Definitions
- the invention relates to a sack consisting of a rectangular Blank is made from paper or foil, as well as a process for its manufacture, filling and sealing.
- the bag is particularly suitable for filling with powdery filling goods intended.
- the filling of powdered goods into sacks and the subsequent closing of the bag closures some problems that are addressed below.
- Here are usually used for closing, especially with paper bags Hot melt adhesive applied to the closure surfaces and glued them together or in the case of from existing bags of thermoplastic films lying on top of each other Closure surfaces thermally welded together.
- valve bags are widely used in one A valve sleeve is glued into the bottom of the cross at one end.
- the disadvantage of such bags is the reduced filling speed, through the valve cross section into which a filler neck of a few centimeters in diameter is limited is.
- the manufacturing and recycling is done Use of the additional valve sleeve more expensive.
- the filling speed can be adjusted increase, but it is the total closure surface dusted after filling, so that the closure cannot always be error-free.
- a dust covered one Surface hinders both gluing with hot melt adhesives as well as welding the surfaces of thermoplastic Foils.
- Another problem is that with powdery filling filled sacks which, for example, can be filled after the alb filling a block or cross bottom fold are closed to the Impact corners have micro-openings, which canals with the Inside the sack are connected, from which filling material emerges can and especially about pests in food Can find access.
- An empty according to the invention and for transport before opening and filling certain flattened sack is characterized by it from that for the closure first flap and second Sealing flaps are formed, each at the ends lying gussets in pairs - forming one in one Flat sealing collar formed from the four flaps - are connected to form sealing corners.
- first sealing flaps with respect to the bag walls, to which they connect to the outside of the bag opening turned away while second flaps related to the sack walls to which they connect and which usually form the shorter sack walls, towards the inside of the sack opening have turned over.
- the compound of the invention i. H. Gluing or welding the gusset to the ends of the Sealing flaps with each other, so it takes place before filling of the sack, so that a hermetic, flawless 'sealing' the corner areas of the bag lock ensured is.
- the type of handling of the first sealing flaps according to the invention and the second closing flap related to the bag opening leads to the free opening cross section on the sack Feeling is not reduced compared to a conventional open bag, because with this an essential part of the sack flag outside a filler neck for holding and handling available must be, so that the effective free opening cross-section is considerable is below the theoretical; compared to a valve bag however, there is a much larger filling cross section Available.
- the formed by the said tabs in The frame-shaped sealing collar is located on one level Possibility of a filler neck on this for all-round sealing Bring plant, making an outside of effective Area lying in the sealing line can be kept dust-free, so that also in this area after the filling process perfect 'sealing' is possible.
- the sealing corners can be according to a first preferred embodiment be formed by some kind of corner, as they are arise when, as already described, the first sealing flaps folded outwards at right angles from the first sack walls and second sealing flaps of second sack walls inwards at right angles to it, d. H. coming to lie on the sack opening to be folded.
- a crease edge Gusset at the ends of the first and second flaps to cover and each with originally on a same Side of the raw material lying surfaces in plant.
- the gusset areas in contact form the Basis for the 'sealing' of the sealing corners Can be glued or welded.
- each of the first and second closure flaps have end edges, d. H. be independent of the respective closing flaps.
- the first sealing tabs run much wider to accommodate to create a handle opening.
- the flaps of this type can be produced by cutting the edges of the raw material, which are essentially capable of the aforementioned Corrugated edges correspond.
- the edge incisions limited gusset at the ends of the first and second Sealing flaps to cover and each with originally surfaces lying on the same side of the starting material in Appendix. Form the gusset areas in contact the basis for the 'sealing', this by gluing or can be done by welding.
- the bag body can be preformed as a gusseted bag be, the second sack walls and the second sealing tabs inwards between the edge areas of the first sack walls are folded.
- the sack can also be as simple Flat bag should be folded so that the second bag walls and second sealing flap outwards outside the edge areas the first sack walls are folded down.
