Nun wird das Hilfsmittel 15 an seinem oberen Ende in Richtung auf die Stiftkontakte 8 bewegt, wobei sich das Hilfsmittel 15 und mit ihm auch die Betätigungshilfe 19 um den Drehpunkt D drehen. Dieser Drehpunkt D befindet sich auf Höhe des schmalen Führungsstückes 21, welches gleichzeitig als Widerlager für das Hilfsmittel 15 dient. Um einen sicheren elektrischen Kontakt eines eingesteckten Prüfsteckers 25 zu gewährleisten, sind die beiden Stromschienen 11 jeweils zur Einsteckrichtung des Prüfsteckers 25 hin abgebogen, so daß sich der Prüfstecker 25 mit seiner Spitze an den parallel dazu verlaufenden Stromschienenabschnitt 26 anlegt. In einem geringen Abstand zu den Stromschienenabschnitten 26 ist jeweils eine Gegenfläche 27 im Gehäusekörper 2 ausgebildet, so daß ein eingesteckter Prüfstecker 25 von der Gegenfläche 27 gegen den entsprechenden Stromschienenabschnitt 26 gedrückt wird.In Fig. 3 a plurality of a contact block zusammengerastete contact inserts 1 are shown. Die Brücke 28 dient dazu, zu einem Kontaktblock zusammengerastete Kontakteinsätze 1 elektrisch leitend miteinander zu verbinden. Die in Fig. 4 dargestellte Brücke 28 besteht aus zwei U-förmigen Gabelstücken 29 und einem gemeinsamen Griff 30; sie kann mit Hilfe des gemeinsamen Griffes 30 von oben bzw. von unten in den Kontaktblock eingeschoben werden, so daß die Brücke 28 dann eine, in Fig. 4 gestrichelt dargestellte Position einnimmt. In dieser Position umfassen die einzelnen U-förmigen Gabelstücke 29 jeweils eine Stromschiene 11 eines Kontakteinsatzes 1. Somit können auf einfache Weise benachbarte Kontakteinsätze 1 gebrückt werden, d. h. auf ein gemeinsames Potential gelegt werden. Besteht der Kontaktblock aus mehr als nur aus zwei Kontakteinsätzen 1 - wie dies in Fig. 4 gezeigt ist - und besteht die Brücke 28 ebenfalls aus mehr als nur aus zwei U-förmigen Gabelstücken 29, so können entweder mehr als nur zwei benachbarte Stromschienen 11 miteinander gebrückt werden oder es können durch Herausbrechen einzelner Gabelstücke 29 einzelne Kontakteinsätze 1 beim Brücken "übersprungen" werden.FIG. 4 shows a detailed detail of a contact block consisting of two contact inserts 1, by means of which the mode of operation of a bridge 28 which can be inserted into the contact block becomes clear. Claims (12)

  1. Contact insert for industrial plugs, having a housing body (2), having at least two connections (3) in the form of insulation-piercing connections for incoming insulated electrical conductors (4), the connections (3) each comprising an insulation-piercing element (9) and an actuating slide (10) and being arranged in mirror-image fashion with respect to one another with respect to the central plane (M) of the contact insert (1), and the actuating slides (10) each being arranged such that they can be displaced in relation to the insulation-piercing elements (9) in the contact insert (1) from a state in which it is possible to insert an incoming conductor (4) into the state in which contact has been made and each having a conductor receptacle (12) provided for the incoming insulated conductors (4), at least two male contacts (8) or at least two female contacts being provided, the insulation-piercing elements (9) producing the electrical contact with the conductors (4) inserted in the contact insert (1) via in each case one busbar (11) using a male contact (8) or a female contact, with the result that each male contact (8) or each female contact is electrically connected to a connection (3), the actuating slide (10) having a receptacle (14) for the engagement of an auxiliary means (15), and it being possible for the actuating slide (10) to be guided by the auxiliary means (15), and characterized in that an actuation aid (19) is provided which is suitable for guiding the auxiliary means (15) and at the same time is used as an abutment for the auxiliary means (15).
  2. Contact insert according to Claim 1, characterized in that the actuation aid (19) is mounted in the housing body (2) such that it can rotate and engages with its one end (20) in the actuating slide (10) such that an intentional displacement of the actuating slide (10) is assisted.
  3. Contact insert according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the auxiliary means (15) can be inserted, by means of a narrow guide piece (21) of the actuation aid (19), so far into the actuating slide (10) that the auxiliary means (15) rests with its end piece in the receptacle (14) of the actuating slide (10).

Contact insert according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the upper side (5) or the underside (6) of the housing body (2) are each bevelled at their end (23) which faces away from the male contacts (8) or the female contacts, such that the conductors (4) can be bent back essentially in the longitudinal direction of the contact insert (1) and thus parallel to one another, in the state in which contact has been made.
  7. Contact insert according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the contact insert (1) has at least one additional opening (24) for the purpose of receiving a test plug (25).
  8. Contact insert according to Claim 7, characterized in that the busbars (11) are each bent back towards the insertion direction of the test plugs (25) such that a test plug (25) which has been inserted in the contact insert (1) is in electrical contact with the busbar section (26) which runs parallel.

  12.
