Description
Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Warmband aus stranggegossenen und/oder im Austenitgebiet vorgewalzten Walzgut mit homogenen Gefügen und Eigenschaften aus unlegiertem und niedriglegiertem Stahl, bei dem das Walzgut kontinuierlich in einer Fertigwalzstaffel in zwei oder mehreren Stichen im Austenitgebiet ausgehend von einer Temperatur T ≥ Ar3 + 30 °C mit einem Gesamtumformgrad eh ≥ 30 % und anschließend in mehreren Stichen im Ferritgebiet mit einem Gesamtumformgrad eh ≥ 60 % warmgewalzt und anschließend gehaspelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Walzgut in der Fertigstaffel kontiuierlich aufeinanderfolgend im Austenit-, im Zweiphasen- und im Ferritgebiet warmgewalzt wird, daß das Walzgut während des Warmwalzens durch den gezielten Einsatz von in der Fertigstaffel angeordneten Kühlgruppen nach jedem Stich intensiv gekühlt wird und daß die intensive Kühlung beendet wird, nachdem die Ferritumwandlung abgeschlossen ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die intensive Abkühlung nach jedem Stich bis zum Ende der Ferritumwandlung durch Beaufschlagung mit Wasser oder einem Wasser-Luft-Gemisch oder einem Wasser-Dampf-Gemisch mit einem Druck von ≥ 3 bar vorgenommen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bänder aus einem Stahl mit (in Masse-%) max. 0,06 % C, max. 1,5 % Si, max. 0,6 % Mn, 0,005 bis 0,25 % P, max. 0,03 % S, max. 0,008 % N sowie gegebenenfalls bis insgesamt 1,5 % von einem oder mehreren der Elemente Al, Ti, Nb, Zr, Cu, Sn, Rest Eisen, einschließlich unvermeidbarer Verunreinigungen warmgewalzt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Warmband bei einer Temperatur im Bereich zwischen der Umwandlungsendtemperatur des Ferrits und 200 °C darunter im Ferritgebiet fertiggewalzt und anschließend bei einer Temperatur von ≥ 650 °C gehaspelt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von Umwandlungsendtemperatur des Ferrits und 100 °C darunter im Ferritgebiet fertiggewalzt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Warmband spätestens 2 s nach Beendigung des Walzens mit flüssigen und/oder gasförmigen Kühlmedien, wie Wasser und/oder Wasser-Luft-Gemisch, mit einer Kühlgeschwindigkeit im Kern von über 10 K/s auf eine Haspeltemperatur gekühlt wird, die um mehr als 200 °C unter der Ar1-Temperatur liegt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Warmband mit einem Abwalzgrad von ≥ 30 % kaltgewalzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Warmband mit einem Abwalzgrad von ≥ 60 % kaltgewalzt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Warm- oder Kaltband im Durchlauf oder in der Haube rekristallisierend geglüht und/oder oberflächenveredelt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stahlband im Ferritgebiet unter Zusatz von Schmiermitteln auf Dicken unter 3 mm fertiggewalzt wird.
