Definitions
- the present invention relates to a stackable valve bag containing a filling device with a valve inserted into a bottom fold of a valve base formed from a corner wrap and side flaps, the filling device containing or consisting of at least two pieces of paper folded into a tube, which are arranged concentrically one inside the other with respect to the filling direction, and the first, outer slip (checklist) has a setback with respect to the filling direction and is shorter than the second, inner slip (valve slip).
- Valve sacks in which the valve contains two individual, possibly different pieces of paper are known from the prior art.
- a valve which forms a tubular filling device from a valve label. Inside this filling device there is a second note, arranged concentrically. The second piece of paper protrudes to the inside of the sack beyond the valve label. Both pieces of paper show a setback towards the inside of the bag.
- a similar device is from the US 2,635,803 is known, which discloses a valve bag with filling device, the filling device being folded from only one slip so that the outer part is shorter with respect to the filling direction than the inner part of the slip.
- the GB 2,074,983 discloses a valve formed from a kraft paper and a self-supporting ethylene film. The latter is attached to the inside of the kraft paper formed into a valve tube. Both together form a wedge into the interior of the valve hose at the fill opening.
- valves are incorporated in the valve floor between the corner turn and side straps.
- many individual layers can be arranged one above the other perpendicular to the filling device. This leads to different thicknesses along the filling direction for the folded, not yet filled bags. This results in an oblique stacking.
- the object of the present invention was to provide sacks, in particular paper sacks, which enable smooth filling in automatic filling systems. Furthermore, the sacks and in particular the filling device should have the necessary stability for fast, automatic filling. However, the unfilled, possibly folded sacks should have a thickness that is as uniform as possible over the entire width in the filling direction, in order to enable horizontal stacking both in transport and during stacking in the magazines of the filling systems.
- Another object of the present invention was to provide a filling device and a valve which enables the bags to be filled quickly and smoothly with as little material as possible. Furthermore, the valve should also enable the bags to be closed quickly and easily after filling in order to avoid loss of fillers.
- valve bag containing a filling device with a valve inserted into a bottom fold of a valve base formed from a corner wrap and side flaps, the valve containing or consisting of at least two pieces of paper folded into a tube, which are (essentially) concentric with one another with respect to the filling direction are arranged and the first, outer slip has a setback with respect to the filling direction and is shorter than the second, inner slip.
- the first, outer slip of paper can be called a return slip.
- the second, inner slip can be called a valve slip.
- envelope defines a partial area of a piece of paper, that is to say a partial area, which is caused by folding or folding along a folded edge is formed.
- folding defines the production of a sharp crease edge with the aid of a tool or a machine, but if the crease edge is produced without a tool, the term “folding” is often used.
- the folding or folding is preferably carried out parallel to an edge of a rectangular slip.
- Both the first slip and the second slip in the sense of the invention are preferably rectangular.
- a kickback in the sense of the invention defines an envelope that is located on the outer side of the valve.
- the kickback is therefore not directed or folded into the interior of the valve hose, that is, not towards the axis of the valve.
- An impact in the sense of the invention is an envelope in the opposite direction of a kickback, that is an envelope inside the valve hose, towards the valve axis.
- the valve axis is the axis along the hose, in the middle of the cross section, parallel to the filling direction.
- the first slip serves to reinforce the valve.
- the second note forms the valve with an inner surface that allows the valve to close.
- the area of the second sheet is larger than the area of the first sheet.
- the filling device with valve formed by the two pieces of paper has the shape of a tube, or two tubes arranged one inside the other.
- the filling device is formed from the two rectangular pieces of paper, in each of which two opposing surfaces are connected to one another along the edges, starting from a plan view (top view in which an object is represented two-dimensionally from above), preferably a surface along the edge on the front of the slip is connected to a surface on the back of the slip along the opposite edge.
- the two pieces of paper therefore form two (essentially) concentric hoses lying one inside the other.
- the length of the hose formed from the first slip in the filling direction is smaller than the length of the hose formed from the second slip.
- the valve sack is a paper sack.
- Common materials are considered as material for the paper sacks, for example kraft sack paper.
- the paper sack is made from a paper tube. This is formed by an overlapping connection of the edges of a paper web.
- the connection of two parts e.g. the edges of a paper web, preferably around an adhesive bond, the usual adhesives being used, preferably glue, starch adhesive, dispersion adhesive, etc.
- an edge that is to say a surface along an edge, or both edges of a paper web are therefore provided with an adhesive.
- the paper web is then folded parallel to these edges along two edges running parallel to the paper web.
- the two edges are joined together.
- a so-called longitudinal seam is created. Segments of any length are cut from this tube in order to fold sacks out of them.
- the paper bag according to the invention contains a barrier layer.
- This barrier layer is a film or a coated material.
- a film can be located between the double layers of paper.
- the film can consist of one or two or more webs which run parallel to one another from the upper part to the lower part of the sack.
- One free edge of a web can be attached to the inner or outer layer of paper, while another free edge can overlap one attached edge.
- the film can also be glued along the longitudinal seam, which would hermetically seal the sack.
- valve bag lies on its longitudinal seam so that it is in the right half of the bag when viewed from above, the valve can be inserted according to the invention at the top or bottom and left or right.
- the bags according to the invention are used for bulk goods, preferably fine-grained bulk goods such as food, animal feed, gypsum, cement, granules,
- the overlapping connection of the paper tube is arranged after the first and second notes in the filling direction.
- Any overlap of paper and film, of film and film, or of film being glued to the longitudinal seam is also not arranged in the sense of the invention perpendicular to the filling direction over the first or second slip.
