Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen bogenabhängigen Queranschlag für die Beschränkung des Querspiels zwischen Wagenkästen und Fahrwerken von Schienenfahrzeugen, bestehend aus einer Rolle und einer Konturplatte, welche einerseits einen Festanschlag aufweist und andererseits mit einem elastischen Anschlag versehen ist, wobei die Rolle wahlweise an dem Fahrwerk oder an dem Wagenkasten und die Konturplatte an dem jeweils anderen Fahrzeugteil angeordnet sein kann.
Es ist bereits eine gleisbogenabhängig gesteuerte Wagenkasten-Querspielbegrenzungseinrichtung für Schienenfahrzeuge (CH 670 227 A 5) bekannt, die aus Festanschlagelementen zur Begrenzung der maximalen Auslenkung zwischen Drehgestell und Wagenkasten sowie Elementen zur Abfederung kleinerer Auslenkungen besteht und Mittel vorsieht, um Querkräfte zwischen Drehgestell und Wagenkasten im wesentlichen asymptotisch in Funktion der relativen Querwege anwachsen zu lassen, wobei die Asymptote durch die Festanschlagelemente festgelegt ist. Weiterhin ist ein bogenabhängiger Queranschlag für die Beschränkung des Querspiels zwischen Wagenkasten und Drehgestell bei Schienenfahrzeugen (DE 44 25 562 C 1) bekannt, welcher aus einer Rolle und einer Konturplatte besteht und dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Rolle auf einem Umlenkteil gelagert ist, dessen anderes Hebelende an einem elastischen Anschlag anliegt. Diese konstruktive Lösung ist sehr aufwendig, da sie eine Vielzahl an Gelenken vorsieht.
Beide Lösungen weisen die Nachteile auf, daß große Bauräume, insbesondere für die Rolle, erforderlich und die Federkonstante sowie der Federweg des elastischen Anschlags immer in jeder Phase der Auslenkung gleich sind.
Der im Patentanspruch angegebenen Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, einen elastischen, bogenabhängig wirkenden Queranschlag für die Beschränkung des Querspiels zwischen Wagenkästen und Fahrwerken von Schienenfahrzeugen zu entwickeln, welcher eine entsprechend dem Gleisbogen abhängige Ausführung von Federkonstante und Federweg der elastischen Elemente ermöglicht.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, indem die Kontur des elastischen Anschlags in Abhängigkeit zur Kontur des Festanschlages derart ausgebildet ist, daß die Quersteifigkeit und der Querfederweg des elastischen Anschlags in Abhängigkeit des Gleisbogens variabel ausführbar ist. Weiterhin ist erfindungsgemäß, daß die Quersteifigkeit des elastischen Anschlags durch die Form seiner Grundplatte definierbar ist und sich der Querfederweg durch die Differenz der Kontur des elastischen Anschlags zur Kontur des Festanschlags variieren läßt.
Die Vorteile der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung liegen insbesondere in der kompakten Bauform der Einrichtung bzw. in der Anpassung des elastisch gepufferten Querfederweges und der zugehörigen Federkonstante an den bogenabhängigen Wert des Querspiels zwischen dem Fahrwerk und dem Wagenkasten.

The problem specified in the invention is based on the problem of developing an elastic, arch-dependent transverse stop for restricting the transverse play between car bodies and undercarriages of rail vehicles, which enables the spring elements and spring travel of the elastic elements to be designed in accordance with the track curve.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that the contour of the elastic stop is designed in dependence on the contour of the fixed stop in such a way that the transverse rigidity and the transverse spring travel of the elastic stop can be carried out variably depending on the track curve. Furthermore, it is according to the invention that the transverse rigidity of the elastic stop can be defined by the shape of its base plate and the transverse spring travel can be varied by the difference between the contour of the elastic stop and the contour of the fixed stop.
The advantages of the solution according to the invention lie in particular in the compact design of the device or in the adaptation of the elastically buffered transverse spring travel and the associated spring constant to the bow-dependent value of the transverse play between the chassis and the car body.

Wie aus den Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtlich, ist die Rolle 1 am Wagenkasten 2 gelagert und die Konturplatte 3 am Fahrgestellrahmen 4 befestigt. Beim gleisbogenabhängigen Ausdrehen des Fahrgestellrahmens 4 kann die Rolle 1 jede beliebige Position zwischen der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Lage im geraden Gleis und dem kleinsten Gleisbogenradius einnehmen. Die Konturplatte 3 weist beidseitig Festanschläge 5 und zwischen diesen den elastischen Anschlag 6 auf. Der elastische Anschlag 6 besteht vorzugsweise aus Gummi und ist mittels der Grundplatte 7 auf der Konturplatte 3 befestigt. Die Kontur 8 des elastischen Anschlags 5 ist so bemessen, daß der elastische Anschlag im geraden Gleis eine weichere Kennlinie der Federkonstante als im engeren Bogen aufweist. Die Festanschläge 5 weisen dagegen eine Kontur 9 auf, die derart ausgeführt ist, daß die Profilfreiheit des Wagenkastens in jedem Gleisbogen gewährleistet ist.
