Claims (11)
- Dichtungsprofil aus elastischem Material zur Abdichtung zwischen Rahmen (13) und Scheibe (17), dessen Querschnitt aus einem Basisteil (3), einem auf der einen Seite des Basisteils (3) abstehenden Ankerteil (5) und einem auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Basisteils (3) abstehenden Dichtungsteil (7) besteht, wobei der Dichtungsteil (7) einen Außendichtwulst (11) aus einem Material mit einer im Vergleich zum übrigen Dichtungsprofil geringeren Härte, wie z.B. Moosgummi, und eine Innendichtlippe (9) aufweist,
wobei der Außendichtwulst (11) aus weichem elastischen Material auf dem Basisteil (3) angeformt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Basisteil (3) über die gesamte Breite des Dichtungsprofils (1) erstreckt, und
daß sich der Außendichtwulst (11) auf dem Basisteil (3) in Richtung der durch den Querschnitt der Außendichtwulst (11) verlaufenden Längsachse (26), d.h. in Richtung der Wirkungslinie der Dichtkraft, wenn der Außendichtwulst (11) gegen eine senkrecht zur Längsachse (20) durch den Querschnitt des Ankerteils anliegende Fensterscheibe angedrückt wird, abstützen kann. - Dichtungsprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Dicke des Basisteils (3) auf beiden Seiten des Ankerteils (5) zum Außendichtwulst (11) hin verjüngt.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsachse (26) durch den Querschnitt des Außendichtwulstes (11) gegenüber der Längsachse des Querschnitts durch den Ankerteil (5) unter einem Neigungswinkel α nach außen geneigt verläuft.
- Dichtungsprofil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Neigungswinkel α ca. 5° bis 20°, vorzugsweise ca. 9 bis 14°, beträgt.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grenzfläche (28) zwischen Außendichtwulst (11) und Basisteil (3) unter einem Neigungswinkel β zur Orthogonalen (22) zur Längsachse (20) durch den Querschnitt des Ankerteils (5) verläuft.
- Dichtungsprofil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Neigungswinkel β ca. 5° bis 30°, vorzugsweise ca. 5° bis 20°, beträgt.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Außendichtwulst (11) gegenüberliegenden Unterseite (30) des Basisteils (3) unter einem Neigungswinkel γ zur Orthogonalen (22) zur Längsachse (20) durch den Ankerteil (5) verläuft.
- Dichtungsprofil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Neigungswinkel γ ca. 5° bis 20°, vorzugsweise 7° bis 14°, beträgt.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Anspüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innendichtlippe (9) konvex gekrümmt ist.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innendichtlippe (9) im Bereich der Längsachse (20) durch der Querschnitt des Ankterteils (5) von dem Basisteil (3) absteht.
- Dichtungsprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Shore-A-Härte des Basisteils (3) und der Innendichtlippe (11) Werte zwischen ca. 45 und 70, insbesondere 60, und die Shore-A-Härte des Außendichtwulstes (11) unter 45 aufweist.
