- the fork 20 is supported at its end 23 opposite the branches, as visible in FIG. 2, on a stud 24 which is housed, by hooping, in a counterbore 25 produced in the upper face 3 of the breech thus avoiding the matting thereof when tightening the device.

- the advantage of such a device according to the invention is that it has a reduced space requirement in the room, as shown in Figure 2, in particular thanks to the arrangement of the fork 20 coming to be housed under a camshaft perpendicular to it, and to ensure a maintenance stable injector with maximum reduction of buckling harmful to reliability of the injector.
