Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a freight container for the transport of Goods with means of transport, in particular for the transport of bulk goods with rail vehicles such as freight wagons, consisting of one by one opening roof covering closed box-shaped structure with forehead and Sidewalls.
Freight containers are used to transport goods with different Means of transport, for example on roads and rails Trucks and freight cars, and have diverse requirements due to the different types of goods to be transported. Basically, the aim is to carry out as many transport tasks as possible the smallest possible number of different freight containers and To manage means of transport. It turns out in particular Connected the task in a single cargo container on the one hand Raw products, such as wood chips as raw materials for the Production of chipboard, parquet boards and the like Finished wood products, by means of transport into the processing plants to be transported and then after unloading in a simple manner Finished products, in the specific case, for example, in the same Loading cargo containers of wooden panels and transporting them to the end customer, it is particularly important to load and unload in to be carried out in the shortest possible time and during transport in the freight container ensure that the delicate raw and finished products are not to be damaged. A fundamental goal of freight transport is a reduction in throughput times thanks to special freight containers and means of transport for the various goods and special loading and To reach unloading facilities.
The construction of the structure depends essentially on the Requirements that the load places according to quantity and quality, as well as the Conditions for loading and / or unloading. Usually there is Freight containers from a structure made of rolled sections, the one Framework with side wall posts and these connecting longitudinal and Form cross members. The freight containers can be open or covered at the top or be closed with an openable roof and side Have openings for loading and / or unloading. Open cargo containers allow access to the cargo hold from above while carrying cargo containers fixed coverage on side wall sliding doors or the clear ones Front section wing doors that release the box cross-section for loading and / or Are instructed to unload. Especially when transporting Bulk goods or granular products in bulk, such as Wood and sawdust used in the paper industry or for the production of Wood panels are used, it is disadvantageous that for loading and / or Unload only relatively small openings either through bulkhead doors or are available through side wall sliding doors and that for Opening and closing large forces against resistance if necessary the load must be applied.
In the case of freight containers with an openable roof, swing-open ones come Covers for use where the cover is covered by a tarp or a Network is formed, which swings the cover similar to that Convertible top of a convertible automobile. There are also coverings known that opening the roof by pushing the tarpaulin or the network, similar to a folding roof. Such Constructions are extremely complex and in terms of opening or opening Locking mechanism prone to failure, especially when Transport of bulk goods or granular products in bulk. So can, for example, even slight bending of the swivel or Folding constructions an opening or closing make covering impossible. In addition, opening / closing the loading and / or unloading opening in the roof not by one person feasible alone and requires a great deal of effort.
In view of this prior art, the invention is based on the object of improving a freight container of the type mentioned at the outset, avoiding the disadvantages described, in such a way that the opening or closing of the cover can be carried out virtually automatically by hand in a simple manner and without any significant expenditure of force.
The object is inventively achieved in that the construction comprises a pivotable about the end walls of the roof cover.
Contrary to the previously known constructions, in which the roof covering folded or folded by swiveling open is pivotable through the end walls of the freight container Roof cover of the present invention an easy opening or closing the roof area of the freight container given the roof cover only pivoted and not in a complex manner must be folded up or unfolded. About that In addition, the end walls can now be swiveled Roof covering the entire roof area of the cargo container release what with unfoldable covers of the previously known constructions not the Case is.
Advantageously, the roof cover has a fixed end wall connected to the roof cover bracket, which on the respective Front wall is pivotally attached. The brackets are the Roof covering outside the box-shaped structure of the freight container arranged. Easy opening and closing processes are possible with the The device according to the invention ensures that the pivotability of the Roof cover through the pivotally attached to the respective front wall Bracket is given, which the loading and unloading the goods to be unloaded have no points of attack for possible damage gives. Due to the extremely simple design, the Susceptibility to interference extremely low.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the Roof cover an actuator for pivoting, which is advantageously arranged on the side wall. This makes it easier manual opening and closing of the loading and / or unloading opening in the Roof area allows. To a pivot without any noteworthy According to one, the actuating device has to allow expenditure of force Another proposal of the invention an energy store, for example a mechanical spring or a gas spring, so that the user can Roof cover with little force to open or close can pivot.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the Cargo container effective when the roof cover is closed Securing device against pivoting of the roof cover. The securing device advantageously engages in the Actuator so that it is locked and an unwanted Swiveling of the roof cover prevented.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the roof covering has a flexible covering between their end wall mounts, for example a tarpaulin or net. The flexible coverage can be on a framework made of pipe connecting the end wall brackets or the like. Another embodiment of the invention provides that the cover is made of sheet metal, so that the transporting goods are largely protected against external influences.
The cargo container can be in the roof area of the front and side walls Have sealing strips, which in the closed state cover the roof seal against the front and side walls. Are expedient the sealing strips attached to the roof cover. This is the possibility given the cargo hold of the cargo container hermetically, especially waterproof, to close. The sealing strips can, for example consist of a metal / rubber composite material.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the Roof cover formed in two parts. The roof cover can do this two mutually pivotable parts, each around the End walls can be pivoted to open one of the side walls or to close away from one of the side walls are pivotable.
