Claims (3)

  1. Motoréducteur tubulaire pour rideaux à enroulement ou stores, du type comprenant:
    un moteur électrique (1) et un manchon (2), moteur en mesure de tourner soit dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre, soit dans le sens contraire, situé à l'extérieur et en position coaxiale au manchon (2), duquel dépasse frontalement le pivot (2a) de prise de puissance et sur la surface interne duquel une couronne dentée (2b) est réalisée;
    un réducteur épicycloïdal, constitué de deux ou de plusieurs stades, logé dans le dit manchon (2) et dont les planétaires embrayent avec la dite couronne dentée (2b);
    un dispositif mécanique d'irréversibilité caractérisé en ce que le dispositif mécanique d'irréversibilité est formé d'un premier disque (4) doté d'une paire opposée de dents frontales (4a), d'un second disque (5), lui aussi doté d'une paire opposée de dents frontales (5a) et d'un ressort hélicoïdal cylindrique (6) terminant par deux extrémités (6a) rapprochées et pliées radialement vers l'externe et en ce que la paire de disques (4 et 5) avec le ressort (6) résulte positionnée dans le réducteur épicycloïdal et insérée après le premier stade de réduction (3a), mais avant le second stade de réduction (3b).
  2. Motoréducteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend:
    un manchon secondaire (7), apte à contenir le premier stade (3a) du réducteur épicycloïdal et à s'embrayer sur l'embouchure du manchon d'en face (2), à l'intérieur duquel sont logés la paire de disques (4 et 5) avec le ressort interposé (6) et les stades de réduction successifs au premier; étant prévu qu'une couronne dentée (7a) soit réalisée sur la paroi interne du manchon secondaire (7), les planétaires du premier stade (3a) s'embrayant avec la dite couronne dentée (7a), tandis qu'un collier de centrage (7b) pour le ressort (6) est réalisé sur la face avant du manchon (7);
    ie premier disque (4) étant embrevé à l'extrémité de l'arbre (8) en sortie du premier stade (3a), arbre qui traverse et sort du dit collier (7b);
    le deuxième disque (5) étant doté d'un pignon central (5b) qui transmet le mouvement aux planétaires du second stade (3b); étant prévu que ce second disque (5) présente un trou central de centrage sur l'arbre (8), par rapport auquel toutefois le dit disque (5) tourne à fol.
  3. Motoréducteur selon la revendication 2), caractérisé en ce que des rainures axiales (7c) sont prévues sur la surface externe du collier (7b), étant les dites rainures (7c) aptes à contenir une quantité suffisante de lubrifiant pour garantir l'efficace et perpétuelle lubrification de la surface de frottement du ressort (6).
