Definitions
- the invention relates to an electrical pressure switch according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- Such a pressure switch is known for example from DE 43 01 192 A1 and has there a contact bridge movable by means of a plunger.
- the contact bridge will by means of a linear segmental conversion device operating on the ballpoint pen principle rotated and contacted with contact segments and contact tracks on a printed circuit board arranged at right angles to the pressure switch actuation direction.
- a slide switch which is based on at least two balls is mounted in a ball cage, each rolling in a housing groove, that of two Support walls is formed, against which the balls under the contact force of a spring are burdened.
- This spring loads the ball in such a way that its rotation is prevented and thus it slides under great friction in the housing groove.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a generic Train pressure switches so that with reduced design effort and high Switching reliability larger switching currents can be achieved.
- Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show sectional views of an electrical pressure switch 1 with a manually operated slide switch 2 and with a locking device 3 for the slide switch 2, which has a backdrop 4 as locking parts and a locking lever 5 engaging in it, the slide switch 2 when pressed against the force of a return spring 6 one Shifted locking part relative to the other and transferred to one of two switching positions, in which the slide switch 2 remains when reset.
- the slide switch 2 at least two balls 7, 8 are mounted, which are guided in a ball cage 9, each in a housing groove 10, 11 roll, which is formed by two support walls 12, 13 and 14, 15 against which the balls 7, 8 under the contact force a support wall 16, 17 of the slide switch 2 loaded are, and that the support walls 12, 13 and 14, 15 contact segments 18, 19 and contact tracks 20, 21, that of at least one of the balls 7, 8 in one of the switch positions are short-circuited.
- Fig. 1 shows the pressure switch 1 in the first switching position, in which the balls 7, 8 on rest first contact points 22, and Fig. 3 in the second switching position, in which the balls 7,8 rest on second contact points 23, third contact points 24 determining the position of the balls 7, 8 indicate in an override position, which in the following description of the Locking devices is explained in more detail.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 show representations of the switch according to FIGS. 1 to 3 as a sheet metal plate 28 with molded housing parts 29, 30, from which it can be seen that the contact segments 18, 19 or the contact tracks 20, 21 as part of the common board 28 and were encapsulated with the housing parts 29, 30. After that, they were cut off electrically separated from connecting webs 31 and by bending bending zones 32 brought into a U-shape in relation to the plastic housing 27, as shown in FIG. 2 is recognizable, wherein one leg of the U-shape, the housing part 29 with the as a backdrop 4 executed locking part and the other leg, the housing part 30 with the return spring 6 have.
- FIG. 4 shows an embodiment in which the balls 7, 8 form parallel switching bridges as one and one Off switch, which makes high inrush currents possible
- FIG. 5 shows an embodiment, in which the balls 7, 8 form non-parallel switching bridges as changeover switches, for example for polarity reversal of electric motors.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 shows a plan view of the circuit board 28 with the molded-on housing parts 29, 30, as is the case with FIGS. 4 and 5.
- Fig. 1 it can be seen that the locking lever 5 is rotatably mounted in the slide switch 2 and pivots when pushing the slide switch 2 following the backdrop.
- the end of the locking lever 5 slides as a circle shown, in the backdrop 4 on a middle, leading downward path section 33 right, meets and slides on a lower track section 34 leading to the left until it hits a web section 35 running in the reset direction.
- this Position takes the ball 7, 8 an override position on the contact point 24.
- the Reset stroke slides the end of the locking lever 5 on this track section 35 until it stops to a path section 36 leading to the left, which into a catching section 37 passes, which interrupts the resetting of the slide switch 2.
- the Ball 7, 8 on the contact point 23 which corresponds to the second switching position.
- the switch slide 2 follows all positions of the contact points 22, 23, 24 since the locking lever 5 protrudes through an elongated hole 40 of the slide switch 2 and is held in this.
- the two balls 7, 8 are rotated by the support walls 16, 17 of the slide switch 2 offset and roll at half the speed of the slide switch 2 in the housing groove 10, 11 or cover half of the indentation distance.
