Claims (10)
- Schaltvorrichtung mit einer Kontaktanordnung (3), mit mindestens einem beweglichen an einem dreh- oder verschiebbaren Kontaktarm (11;11';24) angeordneten Schaltstück (14,15) und mindestens einem feststehenden Schaltstück (8,9), wobei die Schaltvorrichtung (1) mindestens einen ersten Anschlag (16,17;16';25) in Form eines beweglich angeordneten Bremskörpers umfaßt, der die Bewegung des Kontaktarmes (11;11';24) beim Öffnen der Kontaktanordnung (3) begrenzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Anschlag (16,17;16';25) als ganzes beweglich ist und daß die für den Stoß relevanten Trägheiten des Kontaktarmes (11;11';24) einschließlich des beweglichen Schaltstückes (14,15) und des Bremskörpers (16,17;16';25) etwa gleich sind, so daß beim Auftreffen des Kontaktarmes (11) auf den Bremskörper (16,17;16';25) ein Stoß ausgeführt wird, derart, daß der Kontaktarm (11;11';24) abgebremst und der Bremskörper (16,17;16';25) bewegt wird.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel (18,19;20) vorgesehen sind, welche die durch den Stoß mit dem Kontaktarm (11,11') verursachte Bewegung des Bremskörpers (16,17;16') abbremsen und anschließend eine Bewegung des Bremskörpers (16,17;16') in seine Ausgangslage bewirken.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei den Mitteln (18,19;20) zum Abbremsen des sich bewegenden Kontaktarmes (11;11') um einen zweiten Anschlag (18,19), eine Feder oder einen ortsfest angeordneten Dämpfungskörper (20) handelt.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaltvorrichtung (1) einen Rückanschlag (21) umfaßt, der die Bewegung des Bremskörpers (16,17;16') in Richtung auf den Kontaktarm (11) begrenzt.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bremskörper (16,17;16') aus einem elastisch verformbaren Werkstoff besteht.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bremskörper (25) aus einem plastisch verformbaren Werkstoff besteht, der bei dem Stoß mit dem Kontaktarm (24) einen Großteil der Bewegungsenergie des Kontaktarmes bleibend absorbiert.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bremskörper (16,17;16'; 25) durch eine Führung derart abgestützt ist, daß er nach dem Stoß mit dem Kontaktarm (11;11';24) in Stoßrichtung bewegt wird.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei der Schaltvorrichtung (1) um einen Pol eines Leistungsschalters mit zwei feststehenden Schaltstücken (8,9) und zwei beweglichen Schaltstücken (14,15) pro zu schaltenden Pol handelt, wobei die beweglichen Schaltstücke (14,15) an den beiden gegenüberliegenden Enden des Kontaktarmes (11) befestigt sind und jedem Ende des Kontaktarmes (11) ein Bremskörper (16,17) zugeordnet ist.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktarm (11) um eine mittig gelegene Achse (10) schwenkbar ist.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktarm linear bewegbar ist.