- the sack body that is spread apart or filled have a substantially rectangular cross section, the by the position of the corners, or the one defined thereby Length of the first and second sealing flaps is determined.
- the bag bottom can be of any design, for example a common cross floor. However, it is also an easy one straight-line gluing or welding in the manner of a seam closure possible.
- the sealing collar is folded out again and into one configuration at right angles from the bag body.
- the first two sealing tabs are used for clamping and holding the bag to the sealing collar.
- the one held sack can be transported, filled and in a hanging position if necessary be weighed. Filling the sack does the trick the spreading of the sack immediately.
- a cover sheet can be placed on the bag opening be sealed all around with the sealing collar can be.
- a cover sheet can be flat on the frame-like collar surface or with its longitudinal edges glued or welded to the first flaps and with its transverse edges against folded sealing strips glued the free edges of the second flap or be welded.
- the transverse edges of the cover sheet can also be folded up into sealing edges.
- a sack in this condition is completely hermetic in the closure area completed so that the subsequent connection of the first Sealing flaps with each other by turning each other over in the manner of a seam closure or by laying them together the inside of a bag or handle closure only the Bracing and hardening serves while the dustproof 'Sealing' through the production that took place before filling the sealing corners and the placing of the after the filling Cover sheet is already ensured.
- adhesive orders according to the desired type of bag bottom appropriate.
- one on the opposite longitudinal edge running closure area are four gusset areas with Apply adhesive, each delimiting between first or second closing flap of the folded bag mark and later form the corners.
- the gusset-shaped Glue applications can be on the first sealing tab or be made on the second flap.
- the closure area will be of uniform width, the locking corners then by the multiple described Turn the first flap over onto the second flap takes place along a crease edge. If the first flaps and the second flaps are different Should have width or if there is a kink between the flaps
- the longitudinal edge with incisions should be avoided to be provided, each along one of the edges of the gusset-shaped adhesive orders run. The one through the other the incisions are then separated by flaps simply lay on top of each other in the same way to cover brought.
- the steps of folding over twice are one rectangular cut to make one at both ends open bag sleeve and the manufacture of a bag bottom and the Steps to open the first flaps and the second flap is the same as previously mentioned, i.e. the system of folding is the same, but it will thermal welding for the production of the sealing strip after turning the blank twice in parallel to the Cross edges and the welding of the corners after the Lay the gussets on top of each other at the ends of the first and second Sealing flaps must be made. In both cases these welds also take place before filling on dust-free sack and are therefore of unimpaired quality.

Description
The invention relates to a sack consisting of a rectangular Blank is made from paper or foil, as well as a process for its manufacture, filling and sealing. The bag is particularly suitable for filling with powdery filling goods intended. The filling of powdered goods into sacks and the subsequent closing of the bag closures some problems that are addressed below. Here are usually used for closing, especially with paper bags Hot melt adhesive applied to the closure surfaces and glued them together or in the case of from existing bags of thermoplastic films lying on top of each other Closure surfaces thermally welded together.
One problem is that dust is difficult to suppress when filling, for plant pollution and for Workplace stress and even leads to the risk of dust explosions can lead. This dust development is therefore possible to keep low.
In order to increase the amount of dust when filling hold, valve bags are widely used in one A valve sleeve is glued into the bottom of the cross at one end. The The disadvantage of such bags is the reduced filling speed, through the valve cross section into which a filler neck of a few centimeters in diameter is limited is. Finally, the manufacturing and recycling is done Use of the additional valve sleeve more expensive.
If open bags are used, the filling speed can be adjusted increase, but it is the total closure surface dusted after filling, so that the closure cannot always be error-free. A dust covered one Surface hinders both gluing with hot melt adhesives as well as welding the surfaces of thermoplastic Foils.
