Abstract
Description
- la présence d'un mécanisme, dit embarqué, encombrant et nécessitant, dans le corps du cylindre porte-cliché, l'aménagement d'une saignée aux dimensions importantes par rapport au diamètre du cylindre,
- l'apport d'un balourd peu souhaitable, crée par l'importance de l'agencement d'un tel mécanisme, engendrant des contraintes naissant dans les paliers du cylindre lorsque ce dernier atteint une certaine vitesse de rotation,
- à disposition autour du cylindre, une surface de travail circonférentielle réduite par la taille importante de la largeur de la saignée que nécessite le dispositif de biaisage,
- la présence dans certains cas d'un réglage manuel nécessitant un arrêt complet de la machine ce qui implique un temps de réglage prolongé,
- l'impossibilité de recourir à une automatisation complète du réglage du cliché dans le cas où d'anciens travaux devraient être repris; travaux pour lesquels les valeurs de réglage auraient pu être sauvegardées et mémorisées numériquement,
- la nécessité de commander le mécanisme entraínant le biaisage du cliché, dans le cas d'un réglage non manuel, à l'aide d'un actuateur supplémentaire et indépendant de celui qui permet déjà le déplacement latéral ou circonférentiel du cylindre porte-cliché.

Claims (10)
- Dispositif de positionnement d'un cliché flexible (19) sur un cylindre porte-cliché (3), dispositif permettant de biaiser un cliché dans une machine d'impression rotative, le cylindre porte-cliché (3), d'axe de rotation (2), comprenant une saignée (1) disposée parallèlement à l'axe de rotation (2) et à l'intérieur de laquelle vient se loger ledit dispositif de positionnement d'un cliché, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est actionné par le déplacement latéral, hors d'une certaine course, du cylindre porte-cliché (3) mis en mouvement grâce à un organe extérieur (101) solidaire du bâti de la machine d'impression et grâce à une came couronne (14), disposée hors du cylindre à l'opposé de l'organe (101), sur les bords intérieurs (12, 13) de laquelle vient s'appuyer un galet (11) rendu solidaire d'une plaque de base (4) mobile et maintenue libre par rapport au cylindre porte-cliché (3) au moyen des organes de maintien (102), et de deux cames (17, 18), fixées rigidement sur le fond de la saignée (1) du cylindre porte-cliché (3), qui contrôlent le déplacement de deux galets (15, 16), liés à la plaque de base (4), dans un mouvement oblique opposé.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe extérieur (101) de mise en mouvement du dispositif de positionnement du cliché est constitué d'un moteur et d'un mécanisme permettant le déplacement latéral conventionnel du cylindre porte-cliché (3) le long de son axe de rotation (2) et d'un contrôleur numérique pouvant mesurer et mémoriser la valeur et le sens des déplacements latéraux du cylindre porte-cliché grâce à l'utilisation de capteurs conventionnels disposés dans le bâti de la machine d'impression.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacune des cames (17, 18) est constituée d'une base (80), de forme rectangulaire, fixée et positionnée précisément dans le fond de la saignée 1 du cylindre porte-cliché (3) respectivement à l'aide de vis (82) et au moins d'une goupille (81) de centrage, et en ce qu'au dessus de cette base se trouvent deux parties saillantes (84), de forme triangulaire, disposées de telle manière à ce que les galets (15, 16) puissent coulisser sans jeu entre les plus longues faces de ces parties saillantes triangulaires orientées à 30 degrés par rapport à l'axe de rotation (2) du cylindre porte-cliché (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de base (4) comporte, aux emplacements occupés par les cames (17, 18) pour y permettre leur passage, deux ouvertures (72) rectangulaires de dimensions supérieures à celles des bases (80), une pluralité de trous (73, 76) bordant chacune de ces ouvertures (72) permettent d'y fixer rigidement et précisément deux étriers (74) soutenant les galets (15, 16), d'autres ouvertures (63), régulièrement espacées, permettent d'y loger les organes (102) de maintien de la plaque de base (4) au cylindre porte-cliché (3), cette dernière soutenant également une griffe avant (5), de longueur quasi égale à celle de la saignée (1), qui y est fixée rigidement par l'intermédiaire de plots (20) et de supports (44), une griffe arrière (6) est disposée en face de la première et se trouve maintenue par des organes d'attache (103) sur un support de griffe (25) qui ne peut se déplacer indépendamment de la griffe arrière (6) que parallèlement aux plus longs côtés de la plaque de base 4.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les organes (102) de maintien sont chacun constitués d'une douille (64), de diamètre sensiblement inférieur à celui de l'ouverture (63) qu'elle traverse, autour de laquelle s'empilent successivement une rondelle (67) s'appuyant sur un coussinet (65) déposé à cet endroit sur la plaque de base (4), un ressort de compression (66) et une rondelle supérieure (68) sur laquelle prend appui la tête d'une vis (69) traversant la douille (64) pour se visser dans le fond de la saignée (1) du cylindre porte-cliché (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les étriers (74) constituent des ponts, dans la plus grande face desquels sont vissés par dessous les galets (15, 16), ces étriers étant disposés et fixés sur la plaque de base (4) par dessus chacune des cames respectives (17, 18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le support de griffe (25) est constitué d'une plaque métallique, de longueur sensiblement égale à celle de la griffe avant (5), dans laquelle sont percés une pluralité de trous oblongs (26) régulièrement espacés, orientés parallèlement à ses plus longs côtés, traversés par les organes d'attache (103) chacun constitué d'un tourillons (27) dans lequel se visse une vis (28) maintenant la griffe arrière (6) sur le support de griffe (25), ce dernier étant monté sur au moins deux plots (30) chacun coulissant sur un axe (31) orienté perpendiculairement à la longueur de la plaque de base (4) et maintenu à ses extrémités par deux supports (32) vissés dans la plaque de base (4) de manière à ce que la griffe arrière (6) et le support de griffe (25) puissent coulisser le long de ces axes (31) dans un mouvement qui concrétise la fermeture et l'ouverture de la griffe arrière (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la fermeture de la griffe arrière (6) est assurée par une pluralité de ressorts de compression (48) prenant chacun appui sur un plot (51) de retenue solidaire de la plaque de base (4) et poussant la griffe arrière (6) en direction de la griffe avant (5) par l'intermédiaire de plusieurs tôles (46) disposées debout perpendiculairement au support de griffe avant (25) et solidaires de la face inférieure de ce dernier.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de la griffe arrière (6) est actionnée par une pluralité de vérins pneumatiques, fixés sur les supports (44), dont leur axe (47) repousse les tôles (46) pour comprimer les ressorts (48).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque plot (51) de retenue est percé d'un trou taraudé, permettant le passage de chaque ressort (48) de compression, et dans lequel y est vissé un bouchon (50) servant d'appui auxdits ressorts (48).
