Abstract

Die Erfindung richtet sich auf eine Glühbirnenfassung, mit der Glühbirnen mit kleinem E14 Gewindesockel in Fassungen von Glühbirnen mit großem E27 Gewindesockel einschraubbar sind. Um dies zu ermöglichen, ist die Fassung als einpoliger Adapter mit einem dem E27 Gewinde entsprechenden Außengewinde und mit einem dem E14 Gewindesockel entsprechenden Innengewinde ausgebildet. <IMAGE>

Description

Damit handelsübliche [verschiedene Glühbirnenformen] mit einem E 14 Gewinde künftig in Fassungen mit einem E 27 Gewinde passen, soll dieses Glühlampengewindereduzierstück preiswert für Jedermannn erschwinglich sein.
  • Abb.1 besteht aus zwei Teilen:
  • A) aus dem Gewindesockel mit Aussengewinde E 27 [Stand der Technik] und einem Innengewinde E 14 [Stand der Technik].Diese beiden Gewinde bilden eine Einheit und kann im Press-oder Spritzgußverfahren hergestellt werden.
  • B) um das Glühlampengewindereduzierstück ein- und auszuschrauben,wird es mit einem Kunststoffrand versehen [siehe auch Abb.2
  • Abb.2 Querschnitt mit Fassungsaussengewinde E 27 und Fassungsinnengewinde E 14.
  • C) Öffnung zum Eindrehen einer Glühbirne mit E 14 Gewinde Dieser Rand B [siehe auch Abb.1 B) besteht aus Kunststoff und wird 7mm in den Gewindesockel A) eingelassen.
  • D) Diese Öffnung dient dazu,daß das E 14 Gewinde der eingeschraubten Glühbirne hier austritt und der untere Pol kontakt mit dem Gegenpol in der Lampenfassung vom E 27 Gewinde bekommt.

    1. "Reduzierstück für ein Glühlampengewinde,dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß es aus einem Kunststoffgewindesockel mit Außengewinde E 27 und einem Innengewinde E 14 sowie einem Überstehenden Rand zum ein- und ausschrauben besteht,der im Preß- oder Spritzgußverfahren hergestellt wird. Daran befestigt ist ein Kontaktring aus Metall".