Another problem is that with powdery filling filled sacks which, for example, can be filled after the alb filling a block or cross bottom fold are closed to the Impact corners have micro-openings, which canals with the Inside the sack are connected, from which filling material emerges can and especially about pests in food Can find access.
Proceeding from this, it is the object of the present invention a novel sack and a process for its production, Filling and sealing to provide the one hand Fill while largely suppressing dust generation leaves, on the other hand a larger compared to valve bags Has filling opening to increase the filling performance and finally a closure unimpeded by the development of dust of the closure.
The solution to this lies in a sack according to the invention which through the independent claims as an intermediate product (empty sack, filled and unsealed sack) and as Finished product (filled and closed sack) defined is, as well as in processes for its manufacture and its Filling and sealing that in the independent process claims are specified. On the content of the intermediate product, Product and process claims in their wording hereby referred.
An empty according to the invention and for transport before opening and filling certain flattened sack is characterized by it from that for the closure first flap and second Sealing flaps are formed, each at the ends lying gussets in pairs - forming one in one Flat sealing collar formed from the four flaps - are connected to form sealing corners. Here are at the production of first sealing flaps with respect to the bag walls, to which they connect to the outside of the bag opening turned away while second flaps related to the sack walls to which they connect and which usually form the shorter sack walls, towards the inside of the sack opening have turned over. The compound of the invention, i. H. Gluing or welding the gusset to the ends of the Sealing flaps with each other, so it takes place before filling of the sack, so that a hermetic, flawless 'sealing' the corner areas of the bag lock ensured is.
The type of handling of the first sealing flaps according to the invention and the second closing flap related to the bag opening leads to the free opening cross section on the sack Feeling is not reduced compared to a conventional open bag, because with this an essential part of the sack flag outside a filler neck for holding and handling available must be, so that the effective free opening cross-section is considerable is below the theoretical; compared to a valve bag however, there is a much larger filling cross section Available. The formed by the said tabs in The frame-shaped sealing collar is located on one level Possibility of a filler neck on this for all-round sealing Bring plant, making an outside of effective Area lying in the sealing line can be kept dust-free, so that also in this area after the filling process perfect 'sealing' is possible.
The sealing corners can be according to a first preferred embodiment be formed by some kind of corner, as they are arise when, as already described, the first sealing flaps folded outwards at right angles from the first sack walls and second sealing flaps of second sack walls inwards at right angles to it, d. H. coming to lie on the sack opening to be folded. Here come separate from a crease edge Gusset at the ends of the first and second flaps to cover and each with originally on a same Side of the raw material lying surfaces in plant. The gusset areas in contact form the Basis for the 'sealing' of the sealing corners Can be glued or welded.
According to a second embodiment of the sealing corners, each of the first and second closure flaps have end edges, d. H. be independent of the respective closing flaps. This creates the possibility of different flaps Width to use. For example, the first sealing tabs run much wider to accommodate to create a handle opening. The flaps of this type can be produced by cutting the edges of the raw material, which are essentially capable of the aforementioned Corrugated edges correspond. Here come from the edge incisions limited gusset at the ends of the first and second Sealing flaps to cover and each with originally surfaces lying on the same side of the starting material in Appendix. Form the gusset areas in contact the basis for the 'sealing', this by gluing or can be done by welding.
The bag body can be preformed as a gusseted bag be, the second sack walls and the second sealing tabs inwards between the edge areas of the first sack walls are folded. However, the sack can also be as simple Flat bag should be folded so that the second bag walls and second sealing flap outwards outside the edge areas the first sack walls are folded down. In any case becomes the sack body that is spread apart or filled have a substantially rectangular cross section, the by the position of the corners, or the one defined thereby Length of the first and second sealing flaps is determined.
The bag bottom can be of any design, for example a common cross floor. However, it is also an easy one straight-line gluing or welding in the manner of a seam closure possible.