- valve bag has at least one cross bottom or a block bottom, both bottoms, cross or block bottoms are preferred.
- the valve bag is preferably designed with two rectangular bottoms.
- the tube-like jacket wall located between the floors has a rectangular cross section parallel to the folded floors and corresponding to their shape in the filled state. Such a sack therefore has two narrow and two wide side walls corresponding to the rectangular cross section.
- a block bottom In the unfilled, stackable and possibly folded state, a block bottom has a rectangular shape, which is formed by folding the jacket tube with a side fold.
- valve tube with a cross bottom.
- the bottom In the unfilled, stackable and possibly folded state, the bottom has the shape of a hexagon, which takes on a rectangular shape when filled.
- Cross bottoms are formed by folding the jacket tube.
- First, two opposite corner turns are formed in the form of right-angled triangles.
- the right-angled tip of the triangle is arranged in the middle of the narrow side wall that forms during filling. Opposite the right-angled triangle tip is the edge of the corner fold, i.e. the edge of the paper tube from which the sack is or is formed.
- the side flaps are folded perpendicular to these edges (thus in the filling direction). These represent the continuation of the wide side wall of the sack when filled.
- the two opposite side flaps are folded in such a way that the side edges (i.e. the edges of the tubular casing from which the sack is or is formed) are butted in one embodiment, so that there is a space between them or that these side edges overlap.
- the folded side flaps overlap is preferred.
- the overlapping area of the side flaps is preferably connected to one another.
- the bottom is optionally provided with a cover sheet.
- a cover sheet can also be used in the other alternatives, so that the valve bag according to the invention may have a cover sheet on one or both floors.
- a cover sheet is attached to the stand base and / or on the upper part. The cover sheet forms the outermost layer or the end of the sack or the bag closure.
- the cover sheet is firmly connected to the folded side flaps below. In some areas, the connection can only be made selectively or there may be one or more unlinked areas between cover sheet and side flap in one version.
- the cover sheet on the valve base is also firmly connected to the filling device.
- the cover sheet is formed or produced from a tear and / or tensile material. Such a material is used in particular in the cover sheet with an integrated handle. The use of this material prevents the cover sheet from tearing when using the handle. In addition, the material has a sufficiently high load-bearing capacity that prevents the handle from being torn off.
- the cover sheet is preferably produced or formed from paper reinforced with plastic. This is a plastic layer, preferably made of polyethylene or polypropylene and / or in mesh form, which is incorporated into paper layers. The plastic net preferably lies between at least two layers of paper (layers).
- the reinforced paper may contain a plastic film as a further layer. It is preferably a so-called ribbon fabric.
- the cover sheet is formed from at least two layers.
- the sack according to the invention has at least one cover sheet in which the handle is integrated. This is preferably located on the sack bottom which is opposite the valve bottom.
- the cover sheet containing the carrying handle is preferably glued to the side flaps underneath it, preferably glued.
- the cover sheet projects in the longitudinal direction beyond the folded side flaps and is also connected to the side fold in this area.
- the handle has a length in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the bag bottom of 40 cm, 30 cm, 25, cm, 20 cm, preferably 15 cm, 14 cm, 13 cm, particularly preferably 12.5 cm, 12 cm or shorter and one Width in the vertical direction of 7 cm, 6 cm, preferably 10 5 cm, 4 cm, 3 cm, 2.5 cm, particularly preferably 3.5 cm or 3 cm at the widest point.
- the cover sheet with an integrated handle is preferably connected to the underlying elements of the sack using adhesive.
- Starch adhesive or dispersion adhesive is preferably used as the adhesive.
- the sack bottom which lies opposite the valve bottom, can have a tear strip which preferably enables the opening of the sack over its entire cross section and thus ensures complete emptying.
- the tear strip allows only a partial opening of the sack with respect to its cross section.
- the sack can be closed again.
- the tear strip is attached to the inside of the sack and preferably extends over the entire width of the cross section.
- the tear strip is made of a material with appropriate tear and / or tensile strength so that it does not tear when the sack is opened.
- the tear strip made of plastic, in particular polypropylene, is preferred.
- the tear strip can be designed in the form of a flat strip or else be round, for example in the form of a cord or a thread.
- the valve of the valve bag according to the invention is a thermal valve. It is preferably a thermal valve. This is a valve that is coated with weldable material in such a way that it can be thermally closed after the valve bag has been filled.
- the second label is a thermal material, ie a label which consists of a weldable material or one side of which, after folding, is inside the tube with a weldable material is at least partially coated and thus closes the valve tube after filling.
- valve and therefore also the valve hose is arranged between the corner wrap and side flaps - formed in the hose from the checklist - and connected to these elements (corner wrap, side flaps and checklist) in such a way that the filler (filling) of the sack cannot escape bulk-tightly connected.
- the second piece of paper is folded together with the side flaps, the fold being continued parallel to the filling direction in the non-overlapping part of the side slip with the side flaps.
- the second note has a corresponding size and has a corresponding fold so that the edges are butted or preferably overlap parallel to the filling direction. The overlapping areas are tightly connected. This creates a tubular valve.
- the inside of the valve tube is called the inside of the valve.
- the inside of the second sheet that is, the inside of the valve, is at least partially coated with a weldable material.
- the coated surface is at least one strip perpendicular to the filling direction, which extends over at least half the inner circumference of the valve hose. It is also possible to have a number of shorter strips which are offset from one another in the filling direction in such a way that at least half of the circumference is also coated.
- Another variant is a strip applied at an angle of less than 90 ° with respect to the filling direction or a plurality of shorter strips which are offset with respect to one another, but which, however, must likewise be arranged in such a way that at least half of the circumference is coated.
