Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Holztransport auf einem genormten Containertragwagen, insbesondere auf einem Sgns-Wagen, umfassend einen Grundrahmen, mindestens zwei Rungenschemel, und an den Ecken des Grundrahmens Eckbeschläge mit Aufsetzlöchern. Die Vorrichtung weist eine Länge auf, die ein ganzer Bruchteil von der Ladelänge des genormten Containertragwagens ist. Die lateralen und longitudinalen Abstände zwischen den Aufsetzlöchern der Vorrichtung sind derart ausgewählt, dass die Vorrichtung auf die genormten Aufsetzzapfen des Containertragwagens aufsetzbar ist. Ausserdem betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung auch einen Containertragwagen, der eine oder mehrere erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung zum Holztransport umfasst. Diese Spezial-Güterwagen sind jedoch teuer herzustellen, sehr aufwendig zu warten, schadenanfällig, unflexibel im Einsatz für andere Transporte und stellen darum eine riskante Investition dar, welche vor allem die Staatsbahnen heute nicht mehr verantworten können. Die grosse Mehrheit dieser speziell entwickelten Güterwagen ist nun in die Jahre gekommen und kann ohne teure Revisionen nicht mehr zugelassen, bzw. eingesetzt werden. Nach etlichen Verschrottungen seitens der Staatsbahnen sind funktionstüchtige Güterwagen für den Holztransport heute zur Mangelware geworden.The transportation of wood by rail is very demanding due to its nature. Insbesondere problematisch wird gewertet, dass die Lösungen entweder eine definitive Umrüstung eines Containertragwagens implizieren, oder dass die Lösungen den Containernormen nicht entsprechen. Der Erfinder hat erkannt, dass die Problematik der heutigen Bahnlogistik besser gelöst werden kann, wenn die Lösung auf einer einfach rückbaufähigen, modularen Ausrüstung basiert. Darüber hinaus ist es auch gewünscht, dass die Umrüstungslösung multifunktional aufgebaut ist. Dies würde ermöglichen, dass auf der gleichen Wageneinheit neben Rundholz auch genormte Container transportiert werden können. Eine solche modulare und multifunktionale Lösung wäre vor allem für Bahnunternehmen sehr wünschenswert, da diese damit heute getrennt laufende Transporte kombinieren könnten und sodann viele Leerfahrten vermeiden könnten. Eine modulare und multifunktionale Lösung würde daher zur Erhöhung der Wirtschaftlichkeit der Schienentransporte entscheidend beitragen.In recent years, several solutions for retrofitting container wagons have been proposed. Darüber hinaus sind bekannte Vorrichtungen zur Sicherung des zu transportierenden Holzes auf Güterwagen auch nicht hinreichend entwickelt. Solche Vorrichtungen umfassen herkömmlicherweise einen Zurrgurt (im folgenden Gurt genannt) mit einem Triangel an einem Ende, eine Spannvorrichtung sowie einen oder mehrere Haken. Diese Vorrichtungen sind derart konzipiert, dass der Gurt mit einem Triangel in den am Güterwagen befestigten Haken eingehängt wird und der Gurt anschliessend mit dem jeweiligen Spannsystem gespannt wird. Häufig sind Spannsysteme separate Einheiten, die teuer und umständlich zu benützen sind. Diese Niederbindung von Rundholz ist technisch kritisch, da Stösse und Vibrationen beim Bahntransport dazu führen, dass sich die Ladung setzt und somit die Zurrvorrichtung an Spannung verliert. Bei den bekannten Vorrichtungen kann es dann passieren, dass der Triangel aus dem Haken rausspringen kann, wodurch der Gurt während der Fahrt durch den Fahrtwind unkontrolliert herumschlagen kann, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Die umklappbaren Aufsetzzapfen 102 gewährleisten daher eine sehr hohe Flexibilität in der Position an welcher 20-Fuss Container aufgesetzt werden können. Zum Beispiel sind die Zapfen A3 und A4 auch mit einer Länge LA voneinander entfernt und ermöglichen daher das Aufsetzen eines 20-Fuss Containers auf den Wagen 102 an der Position dieser Zapfen. Wie oben erläutert sind Containertragwagen 100, wie zum Beispiel Sgns-Wagen, derart konzipiert, dass sie effizient Container aufnehmen und transportieren können. Containertragwagen 100, insbesondere Sgns-Wagen, weisen abgesehen von den Aufsetzzapfen 102 keine weitere Befestigungsmittel oder Mittel zur Sicherung der zu transportierenden Güter und können deshalb ohne weiteres kein Holz transportieren. Damit ein Containertragwagen 100, insbesondere ein Sgns-Wagen, zum Holztransport mittels Vorrichtung 1 geeignet wird, umfasst die Vorrichtung 1, wie schon oben beschrieben, die Haken 6 und die Zurrgurte 5. Die Zurrgurte 5 sind auf einer Seite der Vorrichtung 1 an den Spannmechanismen 5' angebracht, zum Beispiel in Form einer Winde wie in Figur 6 gut zu sehen ist.
