Description

Technisches Gebiet:Technical area:

The invention relates to a transport container or container for the transport of bulk materials, which can be emptied in particular by tilting or turning and which has a bottom, two end walls and two side walls and is either open at the top or provided with a make-up or removable cover.

Stand der Technik:State of the art:

In transport containers or containers wood chips, for example, transported, the transport containers can be transported on both trucks and flat or stakes wagon in rail freight transport. This is from the DE 44 01 295 C1 a container with a folding bottom has become known, which consists of a standing upright walls receiving body and hinged on one side on the underside of the receiving body bottom flap, wherein on the, the pivot axis opposite sides of the bottom flap a lock is arranged. Also in the case of the EP 1 010 645 A1 known cargo containers for the transport of bulk goods on rail vehicles is to empty the container whose bottom swung down. Also known are containers that can be opened on an end wall, so that the container can be unloaded by tilting. Opening doors on end walls or bottom flaps is uncomfortable and time consuming. The opening mechanisms require moving and thus interference-prone parts, so that these containers are only partially suitable for the economic transport of bulk goods. Other known containers can be emptied by turning by means of an emptying device, which has a mandrel for receiving and rotating the container in the bottom area. Certain dimensions of the containers are standardized and can not be exceeded in order to ensure safe transport in rail freight traffic. As a result, the size and the loading volume of the known containers are limited.

By the AU 430417 Furthermore, a transport container for bulk materials for transport on the rail has become known, which can be emptied in particular by tilting or turning. The transport container has a bottom, two end walls and two side walls and is either open at the top or provided with an openable or removable cover. The side walls have at least four adjoining sections, wherein of the four sections, the lowermost section is inclined outwards relative to the vertical. The section adjoining this section extends at least substantially vertically, with the next section extending inwards inclined relative to the vertical. The uppermost section likewise runs at least substantially perpendicular, so that this section and the second section have mutually parallel walls from below.

By the EP 1 690 809 A2 a container for transporting bulk materials has become known, which in particular can be emptied by tilting or turning and which has a bottom, two end walls and two side walls with at least four adjoining sections, either open at the top or provided with an open or removable cover in which, of the four sections, the lowermost section is inclined outwards relative to the vertical, which extends at least substantially perpendicularly to this adjoining section, the next section runs inclined inward with respect to the vertical, and the uppermost section likewise runs at least substantially vertically. The cross-sectional contour of the container corresponds to the top and bottom of the cross-section and the dimensions of standardized cuboid container, at least largely. In the mid-intermediate region, the container is at least approximately matched to the cross section and dimensions of railway wagons, the width of the container between the uppermost portions of the side walls corresponding to the width between the lowermost ends of the outwardly inclined sections. This container has the disadvantage that it is expensive to manufacture and therefore expensive. The shape adaptations of the shell of the container, especially in the execution of non-vertical extending, long side sections, require additional work and therefore costs.

By the AT 08610 U1 a container for transporting bulk materials has become known, which in particular can be emptied by tilting or turning and which has a bottom, two end walls and two side walls, either open at the top or provided with an open or removable cover, with its cross-sectional contour in the uppermost and in the lowermost region corresponds to the cross-section and the dimensions of standardized parallelepipedic containers, at least largely, and is adapted, at least approximately, to the cross-section and the dimensions of railway carriages in the central region therebetween.

Technische Aufgabe:Technical task:

Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen insbesondere durch Drehen oder Kippen entleerbaren, sowohl im Straßenverkehr als auch im Eisenbahngüterverkehr verwendbaren Transportbehälter oder Container für Schüttgüter derart weiter zu entwickeln, dass dieser unter Einhaltung genormter Höchstabmessungen, insbesondere betreffend den Schienentransport, ein optimiertes Ladevolumen aufweist, jedoch einfach und preiswert herzustellen ist und besonders schnell entleerbar istThe object of the invention is to further develop a transport container or container for bulk materials which can be emptied, in particular by road transport or in rail freight traffic, in such a way that it has an optimized loading volume while observing standardized maximum dimensions, in particular with regard to rail transport. However, it is simple and inexpensive to produce and can be emptied particularly quickly

Offenbarung der Erfindung sowie deren Vorteile:Disclosure of the invention and its advantages:

This object is achieved by a transport container for the transport of bulk materials, which can be emptied in particular by tilting or turning and which has a bottom, two end walls and two side walls with three adjoining sections, and either open at the top or with a make or removable cover and of the three sections, the lowermost, first section is inclined upward relative to the vertical, which is substantially perpendicular to this adjoining second section, and the third section extends inwardly inclined relative to the vertical, the first section being a length of a third to a seventh of the length of the second section, and the third section has a length between the same length to half the length of the second section, wherein in the vertical projection the uppermost edges of the third section, cover width, adjacent to the lowermost edges of the first section Section, bottom width lie, so that the cross-sectional contour of the transport container in the imaginary shortest connection of the two outer points of the bottom line of the lowermost, first section with the two outer points of the top line of the top third section has the shape of a trapezoid.