- a strip is half the circumference perpendicular to the filling direction defines one of the two surfaces of the flattened valve hose, the surface extending at least from one fold to the other of the flattened valve hose.
- the closure is thus carried out over the entire width of the flattened valve hose, so that the valve is hermetically sealed.
- the weldable material can be applied by all methods known to the person skilled in the art, such as painting, spraying, printing or the like.
- the valve is provided with a weldable layer, i.e. a weldable material, for the bag to be sealed securely and tightly.
- the valve can be welded by the action of heat, ultrasound or high-frequency electromagnetic radiation. Hot air, welding guns and / or ultrasound systems are used for this.
- the weldable layer can be a polyethylene, Surlyn or hot melt coating.
- the filling device preferably comprises a thermal outer valve, that is to say it projects outwards with respect to the bottom turn and / or the corner turn.
- the sealable layer must also be water-soluble, at least dispersible or emulsifiable. Furthermore, it must have no negative effects on the contents.
- coatings containing, for example, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl acetate, copolymers of ethylene and polyvinyl acetate and / or dextrin, preferably containing polyvinyl acetate and dextrin are used.
- the valve contains another slip; this first, outer slip (return slip) is arranged around the valve hose, formed from the second slip, in a hose-like manner, preferably concentrically in the filling direction.
- this first, outer slip has the same folds as the second slip, namely together with the side flaps and, in continuation, their fold in the area that does not overlap with it.
- this first outer slip is shorter than the second inner slip. Both notes therefore form two hoses arranged concentrically one inside the other during filling. These are tightly connected to each other so that no product can escape.
- the outer slip is the same tightly connected to the side flaps and the corner fold.
- the second inner slip is merely optionally connected to the side flaps and / or the corner fold.
- the first slip is also folded in such a way that the edges are butted or preferably overlap parallel to the filling direction.
- the edges that is to say surfaces, are connected to one another along the edges, so that no filling material can escape.
- both pieces of paper are arranged in such a way that an edge area parallel to the side edge in the filling direction is connected to the opposite area of the same piece of paper, preferably by overlapping.
- first and second pieces of paper are arranged such that when folded to form the tubular filling device, the inside (inside with respect to the hose to be formed, or the filling material during filling) is parallel to the side edge in the filling direction of the second, inner one Slip overlaps and is connected to the opposite, corresponding edge area of the outer, first slip.
- the checkback label in the filling direction is shorter than the valve label, a connection of the edge of the inside of the second label with the edge of the outside of the first label over the length of the first label in the filling direction is sufficient.
- the edge of the outside of the valve label can also be linked to the opposite edge of the inside of the valve label.
- both pieces of paper must be connected to one another in such a way that bulk material cannot escape, so that at least a tight connection is guaranteed over the entire circumference of the hoses.
- both notes close together or almost together. I.e. the slip edges perpendicular to the filling direction are essentially one above the other.
- the term “almost” means e.g. “Almost complete” that the slip edges lie exactly one above the other perpendicular to the filling direction, or that they are displaced by a maximum of 2 cm, preferably 1 cm, particularly preferably 0.5 cm, in the filling direction.
- the term “essentially” means, for example essentially, any element extends to a certain location or to another element (eg the first note extends from the valve inlet parallel to the valve axis essentially to an unfolded edge of an incision between Corner fold and side flap) that the two elements are in abutment or almost in abutment with each other.
- the fold of the back cover of the return slip is essentially in abutment with the unfolded edge of the incision between the corner fold and the side flap.
- the fold and edge touch but not overlap, but they can also overlap in a range of at most 2 cm, preferably 1 cm, in particular 0.5 cm, or form a gap of at most 2 cm, preferably 1 cm, in particular 0.5 cm.
- the valve sack has a second slip (valve slip) that extends into the inside of the sack and therefore extends at least to the edge of the corner wrap.
- the second slip forms a tubular valve which thus extends from the outside of the sack described above (the filling opening), where it essentially closes together with the first slip to at least the edge of the corner fold, into the inside of the sack. This ensures that the interior of the item is filled immediately.
- this second inner slip also has a setback. This has a fold perpendicular to the filling direction and, as already defined above, is folded outwards in relation to the inside of the valve hose, that is to say for the filling.
- the kickback of the second slip is arranged inside the bag, i.e. the kickback ends with respect to the filling direction after the edge of the corner fold in which the valve is located.
- the corner and kickback of the second slip do not touch each other.
- the edge of the kickback is butted with the edge of the corner fold.
- the kickback of the second note projects beyond the edge of the corner fold in the filling direction.
- the second note in the filling direction i.e. parallel to the filling direction, extends so far into the inside of the bag that both the fold of the setback and the free edge of the setback are inside the bag and the edge of the corner fold in which the valve is arranged, do not touch or at most hit.
- the kickback of the second slip is at least partially connected to the side flaps.
- the kickback can also have incisions parallel to the filling direction.
- the kickback of the second slip is at least partially connected to the corner fold.
- the filling material can get into the pocket formed by the backstroke and thus contribute to a tight closure of the valve.
- the return of the second slip is at least partially connected to one or both side flaps and the corner fold.
- the corner fold forms a right-angled, isosceles triangle, the right angle being on the narrow side wall of the filled bag.
- the two angles of 45 degrees each are formed by the edge of the corner fold perpendicular to the filling direction and the fold of the corner fold.
- the cross-bottom bags according to the invention each have an incision parallel to the filling direction, which extends from the edge of the corner fold to the fold of the corner fold. In each 45-degree corner of the corner folds, there is now an incision perpendicular to the edge of the corner fold. This creates a right-angled triangle with a vertical angle formed by the edge of the corner and the cut.
