Claims (21)
- Möbelscharnier mit einem auf einer Grundplatte (4) gelagerten Schamierarm (10), mit U-förmigem Querschnitt, der mittels Gelenkhebel (23) od. dgl. mit einem türseitigen Anschlagteil, beispielsweise einen Schamiertopf (3) verbunden ist, wobei die Grundplatte (4) im montierten Zustand mit einer Montagefläche an einer Möbelseitenwand (1) anliegt und in den Scharnierarm (10) eine Fugenverstellschraube (13) eingeschraubt ist, die in einem Zwischenstück (17) drehbar, aber in axialer Richtung unverschieblich verankert ist und mit der die Position des Scharnierarms (10) in einer zur Montagefläche der Grundplatte (4) senkrechten Ebene zur seitlichen Verstellung einer Türe (2) veränderbar ist, wobei eine Führung vorgesehen ist, die den Scharnierarm (10) in dessen Längsrichtung führt und eine weitere Führung, durch die der Scharnierarm (10) bei einer Verdrehung der Fugenverstellschraube (13) sowohl parallel zur Montagefläche der Grundplatte (4) verschoben als auch in einer senkrecht zu dieser Montagefläche ausgerichtete Ebene verschwenkt wird, und ein weiteres Zwischenstück (5) vorgesehen ist, das auf der Grundplatte (4) in Längsrichtung des Scharnierarmes (10) starr gehalten ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor der Montage des Scharnierarms (10) auf der Grundplatte (4) beide Zwischenstücke (5, 17) in den Scharnierarm (10) eingehängt sind, wovon eines, wenn der Scharnierarm (10) auf der Grundplatte (4) verankert ist, mit einem manuell betätigbaren federbeaufschlagten Riegelteil, vorzugsweise einem Kipphebel (7) auf der Grundplatte (4) arretiert ist, während das zweite Zwischenstück (17) auf dem ersten Zwischenstück (5) in der Richtung der Tiefe des Möbels verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Möbelscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Zwischenstücke (5, 17) U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisen und ineinander geschoben sind.
- Möbelscharnier nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem auf der Grundplatte (4) starr verankerten Zwischenstück (5) ein parallel zur Drehachse des Scharniers ausgerichteter Bolzen (9) lagert, der sowohl durch Führungsschlitze (29) in den Seitenstegen des zweiten Zwischenstückes (17) als auch durch Führungsschlitze (30) in den Seitenstegen des Scharnierarmes (10) ragt.
- Möbelscharnier nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschlitze (29) in den Seitenstegen des zweiten Zwischenstückes (17) nach hinten offen sind.
- Möbelscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Seitenstegen des zweiten Zwischenstückes (17) bajonettverschlußartige Führungsschlitze (34) vorgesehen sind, in die von den Seitenstegen des ersten Zwischenstückes (5) abstehende Zapfen (35) ragen.
- Möbelscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fugenverstellschraube (13) im verschiebbar gehaltenen Zwischenstück (17) verankert ist.
- Möbelscharnier nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Fugenverstellschraube (13) mit ihrem Kopf (16) am in der Grundplatte (4) starr verankerten Zwischenstück (5) abstützt.
- Möbelscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Mittelsteg des Scharnierarmes (10) ein nach innen vorspringender Führungslappen (42) ausgebildet ist, der in einem Schlitz (41) in einem der Zwischenstücke (17) geführt ist.
- Möbelscharnier nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitz (41) parallel zur Drehachse des Scharniers verläuft.
- Möbelscharnier nach Anspruch 8 oder Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Schlitz (41) in einem zur Türe (2) und zum Mittelsteg des Scharnierarms (10) abgewinkelten Bereich (40) des Zwischenstücks (17) befindet.
- Möbelscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 8 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führungslappen (42) neben der Fugenverstellschraube (13) angeordnet ist.
- Möbelscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das starr auf der Grundplatte (4) gehaltene erste Zwischenstück (5) am vorderen und hinteren Ende in die Grundplatte (4) eingehängt ist und daß sich der Führungslappen (42) und der abgewinkelte Bereich (40) des zweiten Zwischenstückes (17) zwischen der vorderen Verankerungsstelle des ersten Zwischenstückes (5) und Gelenkhebelachsen (24) des Scharnierarmes (10) befinden.
- Möbelscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führungslappen (42) aus dem Mittelsteg des Scharnierarmes (10) ausgestanzt ist.
- Möbelscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führungslappen (42) in einem Winkel zwischen 40 bis 60 Grad, vorzugsweise in einem Winkel zwischen 45 und 55 Grad zur Montagefläche (55) der Grundplatte (4) ausgerichtet ist.
- Möbelscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem auf der Grundplatte (4) starr verankerten Zwischenstück (5) ein Exzenter (18) lagert, der durch ein parallel zur Scharnierachse ausgerichtetes Langloch (19) im verschiebbar gehaltenen Zwischenstück (17) ragt.
- Möbelscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das verschiebbare Zwischenstück (17) sowohl bei der Tiefenverstellung als auch bei der Fugenverstellung des Scharnierarmes (10) in der Richtung der Tiefe des Möbels parallel zur Montagefläche (55) der Grundplatte (4) verschiebbar ist.
- Möbelscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Schwenkhebel (60) vorgesehen ist, der an einem Ende an einem Zwischenstück (5, 17) und am anderen Ende am Scharnierarm (10) drehbar angelenkt ist und der beim Verdrehen der Fugenverstellschraube (13) geschwenkt wird.
- Möbelscharnier nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkhebel (60) an dem Zwischenstück (5) kippbar gelagert ist, das mittels einer Klemmschraube (43) an einem weiteren Zwischenstück (5) gehalten ist.
- Möbelscharnier nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmschraube (43) in einem Muttergewinde des Zwischenstückes (5), das auf der Grundplatte (4) verankert ist, lagert und durch ein Langloch (19) dem Zwischenstück (17) ragt, an dem der Schwenkhebel (60) angelenkt ist.
- Möbelscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Schwenkhebel (60) als einarmiger Hebel ausgeführt ist.
- Möbelscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkhebel (60) an dem Zwischenstück (17) angelenkt ist, auf dem der Scharnierarm (10) gelagert ist.
