Claims (15)

  1. Luke, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus drei Teilen, wobei jedes davon ein einzelnes Stück ist, besteht:
    einem Basisteil (10) umfassend eine zentrale Öffnung (15), die den Durchgang für einen Menschen bildet, wobei dieses Basisteil angebracht wird, um eine Überdeckung unterhalb der Öffnung zu erreichen, die in einer aufgehängten Decke installiert ist und geeignet ist, ein Klappe (20) zu tragen, und geeignet ist, mit einem Gegenstück des Basisteils (30) zu kooperieren;
    einer Klappe (20), welche angebracht ist, um die Öffnung (15) des Basisteils zu schließen und um auf einer Stütze des Basisteils (10) zu ruhen, die auf zumindest einem Teil der unteren Umrandung des Durchgangs für einen Menschen (15) errichtet ist;
    einem Gegenstück des Basisteils (30), welches angebracht ist, um eine Überdeckung oberhalb der Öffnung zu erreichen, die in einer aufgehängten Decke installiert ist und die eine zentrale Öffnung (35) umfasst, deren Maße sehr unwesentlich die der Öffnung (15) des Basisteils überragen, so dass das Passieren der Klappe (15) möglich ist; wobei
    das Basisteil (10) und das Gegenstück des Basisteils (30) geeignet sind, dass eines mit dem anderen durch das Festziehen von Mitteln zum Festziehen (50', 60) fest verbunden ist, die sich vertikal in dem Basisteil (10) und dem Gegenstück des Basisteils (30) entsprechen.
  2. Luke gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basisteil (10) eine leichte Überdeckung der Öffnung b durch seinen Rand (11) erreicht, der als Stütze dient und zudem den Schnitt der Platte (5) überdeckt.
  3. Luke gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegenstück des Basisteils (30) mit seiner unteren Seite (32) auf der Platte (5) ruht.
  4. Luke gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Mittel zum Festziehen ein Teil mit Gewinde (50') und eine Schraube (60) sind.
  5. Luke gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (20) mit ihrer unteren Seite (27) auf der Stütze (12) des Basisteils (10) ruht.
  6. Luke gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein leichtes Spiel hinsichtlich der vertikalen Seite (17) des Basisteils (10) besteht.
  7. Luke gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (20) in einer Stellung auf dem Basisteil (10) gleichmäßig durch eine Stütze des lateralen Seitenteiles (25) verkeilt ist.
  8. Luke gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (20) eine ebene Oberfläche (22) bildet.
  9. Luke gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die drei Teile (10, 20 und 30) im Querschnitt eine stufenartige Struktur (37, 14, 12) bilden, wobei die Klappe (20) auf dem Teil (12) ruht und die Platte der aufgehängten Decke als "Sandwich" zwischen dem Basisteil (10) und dem Gegenstück des Basisteils (30) fest gezogen ist.
  10. Luke gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein freier Raum (14) über der oberen Oberfläche des Basisteils (10) zwischen dem unteren vertikalen Rand (35) des Gegenstücks des Basisteils (30) und der Ausbuchtung (17) des Basisteils (10) installiert ist.
  11. Luke gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über oder unter der Klappe (20) diverse Mittel vorgesehen sind, die das Greifen erleichtern, wie Griffe, ergonomische Ausschnitte sowie möglicherweise Mittel zur Verriegelung.
  12. Luke gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf den Oberflächen (12 oder 27) Gummidichtungen vorgesehen sind.
  13. Luke gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus massivem Holz hergestellt ist oder in jedem anderen vergleichbaren Material seines Gebrauchs.
  14. Luke gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als Feuerwiderstand M1 klassifiziert ist oder wasserabweisend behandelt ist.
  15. Verfahren, um eine aufgehängte Decke eines Handelszentrums, einer Werkstatt, einer Fabrik oder einer Villa oder einer privaten Wohnung zu betreten, gemäß welchem während der Erbauung oder nach der Erbauung ein Teil der aufgehängten Decke ausgeschnitten wird, die ihr Betreten ermöglicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es das Anbringen einer Luke gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 umfasst.