- the triangle formed in this way is or is opened to connect the side flaps to one another and / or to the corner fold, that is to say to close the sack along the fold of the corner fold.
- the first, outer slip has a setback on the side facing the inside of the bag.
- the setback is directed outwards, ie not inwards towards the second slip.
- the fold of the setback of the first slip essentially closes with the above-described, unfolded edge of the incision. That is, the first slip extends from the outer side, ie the filling opening of the tubular filling device essentially up to the incision described above up to that point the fold of the corner fold where the incision is located.
- the note is shorter, so that the unfolded edge of the incision and the fold of the back of the first note are not butted and do not overlap.
- the fold of the setback and the unfolded edge of the incision overlap.
- the first slip in the filling direction is shorter than the second slip in order to avoid overlapping of any setbacks that may be present perpendicular to the filling direction. Both sheets do not overlap with the overlapping area of the jacket, i.e. the longitudinal seam. An overlap between the kickback of the second slip and corner turning is also avoided.
- valve base has as few overlaps as possible of different features or elements.
- folded bottom and the folded sack show an almost constant height when stacked from one narrow sack end to the other in the filling direction.
- the inventive filling device with valve formed from a valve tube of the second sheet with a tube of the first sheet surrounding it with a kickback, prevents the valve from tearing during machine filling.
- the stable filling device despite the low cost of materials, saves time and money not only in the manufacture of the bags but also in the filling.

Description
The present invention relates to a stackable valve bag containing a filling device with a valve inserted into a bottom fold of a valve base formed from a corner wrap and side flaps, the filling device containing or consisting of at least two pieces of paper folded into a tube, which are arranged concentrically one inside the other with respect to the filling direction, and the first, outer slip (checklist) has a setback with respect to the filling direction and is shorter than the second, inner slip (valve slip). Valve sacks in which the valve contains two individual, possibly different pieces of paper are known from the prior art.

The valves are incorporated in the valve floor between the corner turn and side straps. When using two or more pieces of paper, in particular if they also have setbacks, many individual layers can be arranged one above the other perpendicular to the filling device. This leads to different thicknesses along the filling direction for the folded, not yet filled bags. This results in an oblique stacking.
Due to this slope, the individual bags in the magazine of the filling systems cannot be sucked in properly. When filling such bags there are therefore delays during the filling process, the loss of filler because the bags are sucked in incorrectly or are damaged.
The object of the present invention was to provide sacks, in particular paper sacks, which enable smooth filling in automatic filling systems.
Another object of the present invention was to provide a filling device and a valve which enables the bags to be filled quickly and smoothly with as little material as possible. Furthermore, the valve should also enable the bags to be closed quickly and easily after filling in order to avoid loss of fillers.
This object is achieved by a valve bag containing a filling device with a valve inserted into a bottom fold of a valve base formed from a corner wrap and side flaps, the valve containing or consisting of at least two pieces of paper folded into a tube, which are (essentially) concentric with one another with respect to the filling direction are arranged and the first, outer slip has a setback with respect to the filling direction and is shorter than the second, inner slip.
The first, outer slip of paper can be called a return slip. The second, inner slip can be called a valve slip.
In the sense of the invention, the term "envelope" defines a partial area of a piece of paper, that is to say a partial area, which is caused by folding or folding along a folded edge is formed. In paper technology, folding defines the production of a sharp crease edge with the aid of a tool or a machine, but if the crease edge is produced without a tool, the term "folding" is often used. The folding or folding is preferably carried out parallel to an edge of a rectangular slip.
Both the first slip and the second slip in the sense of the invention are preferably rectangular.
A kickback in the sense of the invention defines an envelope that is located on the outer side of the valve. The kickback is therefore not directed or folded into the interior of the valve hose, that is, not towards the axis of the valve.
An impact in the sense of the invention is an envelope in the opposite direction of a kickback, that is an envelope inside the valve hose, towards the valve axis. The valve axis is the axis along the hose, in the middle of the cross section, parallel to the filling direction.
Both pieces of paper together form a filling device with a valve for filling the paper bag.
The first slip serves to reinforce the valve. The second note forms the valve with an inner surface that allows the valve to close.
The area of the second sheet is larger than the area of the first sheet.
The filling device with valve formed by the two pieces of paper has the shape of a tube, or two tubes arranged one inside the other. The filling device is formed from the two rectangular pieces of paper, in each of which two opposing surfaces are connected to one another along the edges, starting from a plan view (top view in which an object is represented two-dimensionally from above), preferably a surface along the edge on the front of the slip is connected to a surface on the back of the slip along the opposite edge. The two pieces of paper therefore form two (essentially) concentric hoses lying one inside the other.
The length of the hose formed from the first slip in the filling direction is smaller than the length of the hose formed from the second slip.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the valve sack is a paper sack. Common materials are considered as material for the paper sacks, for example kraft sack paper.
In the sense of this version, the paper sack is made from a paper tube. This is formed by an overlapping connection of the edges of a paper web.
According to the invention, it is the connection of two parts, as here e.g. the edges of a paper web, preferably around an adhesive bond, the usual adhesives being used, preferably glue, starch adhesive, dispersion adhesive, etc.
To produce the paper tube, an edge, that is to say a surface along an edge, or both edges of a paper web are therefore provided with an adhesive. The paper web is then folded parallel to these edges along two edges running parallel to the paper web. The two edges are joined together. A so-called longitudinal seam is created. Segments of any length are cut from this tube in order to fold sacks out of them.
