Definitions
- the invention relates to a liquid pump arrangement, in particular for use in the home and / or garden, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- This can be used to promote the water from collection points such as ponds, cisterns or the like different to consumers
- Liquid pump arrangements are used for example submersible pumps, garden pumps, fountain pumps or the like
- domestic waterworks are also used, for example collected rainwater from an appropriate reservoir through a pipe system separate from the drinking water pipe system to rainwater consumers such as toilets, washing machines, showers or the like to promote.
- the invention is based, above all in propose improved liquid pump arrangement in this regard.
- a liquid pump arrangement has one preferably liquid pump driven by an electric motor with at least one to a pump chamber of the liquid pump leading pump inlet through which liquid can be sucked or can be introduced, and at least one of the pump chamber Purging pump outlet for delivery of under pressure standing liquid.
- the downstream Pump output arranged a check valve unit, the a housing and a valve insert removable from the housing Has. This creates the possibility, possibly all maintenance, especially cleaning and / or a malfunction components exposed to calcification or constipation to remove and this outside the liquid pump arrangement to clean or if necessary individually or in groups exchange. It is particularly advantageous that the removal is possible without the cable routing between the pump outlet and a downstream pressure line must, since the flow-through housing with the liquid pump arrangement can stay connected.
- valve insert is removed in a few simple steps without the use of tools, So possible without tools, which makes this intervention quick and easy can be carried out easily if required.
- the housing of the check valve unit integral with the liquid pump assembly for example in one piece with a housing of the liquid pump arrangement training, it is preferably a separate one Component. In a preferred embodiment, this has Housing a valve inlet and a valve outlet, the designed in the manner of connecting pieces of a line connection are.
- This makes it possible to use the check valve unit as a whole, including the housing, of the Remove liquid pump assembly and through a line piece with corresponding similar or identical connection dimensions to replace.
- a Check valve is not required, it can be the same Pump type also with a standard pipe section instead of the Check valve unit be equipped.
- the flow-through housing of the check valve unit without a valve insert as a flowable pipe section to use.
- the check valve unit forms an angular connection between a valve inlet and a valve outlet of the housing by the valve outlet at an angle, preferably a right angle, is aligned to the valve inlet.
- This angular connection enables a particularly compact construction of the liquid pump arrangement and creates a convenient removal option for the valve insert.
- the housing of the Check valve unit in addition to the valve inlet and the valve outlet a removal opening for the valve insert have, preferably in extension of one of the connections, in particular the valve inlet is arranged. This will the valve insert e.g. in extension of the inflow direction removable.
- the removal opening can preferably be through a manually operable closure member, especially one Screw cap, can be closed liquid-tight.
- the check valve can take many suitable configurations.

- the control member 46 is also due to its multi-part structure removable.
- the embodiment shown is the Check valve unit at the same time as drain valve educated. For example, at the start of pump operation by opening the valve in the suction area if necessary and / or air in the pump chamber is first removed be before the pure liquid pumping operation is recorded. Because of the compressibility of air can without this option at the start of pump operation Functional impairments result. In normal operation the pump, on the other hand, disengages the control element with the valve body so that it can only be inlet pressure can be moved in the open position.
- valve Control device 46 it is by means of manual opening of the valve Control device 46 possible, with the pump switched off a connected Line system through the check valve device for example through the open drain valve or to empty through the intake manifold, so that the valve unit also forms a drain valve.
- the embodiment of the check valve unit shown also acts as a flow sensor, one by one Pump control easily processable electrical Flow signal delivers. For this, the shift of the Valve body 55 detected by the magnetic field sensor 47, as soon as the permanent magnet 48 is in the effective range of the sensor 47 is moved.
- the embodiment shown is so designed that with little displacement of the valve body due to the effect of a low leakage current of the permanent magnet is not yet detected by the sensor. Only with stronger ones Displacement of the valve body, its dimension from the current one Liquid flow depends, there is the permanent magnet in the detection area of the magnetic field sensor and delivers of the amount of liquid let through per unit of time dependent flow signal.
- the advantageous training at the low leakage currents do not generate a flow signal This is particularly important if the pump is made to measure the sensor signal of the flow sensor is controlled, in particular to switch the pump on or off. These switching operations are accordingly not caused by low leakage currents effected, but only through substantial withdrawals on the print page.
- a flow sensor can also use another principle work, for example by means of a liquid flow arranged rotating water wheel, the rotation of which e.g. is monitored mechanically, electrically or magnetically or with other electrical, electromagnetic, magnetic or optical means.
- a flow sensor can also be used elsewhere in the laxative Pressure line, for example immediately before the outlet connections or provided on the inlet side of the pump his.