The transport container according to the invention thus has only three sections in the side wall. The top and bottom sections abut with their edges on the middle section, so that only two horizontal welds are required to connect the three sections or bends to make the side wall. The production cost is thereby advantageously reduced. Due to the harmonious transitions of the sections, the transport container can be emptied quickly and residue-free, which frees the operation of disturbances for the cleaning of transport containers. Because the side walls also have no convex abutment edges directed towards the loading space, which are exposed to increased wear when the bulk material is slid over them, the service life of the transport containers is advantageously increased.

According to the invention, in the vertical projection, the uppermost edges of the third section lie next to the lowermost edges within the first section. That is, the uppermost cross-sectional width or width (B2) of the opposing uppermost portions of the sidewalls is either less than the lowermost cross-sectional width or bottom width (B1) of the opposite lowermost portions of the sidewalls. The difference (B1-B2) between the lowest cross-sectional width (B1) and the uppermost cross-sectional width (B2) may be between 5cm to 100cm, even more. Or the lowest cross-sectional width or bottom width may be smaller than the uppermost cross-sectional width or

Deckbreite, mit ähnlichen Differenzen.Deck width, with similar differences.

If one connects the two outer points of the bottom line of the lowermost, first section with the two outer points of the cover line of the uppermost third section in the imaginary shortest connection, the shape of a trapezoid is obtained according to the invention as a cross-sectional contour. If the bottom line of the lowermost, first section is longer than the top line of the top third section, then the above-defined cross-sectional contour tapers upwards. If the bottom line of the lowermost, first section is shorter than the top line of the top third section, then the above-defined cross-sectional contour tapers downwards.

According to the invention, it is provided that the lowermost portion has an angle with respect to the vertical near 45 ° or 45 ° and the second portion has an angle with respect to the vertical near 1 ° or 1 ° and the third portion has an angle with respect to the vertical near 11 ° or 11 °. The transport containers manufactured according to this dimensional specification have an optimum design which, with the greatest possible capacity, has a lower manufacturing outlay with a long service life of the transport container. Further embodiments of the invention are characterized in further subclaims, to which reference is made.

The transport container according to the invention can be used on most freight trains, if in cross-section the lowest edge of the first sections of the side walls of the transport container has a maximum distance of 2,550 mm, preferably about 2,437 mm or in particular of 2,437 mm.

For machine emptying of the transport container is provided that in the region of the bottom hollow sections are provided for receiving arms of a hoist.

Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung:Preferred embodiments of the invention:

In FIG. 1 the transport container according to the invention for the transport of bulk materials is shown as a view from its longitudinal side. The transport container 1 is usually on its floor 2 on the traffic area for loading. For transport 2 attachment points 15 are provided with guides at the corners of the bottom, which secure the position of the transport container on a wagon. Of these attachment points extend vertically all corner posts 16, 17, which have guide elements 18, which also allow stacking of several transport containers. The end walls 3 and the side walls 4 form with the bottom 2 an open space for filling with bulk material.

Der erste untere Abschnitt 5 besitzt die Länge 9, der zweite mittlere Abschnitt besitzt die Länge 10 und der obere dritte Abschnitt die Länge 11.The side walls 4 are divided into three sections, namely a lower section 5, a middle section 6 and a third upper section 7. At their abutting edges, the sections 5, 6, 7 are connected by welds, the sections having different lengths in the directions as indicated by the double arrows in FIG. 2 are indicated. The first lower section 5 has the length 9, the second middle section has the length 10 and the upper third section has the length 11.

To lift the transport container by means of a hoist are hollow profiles 14 FIG. 1 , Provided in the region of the bottom transversely to the longitudinal direction of the transport container. In these hollow sections 14, for example, the forks of a truck intervene. The stacker raises to empty the transport container to this and rotates with a corresponding turning device of the forks the transport container for emptying upside down.

In FIG. 2 the frontal profile of the transport container is shown. In broken lines are also different profiles 20, for example, railroad cars, indicated that must not be touched by transported loads.