In one embodiment, the paper bag according to the invention contains a barrier layer. This barrier layer is a film or a coated material.
In one embodiment, a film can be located between the double layers of paper. The film can consist of one or two or more webs which run parallel to one another from the upper part to the lower part of the sack. One free edge of a web can be attached to the inner or outer layer of paper, while another free edge can overlap one attached edge.
The film can also be glued along the longitudinal seam, which would hermetically seal the sack.
Based on the designation used in accordance with GemPSI (Community Paper Bag Industry eV), in which the valve bag lies on its longitudinal seam so that it is in the right half of the bag when viewed from above, the valve can be inserted according to the invention at the top or bottom and left or right.
The bags according to the invention are used for bulk goods, preferably fine-grained bulk goods such as food, animal feed, gypsum, cement, granules,
In the sense of the invention, it is essential in such paper bags, made from a paper tube, that the overlapping connection (ie the longitudinal seam) is not arranged perpendicular to the filling direction above the first or second slip. In other words, the overlapping connection of the paper tube is arranged after the first and second notes in the filling direction.
Any overlap of paper and film, of film and film, or of film being glued to the longitudinal seam is also not arranged in the sense of the invention perpendicular to the filling direction over the first or second slip.
In a further embodiment, the valve bag has at least one cross bottom or a block bottom, both bottoms, cross or block bottoms are preferred. In this embodiment, the valve bag is preferably designed with two rectangular bottoms. The tube-like jacket wall located between the floors has a rectangular cross section parallel to the folded floors and corresponding to their shape in the filled state. Such a sack therefore has two narrow and two wide side walls corresponding to the rectangular cross section.
In the unfilled, stackable and possibly folded state, a block bottom has a rectangular shape, which is formed by folding the jacket tube with a side fold.
In the sense of the invention, there is preferably a valve tube with a cross bottom. In the unfilled, stackable and possibly folded state, the bottom has the shape of a hexagon, which takes on a rectangular shape when filled. Cross bottoms are formed by folding the jacket tube. First, two opposite corner turns are formed in the form of right-angled triangles. The right-angled tip of the triangle is arranged in the middle of the narrow side wall that forms during filling. Opposite the right-angled triangle tip is the edge of the corner fold, i.e. the edge of the paper tube from which the sack is or is formed. The side flaps are folded perpendicular to these edges (thus in the filling direction). These represent the continuation of the wide side wall of the sack when filled.
The two opposite side flaps are folded in such a way that the side edges (i.e. the edges of the tubular casing from which the sack is or is formed) are butted in one embodiment, so that there is a space between them or that these side edges overlap.
An embodiment in which the folded side flaps overlap is preferred. The overlapping area of the side flaps is preferably connected to one another.
If there is a distance between the edges of the side flaps, the bottom is optionally provided with a cover sheet.
However, a cover sheet can also be used in the other alternatives, so that the valve bag according to the invention may have a cover sheet on one or both floors. Thus, in one embodiment of the present invention, a cover sheet is attached to the stand base and / or on the upper part. The cover sheet forms the outermost layer or the end of the sack or the bag closure.
The cover sheet is firmly connected to the folded side flaps below. In some areas, the connection can only be made selectively or there may be one or more unlinked areas between cover sheet and side flap in one version. The cover sheet on the valve base is also firmly connected to the filling device.
The cover sheet is formed or produced from a tear and / or tensile material. Such a material is used in particular in the cover sheet with an integrated handle. The use of this material prevents the cover sheet from tearing when using the handle. In addition, the material has a sufficiently high load-bearing capacity that prevents the handle from being torn off. The cover sheet is preferably produced or formed from paper reinforced with plastic. This is a plastic layer, preferably made of polyethylene or polypropylene and / or in mesh form, which is incorporated into paper layers. The plastic net preferably lies between at least two layers of paper (layers). The reinforced paper may contain a plastic film as a further layer. It is preferably a so-called ribbon fabric.
In a variant of the present invention, the cover sheet is formed from at least two layers.
In a variant, the sack according to the invention has at least one cover sheet in which the handle is integrated. This is preferably located on the sack bottom which is opposite the valve bottom. The cover sheet containing the carrying handle is preferably glued to the side flaps underneath it, preferably glued. In a variant, the cover sheet projects in the longitudinal direction beyond the folded side flaps and is also connected to the side fold in this area.
To form the handle, two cuts are punched out in the cover sheet, which form the side edges of the handle. The punched cuts or side edges can be straight, but also convex / concave. The handle has a length in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the bag bottom of 40 cm, 30 cm, 25, cm, 20 cm, preferably 15 cm, 14 cm, 13 cm, particularly preferably 12.5 cm, 12 cm or shorter and one Width in the vertical direction of 7 cm, 6 cm, preferably 10 5 cm, 4 cm, 3 cm, 2.5 cm, particularly preferably 3.5 cm or 3 cm at the widest point.
The cover sheet with an integrated handle is preferably connected to the underlying elements of the sack using adhesive. Starch adhesive or dispersion adhesive is preferably used as the adhesive.
In one embodiment, the sack bottom, which lies opposite the valve bottom, can have a tear strip which preferably enables the opening of the sack over its entire cross section and thus ensures complete emptying. In an alternative, the tear strip allows only a partial opening of the sack with respect to its cross section. In a further alternative, the sack can be closed again.
In one embodiment, the tear strip is attached to the inside of the sack and preferably extends over the entire width of the cross section.
The tear strip is made of a material with appropriate tear and / or tensile strength so that it does not tear when the sack is opened. The tear strip made of plastic, in particular polypropylene, is preferred. The tear strip can be designed in the form of a flat strip or else be round, for example in the form of a cord or a thread.
