Description
- le procédé comporte en outre une étape de prédécoupe entre cavités et couvercles associés, pour laisser subsister une ou plusieurs attaches formant charnière de rabattement ;
- le procédé comporte en outre une étape de découpe des lisières bordant les cavités thermosoudées aux couvercles, pour libérer individuellement une ou plusieurs barquettes contenant lesdits produits.
- le dispositif comporte des moyens de prédécoupe entre cavités et couvercles associés pour laisser subsister une ou plusieurs attaches formant charnière de rabattement.
- le dispositif comporte des moyens de découpe des lisières bordant les cavités thermosoudées aux couvercles.
- les moyens de rabattement des couvercles sur les cavités comprennent au moins un doigt rotatif escamotable.
- les moyens de rabattement des couvercles sur les cavités sont prédéterminés pour relever les couvercles et les rabattre d'un angle supérieur à 90 degrés d'angle.
- la figure 1 représente schématiquement une vue en coupe longitudinale d'un dispositif selon l'invention,

- le système à réinjection par buse dans lequel on maintient le couvercle A en position entrebâillée pour permettre la réinjection de gaz et dans lequel on utilise une buse située à l'intérieur de l'outillage de soudure et effectuant la réinjection de gaz à l'intérieur de la cavité B
- ou alternativement la technique de réinjection comme dite "par pastillage", dans laquelle la bande thermoformée préalablement découpée par un module "de pastillage" permet d'effectuer une réinjection de gaz au moyen de conduits situés en position centrale ou en position latérale du moule de soudure, conduits par lesquels le gaz de réinjection débouche à travers l'emplacement en forme de pastille découpé dans la bande thermoformée.
Claims (10)
- Procédé de conditionnement de produits (P) dans des barquettes thermoformées, à partir d'une bande unique de matière (1) thermoplastique ou thermoformable, comportant des étapes de thermoformage (4) de cavités (B) et de couvercles (A) associés dans ladite bande, de découpe (B) sur trois côtés autour des couvercles (A), de chargement (10) des cavités (B) en produits (P), de rabattement (12) des couvercles (A) sur les cavités (B) et de thermosoudage (14) des couvercles (A) aux cavités (B) pour constituer des barquettes contenant lesdits produits (P).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, comportant en outre une étape (6) de prédécoupe entre cavités (B) et couvercles (A) associés, pour laisser subsister une ou plusieurs attaches formant charnière de rabattement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2 comportant en outre une étape de découpe (18) des lisières bordant les cavités (B) thermosoudées aux couvercles (A), pour libérer individuellement une ou plusieurs barquettes contenant lesdits produits (P).
- Dispositif de conditionnement de produits (P) dans des barquettes thermoformées, en utilisant une bande unique de matière (1) thermoplastique ou thermoformable, comportant des moyens (5) de thermoformage de cavités (B) et de couvercles (A) associés dans ladite bande, des moyens de découpe sur trois côtés (9a, 9b) autour des couvercles (A), des moyens de chargement (11) des cavités en produits (P), des moyens de rabattement (13) des couvercles (A) sur les cavités (B) et des moyens de thermosoudage des couvercles (A) aux cavités (B) pour constituer des barquettes contenant lesdits produits (P).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, comportant des moyens (7a, 7b) de prédécoupe entre cavités (B) et couvercles (A) associés pour laisser subsister une ou plusieurs attaches formant charnière de rabattement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou la revendication 5, comportant des moyens (19a, 19b) de découpe des lisières bordant les cavités (B) thermosoudées aux couvercles (A).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, dans lequel les moyens de rabattement (13) des couvercles (A) sur les cavités (B) comprennent au moins un doigt rotatif escamotable.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, dans lequel les moyens de rabattement (13) des couvercles (A) sur les cavités (B) sont prédéterminés pour relever les couvercles et les rabattre d'un angle supérieur à 90 degrés d'angle.
- Barquette de conditionnement de produits obtenue par la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 ou en utilisant un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7.
- Barquette selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la cavité (B) et le couvercle (A) présentent des rebords présentant des contours distincts, de manière à ménager deux languettes (22, 23) aptes à être écartées pour faciliter l'ouverture de la barquette.