On the flat-lying sack, where the second sack walls follow are folded outside, in addition to the flaps adjacent areas of the bag walls to the outside or be turned inside so that at each end of the line-shaped pocket opening two larger triangular coverage areas the first flap and the second flap form, of which, however, only at a distance from each other sealed partial areas form the sealing corners. The in between unconnected areas of the Coverage areas become its own when the bag is spread open rectangular cross-sectional shape to parts of the respective bag walls. On the empty flattened sheet that is still intended for transport You can sack each other through the sealing gusset connected flap or the total formed by this Sealing corners in the plane of the superimposed first Sack walls are folded down in the same sense, so that a flat stackable product is created.
To fill a single sack with suitable means from Sack stacks pulled off and brought into a vertically hanging position. Here, the sealing collar is folded out again and into one configuration at right angles from the bag body. The first two sealing tabs are used for clamping and holding the bag to the sealing collar. The one held sack can be transported, filled and in a hanging position if necessary be weighed. Filling the sack does the trick the spreading of the sack immediately.
After filling, a cover sheet can be placed on the bag opening be sealed all around with the sealing collar can be. Such a cover sheet can be flat on the frame-like collar surface or with its longitudinal edges glued or welded to the first flaps and with its transverse edges against folded sealing strips glued the free edges of the second flap or be welded. The transverse edges of the cover sheet can also be folded up into sealing edges. A sack in this condition is completely hermetic in the closure area completed so that the subsequent connection of the first Sealing flaps with each other by turning each other over in the manner of a seam closure or by laying them together the inside of a bag or handle closure only the Bracing and hardening serves while the dustproof 'Sealing' through the production that took place before filling the sealing corners and the placing of the after the filling Cover sheet is already ensured.
For the method for producing a sack according to the invention two basic procedures are possible, depending whether gluing with a hot melt adhesive or something else Glue or thermal welding of the bag material itself is provided.
When using an adhesive, one is essentially rectangular cut with an edge strip on a transverse edge apply an adhesive that is applied during subsequent handling forms the closure strip to the bag sleeve open at both ends. In a floor area running along a first longitudinal edge are adhesive orders according to the desired type of bag bottom appropriate. In one on the opposite longitudinal edge running closure area are four gusset areas with Apply adhesive, each delimiting between first or second closing flap of the folded bag mark and later form the corners. A connecting edge, the later sack body from the later sack closure separates, limits the amount of adhesive applied. The gusset-shaped Glue applications can be on the first sealing tab or be made on the second flap. Normally the closure area will be of uniform width, the locking corners then by the multiple described Turn the first flap over onto the second flap takes place along a crease edge. If the first flaps and the second flaps are different Should have width or if there is a kink between the flaps The longitudinal edge with incisions should be avoided to be provided, each along one of the edges of the gusset-shaped adhesive orders run. The one through the other the incisions are then separated by flaps simply lay on top of each other in the same way to cover brought.
If the sack is made of a material that is thermally welded the steps of folding over twice are one rectangular cut to make one at both ends open bag sleeve and the manufacture of a bag bottom and the Steps to open the first flaps and the second flap is the same as previously mentioned, i.e. the system of folding is the same, but it will thermal welding for the production of the sealing strip after turning the blank twice in parallel to the Cross edges and the welding of the corners after the Lay the gussets on top of each other at the ends of the first and second Sealing flaps must be made. In both cases these welds also take place before filling on dust-free sack and are therefore of unimpaired quality.

eingegangen. In the bottom part delimited by the connecting
42a, 42b voneinander trennen. The cut is shown in perspective in b),

In c) is the process of hitting the two side wall parts together 41a, 41a '. In practice this is Buckling process as well as other buckling processes along the buckling edges progressive process that with a feed motion of a tool goes relationally towards the fold edges.
The result of the process indicated in c) is shown in d),

In a) the
auszusondern. In Figure a), the sack can in particular by supplementary means

die Wandungsabschnitte 53 gemäß a) erfolgen.
In b) the

An Abdeckblatt
In Figure 6 is a sealing