From this FIG. 2 is the profile of the side walls 4 clearly visible, which is composed of sections 5, 6 and 7. The lowermost portion 5 extends from the bottom 2 approximately at 45 ° or 45 ° obliquely upward. At this first section 5, the middle section 6 connects, which connects substantially perpendicularly with its length 10 to a further length 11 of the section 7, this section 7 extends again inwardly extending to the upper edge 12 of the transport container 1, how it looks FIG. 2 is apparent. In this case, the upper portion 7 is inclined at about 11 ° or 11 ° relative to the vertical 8 inwards. In the illustrated embodiment, the central portion 6 has an inwardly directed inclination relative to the vertical 8 of about 1 ° or 1 °. Where the sections abut each other, they are connected by means of welds 19. It can also be seen from this profile that the sections, viewed from the inside, have only concave angles. This means that the inner angle of the transport container 1 remains below 180 °. As a result, there are no convex edges over which the bulk material would have to flow, which could lead to higher wear.

FIG. 3 shows detail A FIG. 2 in an enlarged view. The profile to be kept clear is again shown in broken lines. In this figure it can be seen that by the dimensioning according to the invention the distance 21 of the upper portion 7 of the side wall 4 of the profiled corner 22 approximately corresponds to the distance 23 of the upper edge 20 of the portion 7 of the profiled corner 24.

Die oberen Öffnungsmaße betragen vorzugsweise zwischen 2.000 mm bis 2.185 mm mal 5.700 mm.The container 1 is designed, for example in cross-section such that it has the width of a conventional transport container, but preferably not more than 2,550 mm, preferably not more than 2,437 mm in the lowermost region between the short sections 5; then his largest width, namely between the sections 6, slightly less than the cross section of a UIC-505 standard railway wagon with its maximum width of 2,950 mm, namely preferably about 2.897 mm or 2.897 mm. In the transition of section 6 in the section 7, the width of the transport container is approximately 2,830 mm or 2,830 mm, wherein at the end of the uppermost region 7 of the transport container 1 again has approximately the width of a conventional transport container. The upper opening dimensions are preferably between 2,000 mm to 2,185 mm by 5,700 mm.

FIG. 4 shows a further example of a transport container according to the invention. This is characterized in that the end walls for stabilizing lateral corner posts 16 ', 16 "are limited, wherein the corner posts 16', 16" are inclined towards each other such that the distance B2 of the corner columns at their upper ends is less than that of each other Distance B1 of the corner pillars at their lowest ends in the region of the bottom 2 of the transport container 1, as it looks FIG. 4 evident. The difference B1-B2 between the lowest distance B1 of the corner pillars 16 ', 16 "and the uppermost distance B2 of the corner pillars 16', 16" may preferably be between 5 cm to 100 cm.

In this way, a transport container is provided, which can be manufactured with reduced effort and yet almost reaches the maximum possible transport volume. At the same time, care is taken to ensure that the dimensions of the transport container are within the standard dimensions of a railroad car and the usual transport container dimensions stay. Due to the special design, this transport container but has a relation to the prior art increased service life, since due to the lack of convex edges over which the bulk material would flow, the transport container has a reduced wear during operation.

The FIGS. 5, 6 and 7 show a further transport container 33 from the end face, the longitudinal view of the transport container 33 and a cross section through the transport container 33 of FIG. 5 directly behind the front wall along the section line BB in FIG. 6 , In contrast to the transport container of FIG. 4 this transport container has the FIGS. 5 to 7 perpendicular corner columns 25, 25 ', as can be seen. In this way, the production of the transport container according to the invention is simplified and cheapened.

The recognizability of the cross-sectional contour in the form of a trapezoid of the transport container with respect to the imaginary shortest connection of the two outer points of the bottom line, that is, the bottom width, the lowermost, first section 5 with the two outer points of the cover line, which is the top width of the top third section 7, is in the FIGS. 4 and 7 played.

Regarding the FIG. 4 form the two outer points 26, 26 'of the bottom line 13' and the lowest edge of the bottom 2 'with the two outer points 27, 27' of the cover line 12 'and the uppermost edge 12' together with the shortest dot-dashed connecting lines 28, 28 ' a trapezoid wherein the bottom line 13 'is longer than the cover line 12' and thus the cross-sectional contour tapers in the form of a trapezoid upwards.

Regarding the FIG. 7 form the outer points 29, 29 'of the lowermost edge or the bottom width 30 of the transport container 33 with the two outer points 31, 31' of the uppermost edge or the cover width 32 of the transport container 33 together with the shortest dot-dashed connecting lines 34, 34 'a trapeze the bottom width 30 is shorter than the cover width 32 and thus widens the cross-sectional contour in the form of a trapezoid upwards.
