Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von über die Breite ein beliebiges Dickenprofil aufweisenden bandförmigem Walzgut durch Längswalzen eines Ausgangsmaterials, insbesondere eines Metallbandes (2) oder einer Platine (1),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ausgangsmaterial mit mehreren in Walzrichtung (7) aufeinanderfolgend in Querrichtung versetzt angeordneten, über die Walzgutbreite verschieden tief in das Ausgangsmaterial (1; 2) eindringenden Drückwalzen (5; 105) in Breitenrichtung (11) verformt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ausgangsmaterial (1; 2) im Einwegbetrieb oder reversierend verformt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ausgangsmaterial (1; 2) unter den Walzen (5; 105) hin- und herbewegt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Drückwalzen (5; 105) mit einer hinsichtlich ihrer Auslegung vonRollenradius rRArbeitswinkel αGlättungswinkel βArbeitsradius ρKontaktlänge IB - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das profilierte Walzgut einem abschließenden Glättstich unterzogen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit den Drückwalzen eine Modifikation der Stufung der in Breitenrichtung profilierten Walzgut-Oberfläche vorgenommen wird. - Walzanlage zum Herstellen von über die Breite ein beliebiges Dickenprofil aufweisenden bandförmigem Walzgut durch Längswalzen eines Ausgangsmaterials (1; 2), insbesondere eines Metallbandes (2) oder einer Platine (1), insbesondere zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, umfassend mindestens eine Walzeinheit (9; 10), die profilgebende, anstellbare Walzen aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer das Walzgut (1; 2) aufnehmenden Stützauflage (6; 8) obere, in Walzrichtung (7) aufeinanderfolgend in Querrichtung versetzt angeordnete, unterschiedlich angestellte Drückwalzen (6; 105) zugeordnet sind. - Walzanlage nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drückwalzen (5) als Vollwalzen ausgebildet sind. - Walzanlage nach Anspruch 7,
gekennzeichnet durch
mehrteilige, aus einem Grundkörper (16) und einem Profilring (17) bestehende Drückwalzen (105). - Walzanlage nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Profilring (17) axial verschiebbar ist. - Walzanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine einen großen Durchmesser aufweisende Unterwalze (6) als Stützauflage. - Walzanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ausgangsmaterial (1; 2) auf einem hin- und herbeweglichen Tisch (8) abgestützt ist. - Walzanlage nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützauflage (6; 8) über ihre Breite mit einer unterschiedlichen Oberflächenbeschaffenheit ausgebildet ist. - Walzanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Drückwalzen (5; 105) Heizeinrichtungen (12) zugeordnet sind. - Walzanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Profilwalzeinheit (9; 10) ein Glättgrüst (13) nachgeschaltet ist.
