Claims (11)
- Behälterverschluß zum Füllen und Entleeren von Behältern, insbesondere von faßförmigen Transportgebinden, welcher in eine einen Spundkopf (1) aufnehmende Behälteröffnung auswechselbar einsetzbar ist und welcher ein mit dem Spundkopf (1) verbundenes Steigrohr (2) und ein Entnahmeanschlußelement (3) aufweist, wobei das Entnahmeanschlußelement (3) mittels eines Stiftcodiersystems (4, 5) mit dem Spundkopf (1) verriegelbar und durch einen Überwurfstopfen (6) daran dichtend anschließbar ist und wobei das Stiftcodiersystem Codierstifte (4) und dazu passende Codierausnehmungen (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Codierstifte (4) an einem ersten Sicherungsteil (4, 7) und die Codierausnehmungen (5) an einem zweiten Sicherungsteil (1, 5) angebracht sind, wobei eines der Sicherungsteile als Ringscheibe (7) ausgebildet ist, welches separat auf das modulartig ausgebildete Entnahmeanschlußelement (3) abstreifgesichert lose montierbar ist und das andere der Sicherungsteile in dem Spundkopf (1) integriert ist, und daß das Steigrohr (2) einen Faltenbalgabschnitt (8) aufweist.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringscheibe (7) als eine die Codierstifte (4) aufweisende Stiftscheibe ausgebildet und der Spundkopf (1) mit den Codierausnehmungen (5) versehen ist.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steigrohr (2) einen Öffnungstrichter (9) aufweist, an dessen Stirnseite beabstandete Stege (10) angebracht sind, welche bei auf Behälterboden aufgesetztem Öffnungstrichter (9) einen Zuströmquerschnitt belassen.
- Behälterverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spundkopf (1) in den Behälter und der mit einem Gewindeabschnitt (11) die Ringscheibe (7) durchgreifende Überwurfstopfen (6) in einen im Spundkopf (1) abgesenkten Innengewindeabschnitt (12) einschraubbar ist.
- Behälterverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Codierstifte (4) als Zylinderstifte (4') und Kreisringsegmentstifte (4") ausgebildet sind, welche spiegelbildlich zu den entsprechend geformten, im Spundkopf (1) umfangsmäßig angeordneten Codierausnehmungen (5', 5") sind.
- Behälterverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Entnahmeanschlußelement (3) an seiner dem Spundkopf (1) zugewandten Seite einen Flansch (13) aufweist, welcher einen ersten O-Ring (14) zur Abdichtung des Entnahmeanschlußelementes (3) mit dem Spundkopf (1) trägt.
- Behälterverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Entnahmeanschlußelement (3) zur Belüftung einen in einen das Steigrohr (2) tragenden zylindrischen Teil (15) des Spundkopfes (1) hineinragenden zylindrischen Rohrabschnitt (16) aufweist, welcher einen geringeren Durchmesser als das zylindrische Teil (15) des Spundkopfes (1) hat, bei montiertem Entnahmeanschlußelement (3) tiefer in den zylindrischen Teil (15) des Spundkopfes (1) ragt als eine darin angeordnete Belüftungsöffnung (17) und mittels einer Dichtung (18) unterhalb der Beltiftungsöffnung (17) gegenüber dem zylindrischen Teil (15) des Spundkopfes (1) abgedichtet ist.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (18) einen zweiten O-Ring aufweist, welcher in einer Nut des zylindrischen Rohrabschnittes (16) getragen ist und bei montiertem Entnahmeanschlußelement (3) in einem durchmesserverringerten Bereich des zylindrischens Teil (15) des Spundkopfes (1) dichtend anliegt.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zylindrische Rohrabschnitt (16) in das Entnahmeanschlußelement (3) hinein verlängert ist und zwischen seiner Außenfläche und der Innenfläche des Entnahmeanschlußelementes (3) einen zu einer daran angebrachten Belüflungsanschlußleitung (20) rührenden Raum (21) bildet.
- Behälterverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spundkopf (1) bei demontiertem Entnahmeanschlußelement (3) mittels eines Gewindestopfens (22) dichtend verschließbar ist.
- Behälterverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus chemikalien-resistentem Kunststoff besteht.