In a further embodiment, the valve of the valve bag according to the invention is a thermal valve. It is preferably a thermal valve. This is a valve that is coated with weldable material in such a way that it can be thermally closed after the valve bag has been filled.
In the case of a thermal valve, the second label is a thermal material, ie a label which consists of a weldable material or one side of which, after folding, is inside the tube with a weldable material is at least partially coated and thus closes the valve tube after filling.
The valve and therefore also the valve hose is arranged between the corner wrap and side flaps - formed in the hose from the checklist - and connected to these elements (corner wrap, side flaps and checklist) in such a way that the filler (filling) of the sack cannot escape bulk-tightly connected. The second piece of paper is folded together with the side flaps, the fold being continued parallel to the filling direction in the non-overlapping part of the side slip with the side flaps. The second note has a corresponding size and has a corresponding fold so that the edges are butted or preferably overlap parallel to the filling direction. The overlapping areas are tightly connected. This creates a tubular valve. The inside of the valve tube is called the inside of the valve.
The inside of the second sheet, that is, the inside of the valve, is at least partially coated with a weldable material. The coated surface is at least one strip perpendicular to the filling direction, which extends over at least half the inner circumference of the valve hose. It is also possible to have a number of shorter strips which are offset from one another in the filling direction in such a way that at least half of the circumference is also coated.
Another variant is a strip applied at an angle of less than 90 ° with respect to the filling direction or a plurality of shorter strips which are offset with respect to one another, but which, however, must likewise be arranged in such a way that at least half of the circumference is coated.
It is state of the art to close the valve hose after filling by connecting the superimposed surfaces of the flattened valve hose.
Streichen, Spritzen, Drucken o.ä.According to the invention, a strip is half the circumference perpendicular to the filling direction defines one of the two surfaces of the flattened valve hose, the surface extending at least from one fold to the other of the flattened valve hose. The closure is thus carried out over the entire width of the flattened valve hose, so that the valve is hermetically sealed. The weldable material can be applied by all methods known to the person skilled in the art, such as painting, spraying, printing or the like.
The valve is provided with a weldable layer, i.e. a weldable material, for the bag to be sealed securely and tightly. The valve can be welded by the action of heat, ultrasound or high-frequency electromagnetic radiation. Hot air, welding guns and / or ultrasound systems are used for this. The weldable layer can be a polyethylene, Surlyn or hot melt coating.
The filling device preferably comprises a thermal outer valve, that is to say it projects outwards with respect to the bottom turn and / or the corner turn.
In one embodiment as water-soluble sacks, the sealable layer must also be water-soluble, at least dispersible or emulsifiable. Furthermore, it must have no negative effects on the contents. For this purpose, coatings containing, for example, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl acetate, copolymers of ethylene and polyvinyl acetate and / or dextrin, preferably containing polyvinyl acetate and dextrin, are used.
According to the valve, the valve contains another slip; this first, outer slip (return slip) is arranged around the valve hose, formed from the second slip, in a hose-like manner, preferably concentrically in the filling direction. Ie, this first, outer slip has the same folds as the second slip, namely together with the side flaps and, in continuation, their fold in the area that does not overlap with it. In the filling direction, this first outer slip is shorter than the second inner slip. Both notes therefore form two hoses arranged concentrically one inside the other during filling. These are tightly connected to each other so that no product can escape. For this purpose the outer slip is the same tightly connected to the side flaps and the corner fold.
In an alternative, in which the first, outer slip is tightly connected to the corner fold and the side flaps so that no filling material can escape, the second inner slip is merely optionally connected to the side flaps and / or the corner fold.
To form the outer tube described above, the first slip is also folded in such a way that the edges are butted or preferably overlap parallel to the filling direction. In the overlap area, the edges, that is to say surfaces, are connected to one another along the edges, so that no filling material can escape.
In an alternative, both pieces of paper are arranged in such a way that an edge area parallel to the side edge in the filling direction is connected to the opposite area of the same piece of paper, preferably by overlapping.
In a further alternative, the first and second pieces of paper are arranged such that when folded to form the tubular filling device, the inside (inside with respect to the hose to be formed, or the filling material during filling) is parallel to the side edge in the filling direction of the second, inner one Slip overlaps and is connected to the opposite, corresponding edge area of the outer, first slip.
Since the checkback label in the filling direction is shorter than the valve label, a connection of the edge of the inside of the second label with the edge of the outside of the first label over the length of the first label in the filling direction is sufficient. In addition, in the area in which the valve label is longer than the checklist, the edge of the outside of the valve label can also be linked to the opposite edge of the inside of the valve label.
Such a connection of two opposite edges of the valve sheet from the end of the check sheet in the filling direction is not necessary, especially if the edge of the non-return sheet is arranged essentially abutting the unfolded edge of the incision or if a cover sheet is also used for the valve bottom, which covers the edge of the non-return of the first sheet.
In each alternative, however, both pieces of paper must be connected to one another in such a way that bulk material cannot escape, so that at least a tight connection is guaranteed over the entire circumference of the hoses.
On the side of the hoses lying outside the sack, formed by the first and second notes, both notes close together or almost together. I.e. the slip edges perpendicular to the filling direction are essentially one above the other.
For the purposes of the present invention, the term "almost" means e.g. "Almost complete" that the slip edges lie exactly one above the other perpendicular to the filling direction, or that they are displaced by a maximum of 2 cm, preferably 1 cm, particularly preferably 0.5 cm, in the filling direction.
