, 122'; 123, 123') der zwei vorgenannten Hälften in bezug auf die mittlere, quer durch die Rotationsachse verlaufende Ebene einander symmetrisch angeordnet sind, während die Schrägverzahnung (123, 123) der zwei Hälften eines Schrägrades (23) mit der Schrägverzahnung (122, 123) der jeweiligen Hälfte des anderen Schrägrades (22) in Eingriff steht.
  2. Sicherheits-Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß ein Zwischenstück sich zwischen den zwei symmetrischen Verzahnungen (122, 122'; 123, 123') ohne Verzahnung (222, 223) befindet.
  3. Sicherheits-Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß durch die Abtriebswelle (21), die zusammen mit dem Abtriebsschrägrad (22) dreht, die Gewindestange (20) eines weiteren Getriebes angetrieben wird, das aus einer Gewindestange und einer Gewindemutter (19) besteht und wiederum die Bewegung des Schutzschirms (5, 205) bewerkstelligt.
  4. Sicherheits-Antriebseinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Antriebswelle (24), auf welcher das Antriebsrad (23) angebracht ist, gegenüber der Abtriebswelle (21) seitlich versetzt ist, und daß zwei getrennte Motoren (25, 26) mit der Antriebswelle (24) verbunden sind, wobei jeder der Motoren sich in einer drehbaren Verbindung mit einem der beiden gegenüberliegenden Enden der vorgenannten Antriebswelle (24) befindet.
  5. Sicherheits-Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß einer der beiden Motoren (25) aus einem elektrischen Motor besteht und den Hauptmotor bildet, während der andere Motor (26) als Notmotor fungiert und vorzugsweise durch einen Motor der pneumatischen Art gebildet ist.
  6. Sicherheits-Antriebseinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß sie aus einem linearen Aktuator (8) mit doppelten Motoren besteht, und über eine derartige Vorrichtung verfügt, so daß sie im Wesentlichen in der gleichen Art und Weise wie die herkömmlichen linearen Aktuatoren montiert werden kann.
  7. Sicherheits-Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Gehäuse (18) des Gerätes über einen Gelenksitz (108) verfügt, während die entlang der Gewindestange (20) verschiebbare Gewindemutter (19) ebenfalls Gelenkverbindungen (119) aufweist, die Schwingungen um die sich quer zur Längsachse der Gewindestange erstreckende Achse erlauben.
  8. Sicherheits-Antriebseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Schutzschirm aus einer durch ein gelenkiges Parallelogramm gebildeten Bewegungsaufnahme, insbesondere aus einem gelenkigen Trapez (7), besteht, und daß ein durch die Antriebseinheit gebildeter linearer Aktuator (8) sich zwischen einem Teil einer mit dem Schirm verbundenen Aufnahmestruktur und einem radialen Arm befindet, der eine Getriebewelle (507) des gelenkten Trapezes in Drehung versetzt.
  9. Sicherheits-Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Schutzschirm in weitere Segmente unterteilt ist, daß jedes Segment auf einem Teil der Aufnahmestruktur mit einem Trapez oder einem anderen gelenkten Viereck (7) angelenkt ist, und daß jedes Segment mit seiner eigenen Antriebseinheit (8) verbunden ist.
  10. Sicherheits-Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Schutzschirm aus einem umgedrehten L-förmigen Querprofil besteht, dessen zwei Teile auseinandergenommen werden können.
  11. Sicherheits-Antriebseinheit nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche 8 bis 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Antriebsbewegung des Schirms (5) über die Welle (507) des gelenkten Vierecks (7) übertragen wird, die mit der unteren Gelenkachse der unbeweglichen Aufnahmestruktur des Deckels fluchtet.