For the purposes of the invention, the term "essentially", such as essentially one above the other, that the edges are exactly one above the other, or are displaced in the filling direction by a maximum of 2 cm, preferably 1 cm, particularly preferably a maximum of 0.5 cm.
Im Wesentlichen bedeutet, dass die Falz und die Kante sich berühren, aber nicht überlappen, sie können jedoch auch in einem Bereich von maximal 2 cm, bevorzugt 1 cm, insbesondere 0,5 cm überlappen oder einen Spalt bilden von maximal 2 cm, bevorzugt 1 cm, insbesondere 0,5 cm.Furthermore, the term “essentially” means, for example essentially, any element extends to a certain location or to another element (eg the first note extends from the valve inlet parallel to the valve axis essentially to an unfolded edge of an incision between Corner fold and side flap) that the two elements are in abutment or almost in abutment with each other. In this example, the fold of the back cover of the return slip is essentially in abutment with the unfolded edge of the incision between the corner fold and the side flap. Essentially means that the fold and edge touch but not overlap, but they can also overlap in a range of at most 2 cm, preferably 1 cm, in particular 0.5 cm, or form a gap of at most 2 cm, preferably 1 cm, in particular 0.5 cm.
The valve sack has a second slip (valve slip) that extends into the inside of the sack and therefore extends at least to the edge of the corner wrap. I.e. the second slip forms a tubular valve which thus extends from the outside of the sack described above (the filling opening), where it essentially closes together with the first slip to at least the edge of the corner fold, into the inside of the sack. This ensures that the interior of the item is filled immediately.
In an alternative, this second inner slip also has a setback. This has a fold perpendicular to the filling direction and, as already defined above, is folded outwards in relation to the inside of the valve hose, that is to say for the filling.
In a further embodiment, the kickback of the second slip is arranged inside the bag, i.e. the kickback ends with respect to the filling direction after the edge of the corner fold in which the valve is located. The corner and kickback of the second slip do not touch each other. In an alternative, the edge of the kickback is butted with the edge of the corner fold.
In the first alternative, as described above, the kickback of the second note projects beyond the edge of the corner fold in the filling direction. This means that the second note in the filling direction, i.e. parallel to the filling direction, extends so far into the inside of the bag that both the fold of the setback and the free edge of the setback are inside the bag and the edge of the corner fold in which the valve is arranged, do not touch or at most hit.
In a further alternative, the kickback of the second slip is at least partially connected to the side flaps. The kickback can also have incisions parallel to the filling direction.
In a further alternative, the kickback of the second slip is at least partially connected to the corner fold.
In the alternative in which there is no connection between the backstroke or only a partial connection between the backstroke and the side flaps and / or the corner flap, the filling material can get into the pocket formed by the backstroke and thus contribute to a tight closure of the valve. In a further alternative, the return of the second slip is at least partially connected to one or both side flaps and the corner fold.
As described above, in the case of cross-bottom bags, the corner fold forms a right-angled, isosceles triangle, the right angle being on the narrow side wall of the filled bag. The two angles of 45 degrees each are formed by the edge of the corner fold perpendicular to the filling direction and the fold of the corner fold. In one embodiment, the cross-bottom bags according to the invention each have an incision parallel to the filling direction, which extends from the edge of the corner fold to the fold of the corner fold. In each 45-degree corner of the corner folds, there is now an incision perpendicular to the edge of the corner fold. This creates a right-angled triangle with a vertical angle formed by the edge of the corner and the cut. It is an isosceles triangle, with an angle of 45 degrees being the same angle as that of the corner turn. The other angle of 45 degrees is between the cut and the fold of the corner. The triangle formed in this way is or is opened to connect the side flaps to one another and / or to the corner fold, that is to say to close the sack along the fold of the corner fold.
The first, outer slip has a setback on the side facing the inside of the bag. With regard to the tube that forms, the setback is directed outwards, ie not inwards towards the second slip. The fold of the setback of the first slip essentially closes with the above-described, unfolded edge of the incision. That is, the first slip extends from the outer side, ie the filling opening of the tubular filling device essentially up to the incision described above up to that point the fold of the corner fold where the incision is located. In an alternative, the note is shorter, so that the unfolded edge of the incision and the fold of the back of the first note are not butted and do not overlap. In another alternative, the fold of the setback and the unfolded edge of the incision overlap.
From the above description of the bags according to the invention it becomes clear that an overlap of different features perpendicular to the filling direction is avoided. The first slip in the filling direction is shorter than the second slip in order to avoid overlapping of any setbacks that may be present perpendicular to the filling direction. Both sheets do not overlap with the overlapping area of the jacket, i.e. the longitudinal seam. An overlap between the kickback of the second slip and corner turning is also avoided.
These features described above mean that the valve base has as few overlaps as possible of different features or elements. As a result, the folded bottom and the folded sack show an almost constant height when stacked from one narrow sack end to the other in the filling direction.
The inventive filling device with valve, formed from a valve tube of the second sheet with a tube of the first sheet surrounding it with a kickback, prevents the valve from tearing during machine filling.
The stable filling device, despite the low cost of materials, saves time and money not only in the manufacture of the bags but also in the filling.
Figur 2 -A:
Fig. 1 .

Figure 1 :
The first, outer slip 1 (return slip) and the second, inner slip 2 (valve slip) are shown.Figure 1 describes the two pieces of paper before folding to form the filling device and the valve hose, and thus before folding in the corner fold. The two pieces of paper are arranged one above the other so that the left, vertical edge 4 of the non-return sheet is arranged substantially congruently, one above the other, with theleft edge 5 of the valve sheet. Folding in the corner fold is perpendicular to it, i.e. parallel to the upper orlower edge 6 and 7, or 8 and 9 of the note. The notes are designed in the form of a rectangle.
The first slip, thechecklist 1, has acheckback 3. The setback is folded on the opposite side from the valve label. -
Figure 2 -A:
InFigure 2-A the cross-bottom bag is shown schematically in supervision. Thearrow 10 symbolizes the later filling direction.
Theelements 1 to 9 are identical to those of theFigure 1 .
The dashed 11 and 12 symbolize the later fold of the side flaps 13 and 14. These are along thelines fold 11 in the upper and 12 in the lower area (according toFig. 2-A ) folded to close the sack together with the corner inserts 15 and the two pieces of paper, checksheet 1 andvalve sheet 2.
With 15 is right (according toFig. 2-A ) the corner fold designates with the corresponding edges and fold. In mirror image is also on the left side (according toFig. 2-A ) such a corner turn. The respective 4 and 5 of the two pieces of paper are arranged essentially congruently one above the other. The Inner note extends into the inside of the sack with the edge oppositeleft edges edge 5. The first slip is shorter in the direction of filling than the second slip and has asetback 3. In an alternative (not shown here), the left and right edges of the two 4 and 5 can also protrude beyond the later edge of the sack.slips
With 16, the incisions between the side flap and corner turn are designated. As a mirror image, these 17 are also on the lower side, hence on the second side flap (according toFig. 2-A ). -
Figure 2 -B:
An alternative is shown here, in which theinner valve label 2 also has a non-return 12. This is directed outwards in relation to the later inside of the valve hose, so there is a setback in relation to the filling direction. The edge opposite theedge 5 of thevalve sheet 2 is inside the bag. In one embodiment, thesetback 12 is also inside the sack.
The unfolded edges of the 16 and 17 as well as theincisions kickback 3 of the first, outer slip 1 are essentially in abutment. Therefore, they are not arranged one above the other perpendicular to the filling direction. -
Figure 3 :
InFigure 3 the cross-bottom bag is shown after folding the side flaps 13 and 14 along the 11 and 12. By folding the side flaps together with the two pieces of paper, thefold checklist 1 and thevalve sheet 2, the filling device with the valve is designed as a hose. The filling device with valve hose is therefore located between the two 11 and 12. Thefolds valve label 2 is thus designed to form the valve hose. The hose is designed around it, from thechecklist 1. This has 10 folds parallel to the filling direction. Thesetback 3 of thecheckback sheet 1 is shown schematically. In the illustrated alternative to this figure, the side flaps 13 and 14 overlap in thearea 19.
The filling device is formed by folding thevalve sheet 2 and thecheck sheet 1, preferably by overlapping the side edges 6, 7, 8 and 9.
On the outside of the valve sheet, so according toFigure 1 the back of the valve sheet, this is connected to the front of thecheck sheet 1. In order to avoid a loss of filler material, the connection between the front of the check sheet and the back of the valve sheet must be made over the entire height, i.e. over the entire length of the 4 or 5. However, such a connection does not have to be present over the entire height before folding. Likewise, such a connection does not have to be present over the entire width of the slip, that is along theedge edges 6, 7, 8 or 9.
In order to form the valve base, the linked checklists and valve labels are located on a corner wrap and inside side flaps. In a first step, for example, both pieces of 1 and 2 are folded along thepaper fold 12. Then, both pieces of paper are folded along thefold 11. In the overlap area, the edge area is linked along edge 7 of the non-return sheet, which is in accordance withFig. 1 is located on the back with a corresponding edge area alongedge 8 which is on the front of the valve sheet acc.Fig. 1 is over a length that is equal to the length of the checklist in the filling direction. The overlapping area of the valve sheet which protrudes beyond the checklist in the filling direction can also be linked to one another; ie an edge area along edge 9 on the backFig. 1 of thenote 1 with the opposite edge area alongedge 8 on the front acc.Fig. 1 .
The side flaps are then folded so that they overlap inregion 19 and are linked to one another there.
In an alternative, notes 1 and 2 are folded together with the folding theside flap 14. Then both slip andside flap 13 are folded alongfold 11. There is a link along the length of the checklist in the filling direction as described above. The side flaps are also linked. Linking of the side flaps can also be dispensed with if a cover sheet is applied. If the cover sheet extends to theedge 4 of the check sheet, a link of the check sheet to the back can also be done according toFig. 1 of the valve sheet. The link between the return slip and the page cover with the cover sheet is bulk-tight.
Furthermore, inFigure 3 the overlappingarea 19 of the side flaps 13 and 14 is shown schematically.
In theFig. 2-A ,2 B such as3rd the fold of thesetback 3 of thesetback slip 1 is shown next to theincision 16 in the sense of a clear and clear representation. However, these two elements, i.e. the fold of the setback and the folded edge, are essentially in contact. -
Figure 4 :
InFigure 4 a cross bottom bag is shown schematically, the cross bottom with the filling device being on top. Anarrow side wall 20 and awide side wall 21 are shown, which ends in the side flaps 14 or on theback 13. The fold of thecorner wrap 15 is also sketched. The filling device is formed fromcheck sheet 1 andvalve sheet 2. The 4 and 5 are essentially arranged one above the other. Theedges setback 3 is also outlined. The overlapping connection of the side flaps 13 and 14 is also shown asarea 19. It can clearly be seen that thevalve label 2 extends into the inside of the bag, that is to say clearly ends behind the area of the folds of the corner fold in the filling direction in the inside of the bag. Theincisions 16 are also indicated. These are also mirror images on the left side of the floor. The filling is done by inserting a nozzle between the side edges 5 of the valve sheet.
